I was booking 26 nights through agoda, check hotel actually said no my booking details, too exaggerated. Treatment for a long time before we stay, bad service attitude, next time will not come to stay.

Comfortable hotel, near from bus stop and MRT station, include breakfast

pretty affordable if you have employee card /membership :) food is pretty good as well! a little deserted so would recommend to drive here instead

Well, if you want to know about the food, I got ya covered. The western is good for its price. I come here quite often for zi char and without fail, the claypot is always a staple for me. Good staff. Good service. A nice, chill place away from the crowd most of the time. Parking is also pretty good unless it gets too crowded. Would I come here again? I don't know much about the hotel but I would come here again... and again and again and again and again because I think it's quite a cheerful place.

So-so place but cleanliness is above standard. The lobby isn't that nice.

The buffet serves vegetarian and halal options but after a few days, the food tend to taste the same.

Staff are courteous yet not that friendly except for the Filipino manager.

Amazing Hotel with great staff and delicious Breakfast. Very close to the botantical garden and the metro station. Loved staying here on my trip to Singapore.

Near to Stevens MRT, bus (< 7mins walking). Near to Orchard (15mins walking). And room is clean, with nice facilities.

I have a memorial stay this in Y Metropolitan hotel in July-2017. This hotel has been renewed totally, rooms are new and clean. It has a small restaurant serves a good breakfast, also available for lunch and dinner with a-la-cart menu.

Service was great and the staff was attentive to our needs.

Happy with the stay. GM is very friendly and willing to go the extra mile, when she learnt that I am going for Registry of Marriage, she took initiative to take photos in nice backdrop for my family. Then when we got back to our room at night, we found a card congratulating us of the happy occassion. So thoughtful. Staff (reception) is very responsive, and helpful, will take initiative to walk us to the other hotel entrance when the main lobby was under road surfacing for a few hours. Also, when we ask for help e.g. make up room, borrow iron, etc, it will arrive within minutes. Room was clean, well-maintained, spacious. Basic toiletries (soap, shampoo, toothbrush set, shower cap) and hotel slippers included. Breakfast spread is good enough. Have basic vending machines (containing food, drinks, even body lotion) to make up for the fact that no 7-11 around. Strong wifi in all levels. My parents were happy with the stay too :)

Love the ambience, food and service at Taste Restaurant

Venue was clean, nicely decorated, and quiet. Function room was equipped with good- sized tables, sound system, and projection machine and screen. However, food at the restaurant was below average.

A disappointing experience. Many things to complain about. Wifi in the rooms was slow and frequently cut out. Rooms were dated - carpet, curtains, and bathroom probably haven't been deep cleaned for years. Bad ventilation/air conditioning system abound with malodorous smells. Lights in the room were dim and dreary. Restaurant downstairs tries to do Western and Asian food yet struggles at both. Location is one of the worst in Singapore, at least 15 mins walk away from the nearest shop. They tested their fire alarm in the middle of the day for 4! consecutive hours without telling guests. However, staff were friendly and helpful.

Worse hotel I've ever experience...unfriendly environment (staffs and services). pillows in bad smell , I request for but no response and action done, food during breakfast are the same everyday, proximity from city or shopping area is too far. shuttle to MRT is limited. pool smells too much of chlorine. Canteen personnel are rude and racist. never come back to this hotel.

Its very nice to see the newly renovated hotel concierge and the hotel restaurant.

This 3 or 4 star hotel is located near the Orchard Road and Stevens MRT Station. Although the look of its exterior and interior are quite standard, the price is affordable, the facilities are nice featuring an outdoor pool and gym, the bedroom looks fine and comfortable with nice and quite informative service.

Easily accessible for general functions. The amenities are clean but needs to be renovated.

Service staff are quite attentive and helpful. However, food here is a little bit of a hit and miss. Some dishes are really tasty (claypot chicken rice) whereas others are just disappointing (Singapore laksa).

Hotel is using name ymca and this is not ymca.No hot water for bath.about breakfast everyday same thing.staff is non co operative. Nothing is there to stay about for 125 sgd per day.No services .staff don't understand English. They are not helpful about anything to tourist

Good hotel near Botanic Gardens. Good breakfast included. Outdoor swimming pool. Next to the public bus station. No bar.

Went to this place with Husband for dinner. The food is very good . The place is cosy and of course the staffs service is fantastic. Will come again... almost forget the parking is easy too...

Nice room, good customer service with reconstructed indoor.

The equipment is really too old . . . The room has an unpleasant smell. The outdoor air is fresher and cooler! There are no food and choices nearby, and there is a bus stop on foot from the subway station. The only advantage is that the staff has a good attitude... But too many customer feedback is difficult for them, even the most basic WiFi room is difficult to connect, so it is said that management Incompetent! As a guest, of course, it is not recommended and there is no next time!

Had the buffet lunch it was not the biggest variety or premium ingredients but for what it does it does well. Mostly localized dishes which included pig trotter, herbal duck, deep fried fish, claypot rice, noodles station, etc... Had a small salad station + rojak with two types of Asian soups and a small but sufficient dessert section with some fruits and quite tasty ice cream. Most everything was above average in taste and appreciated the clean renovated environment, but what capped it off was the exceptional service that warranted the 5 stars. Especially as I've had a bad run of poor service recently likely due to staff crunch/shortage. It was refreshing to see top service with smiles and willingness to help from a mid tier venue in SG, almost seemed like we were not in SG anymore which is a sad testament to how service standards have dropped. Would of probably given 3 to 4 stars but the top service and clean renovated interior with reasonable/value for money pricing prompted full marks!

Very nicely renovated. Free WiFi is a big plus. F&B not that fantastic but good service though. Free limited car park lots.

I booked a deluxe triple room. First they gave me a double room with an extra bed and then tried to put us in a triple room with no windows. Poor customer service!!!

Recently renovated, this place still has delectable fish head curry that is so flavourful! Great to share with friends and family.

It's a building site. The pool is out of action and there is nowhere to even sit in the sun for a while. There was building work through the night, and cutting pool tiles at 9am. The lights on the room would not switch off - had to remove card from the slot - therefore no aitcon / background noise. Definitely not the place to stay for a week's tropical holiday while it's under refurbishment. Once the work is complete I'm sure it will be great though. Seemed expensive compared to many hotels - look around at prices before committing.

Nice place to stay, it's more like home than hotel... Very kind staff, quite place when you need time for silentium... Old style hotel with modern touch... Absolutely Will be back when going to singapore again...

The room is very bad at keeping the noise from the outside. You can literally hear everything from other rooms. Don t even ask me about the breakfast. It couldn t be worse. Stay away.

Nice, budget hotel, very very friendly and warm front office team, ready to help always.. Near to Little India, just two stops away from Stevens MRT.

It is a clean and simple accomodation. No frills but good enough for family to stay over if you have a function in town. Room comes with breakfast... Again its a very simple one. No complain.

Poor experience with volunteers from youth wing during kids interaction programme. Unprofessional, vulgar during breaks, unnecessary delays and latecoming. Kids beneficiaries were dissatisfied too

I thought it was expensive but all hotels in Singapore are expensive so
It's a nice hotel with many facilities near by like:- you can easily take a metro near it about 200 metres and so on

The food is awesome! Pleasant environment for a lunch gathering and company lunch out.
