Amazing from start to finish. The driver was very friendly and stopped to take pictures for us in the Jaguar!
The front staff was warm and welcoming, the atmosphere was very sophisticated and upscale.
Everything was perfect, thank you for the memories Pierre !

Came here for a company event. Staff was very friendly and the location was cool.

This place has the worst service, I ask for a glass of rose in a table of 5 and I was the only one that didn t had dinner because I already had one, and didn t want to serve a grass of rose because I wasn t ordering from the menu. How lame is that... such a bad experience wouldn t recommended for the world .

Very bad experience while checking in the hotel today. We're here to celebrate my bf's birthday, which has been addressed on the request during reservation (with high floor preference). But the hotel isn't aware of our requests yet assigned a lower floor room with even no birthday arrangement/amenities and no compensation after they found and admitted the ignorance of our request. It's just an old hotel with poor service, isn't qualified to be a 5 star hotel.

UPDATE:
1. False reply from property manager. We didn't get the "special cake" at all.
2. My new shoes insoles has missed/stolen during our stay.

Unfriendly; uptight; snobbish; unbending; unfriendly , Pompous staff; insensitive & sometimes rude with the exception of some service providers like the fabulous concierge desk.

Went to the Pierre for a holiday party. The staff and accommodations we're top notch and the design of the hotel was elegant and regal.

The Pierre is able to provide beauty and glamor, and I'll definitely visit again now that I know how nice it is.

Attending a large corporate party we filled the function spaces yet it felt more intimate than previous years with larger groups at larger venues. The staff kept the buffet and bar stations well stocked and unobtrusively whisked away used plates, glasses, utensils, etc.

Too expensive, in terms of the level of service it provides.

Great hotel, the staffs are friendly and attentive. Atmosphere is cozy and lovely. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I suggest getting a room near the top floor so you can get a great view of central park and the city. Overall great experience, it's expensive to stay here but worth it.

Really why is this place still so popular and exorbitantly expensive I attended a charity gala here and came away thoroughly underwhelmed by the hotel and it's staff. Service was poor to the point of negligent. Everything was so tired needs a thorough cleaning

Had a lovely time. All the staff were very helpful. The food we had was divine both at The Perrine and our room service breakfast. The beds were comfortable and the view astounding. We will definitely be back.

I was here for a holiday party. Elegant space and looked festive with gel lights and holiday decorations. The food was good, though the flatbreads were cold. The staff was very busy and hard-working, always bustling, carrying heavy trays back and forth.

We stayed at this hotel when we went to New York. The hotel is state of the art beautiful. You feel completely pampered the entire time. Staff is helpful and pleasant. Concierge truly made our stay even more pleasurable. Expensive, but worth it. Plan to stay here the next time we go to New York.

Hard pressed to find better accommodations with dedicated top Notch service from top to bottom anywhere else in New York, let alone the incredible value and lication. Thanks Taj, you made our stay a great one!

Wow! What an amazing stay. Everyone who works in this place was so kind.Thank you!! We were only able to stay two nights but it felt like home. All the staff were looking to help and worked hard to make sure our stay was amazing. It was genuine hospitality! Our room was perfectly clean and beautiful with a great view of Central Park. We will be back!

We are here to travel to South Korea. Kobe is a small city, notorious for its Kobe beef. The lobby is very clean. If you are going from the exit to the back of the hotel, there are some small shops that can buy water and food. There are a lot of facilities in the room, very clean and their beds are very comfortable! They also offer toothbrushes, razors, cotton balls, cotton swabs and more. If you live here, you don't need to bring too many toiletries - they offer quite a lot. I don't like the shampoo and conditioner found in the hotel but I like shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel from this hotel. Mint-flavored mandarin and great, clean my hair and body every day. Let me repeat, the bed here is super comfortable! My husband, mother, brother, nephew, and I are sleeping in the two rooms like a baby! They even had the bed pulled out by a third person in our room. I really like their buffet breakfast and the favorite dishes have multiple grooves so I can taste a lot of different items and have them all separated. This is a great business and leisure hotel or whether you want to check out Kobe. Our family and tour groups like to live here. When we come to Kobe again, we will stay here again.

Wonderful! Had "tea" with some lady friends. What an experience! Loved the finger foods, tea and especially the champagne! Used a Groupon offer, but still extremely expensive. The Pierre us absolutely beautiful!

I love the Pierre. It's packed with elegance and so much NYC history. The Organic Spa Magazine Travel Symposium was held at the hotel and once again, everything was great. The food, service, and event. You will feel like a Queen or King when you step into the hotel. It's magick!

One of the best hotels to stay in midtown Manhattan. Right across the street from Central Park and close to historical places in New York City. Variety of museums and shopping districts. Right off of 5th Avenue Posh shops. And other high-end stores.

My MIL took me here for my very first high tea which turned out to be amazing. The tea was delicious and the food was to die for. I highly recommend.

Park view room is small but does have an amazing view of central park and the city to the north. Breakfast in Perrine is very good. Location is excellent for central park. Overall staff is first class.

I atayed in this hotel with my dad in 2008 for 2-3 days. When I came back 8 years back they still remembered me and I was able to leave my luggage there for half a day as I was on the way to the airport but still had some time to roam around. This is what I call service if after all those years the hotel staff still finds you in the system and is able to help you out! The staff is super professional and down to earth. Obviously the location is perfect but what I love the most is the feeling you get when you stay at the Pierre. You feel thrown back in time into the 1930s and you really are able to experience the soul of New York City. Definitely will come back with my son one day! For me it is the most unique hotel resembling the true feeling of what it is like to stay in New York City.

What a great place to stay in NYC. The location is absolutely perfect, 5th Ave must I say more? The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The room was beautiful and extremely comfortable. A must stay!
