First National Real Estate Review

Glad I left First National, what a horrible place to work.

Being a first home buyer was tough enough without having the stress of scheduling inspections, finance and everything else involved. First National was one of the best companies when buying and would not be happier with the support , offers of advice and services they offered us. The level of service was excellent!

Worst dealing with real estate Seymour .Very Bad customer service . Rude and racist .

I left FN on September 3rd 2019, happy I left. I left the National office, due to being bullied and singled out, by the CEO, Marketing Manager and Account Manager, on a number of occasions. On 2 occasions the CEO made verbal threats of physical violence, which my marketing manager, completely did nothing about. It was a disgusting experience, one that i'll make sure, won't happen again, within the power I have not to allow it.

First national are the one of the worst real estate in victoria especially the springvale one.i am dealing one of the worst experience with them now adays

First National provides excellent support to its members, and provides professional and reliable services to its customers. Being a First National member for 4 years now and have never been happier in a workplace.

They put you first ... pfft - what a joke.

Staff friendly enough.
Not sure if it's a first national wide policy or just Broadford/kilmore office, but I was overwhelmed by the long (7 pages online) application form- just to inspect a property to rent. .. and the subsequent long list of organisations allowed to view the 7 pages (over 20) Surely simple if/licence would be enough. The only caveat would be the application is already filled in if you feel like applying for the property.

Gold Coast was the 2nd FN convention Chris and I attended and we both had the best time. So much hard work goes into organizing these events and Ray and his team delivered an amazing conference. The training sessions were all very informative, the venue was amazing. We enjoyed spending time and sharing ideas with other FN offices.
Overall excellent!!

First National sponsored this outright cruelty at the royal ag show in Hobart. The rodeo caused horrific injuries in the name of entertainment. There is no place for unnecessary cruelty in animal agriculture, and the agriculture community must shun these needless events carried out purely for sick human viewership. The pictures show a severely injured young steer wandering in front of a banner for First National Real Estate, a key sponsor for the event. The steer clearly has a shattered back leg, caused by the event. First National, is this where your customers' money goes? You disgust me.

I have worked for First National for just under two years and I can honestly say that the support, the training and the resources on offer are far superior to any other network I have ever worked for before. I would not hesitate to recommend First National as a place of employment, a business to consult with or a national network to launch your business with.

The 2018 First National convention was brilliant on so many fronts. Well sourced & run workshops, with something for everyone. Its always a great opportunity to learn & share business ideas & successes to replicate in one anthers businesses. Cannot wait till the 2019 convention

Try to avoid First National Real Estate if you can.

We put a deposit down for an off the plan land in Rouse Hill in May 2017. In the past 5 months of waiting we had to change to too many different lots for a number of reasons. And every time the agent (Sanjeev) and vendor's solicitor evaded exchange and kept us waiting.

Last week, I found another lot from a different development and put down deposit and requested Hills Direct to refund. They came back with a final and absolute correct list and assured me that these lots are available and ready to exchange. We selected one and they issued a sales advise to my solicitor. Subsequently, we rescinded on the other land we had secured.

Surprise, surprise Hills Direct called back today to say the selected lot was in fact sold months ago and offered another land which was almost triangle and not much can be built on for the same price! I have never seen an agent so unaware and clueless of what he is selling. That is if you believe that all of this dishonesty and deceitful game was merely a mistake as they claim to be. To me it looked more like this:

First, they lure you in with something that might interest you. Then, they will keep you waiting for a very long time to the point you will miss all other opportunities. Final episode, out of desperation you will agree to buy an over priced left over stock!

No matter what excuses they came up with and no matter what replacement was offered, we decided that integrity and honesty is way too important so we walked.

Terrible website, don't bother using their search function.

I would have to say that I agree with the review from a year ago. From a female's point of view, this office is run by a bunch of chauvinistic males. They are rude, aggressive, and arrogant and their language is absolutely disgusting. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

It is more than just the informative sessions, it's also all the other members you get to meet and learn from. Each one is willing to share their knowledge. We belong to the most fantastic real estate group. How lucky we are.

Having been working for an office within the First National network for over 10 years I can honestly say that First National is a great network to be a part of. They offer excellent resources, training and support enabling me to grow and improve my business. Highly recommended!
