Very central area, very nice hotel
At the moment with some areas being renovated but not disturbing the living room at all
In a nice and new suite we slept in 5 comfortably new mouquettes in the rooms, brand new bathroom
Good cleaning
Note to me sore sheets ...
Twice I've asked to change them because they are worn with tears
Obviously they have been replaced but the level should guarantee intact sheets

Worst sleep of my life, tiny "king" size bed, flat pillows, and hard mattress. Last night we stayed the fire alarm went off at 2am, once we walked down 43 flights of stairs the staff informed us that it was a false alarm. The loud speaker system wasn't working right and kept cutting off their messages to us - which was annoying to us but would have been actually concerning if there was a fire. Even without the fire alarm this place sucked.

This hotel is being converted to a Conrad. I was given one of the newly-renovated rooms. It was beautifully decorated and very large, especially for a hotel in NYC. On the 51st floor, the views were beautiful. I will say though that while the designer of the new rooms creates beautiful spaces, he or she lacks an eye for functional details. Room service was excellent and very speedy. The staff were all friendly and eager to please.

Best kept secret hotel in midtown. The hotel is nicely centrally located near all attractions. Boutique style, since this hotel was newly acquired from one to Conrad Hilton chain.

Service was good and facility was modern and clean and spacious suites, which is hard to come by in the city.

The restaurant was nice and clean. Prices were in align with NY prices and food was excellent. We had steak and chicken and it was really good. Breakfast we had the buffet and it was typical hotel breakfast spread but with gourmet yogurt details and such. Some people were complaining re: the price but ...$40 is not expensive for breakfast in NY, especially at a 5 star hotel chain. However, it would be nice to see some fancier items on the menu for the buffet, like egg Benedict, or made to order waffle or omelette like other hotels.

I'm checking out this morning and I'm sad to leave. The London NYC has been amazing. The rooms are large, clean, chic and stylish. The water pressure at times can turn off for 10 seconds while I'm in the shower, but still not bad for being on the 25th floor. Staff is a friendly, clean, safe area, a two-minute walk to luxury shopping and all of NYC has to offer. What more do you need for your trip to New York City!

Enjoy your stay!

This aging Midtown hotel has large suites suitable for families and a convenient location. Staff are super friendly and helpful but this is not a 5 star luxury hotel by any stretch. As of 2017, rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment, carpets are worn and upholstery ripped in places, tho bathrooms have been redone more recently and are clean and modern. Suites in the middle of Manhattan for a somewhat reasonable price are awesome, tho.

This place never fails to be unimpressive. Slow service. Too bright. Orders always come out wrong. It's like a cheap hotel lobby bar with a ton of lipstick. Only redeeming quality are the awesome single bathrooms. Otherwise, avoid.

A true gem in mid-town! Cool, but without the attitude. Rooms are wonderful, spacious for the Apple - as are the bathrooms. The service is spectacular from the doorservice to the front desk to room service. And having Gordon Ramsey as the restaurant and bar is the proverbial cherry on the cake! This was my 3rd stay with them...so if you want to stay in mid-town THIS is the place (and realtively affordable for what you get).

This was my first visit to NYC and the London was such a treat. We were 3 ladies on a sister getaway! Not only was the location perfect, but the suite was beautiful with breathtaking views. We were within a 10 minute walk to both Central Park and Times Square. All staff were warm and welcoming, turn down service was offered every evening and umbrellas on rainy day. Loved it!

Service is ridiculous. We are a guest of the hotel and the room on the first day was not available until 5pm, despite check in at 3pm. They told us that since we are diamond members, we would be upgraded to a much bigger suite on the second night. So the next day, we packed up and checked out. Only to arrive into a room at 5pm later that day to the EXACT same size room. This is all despite, having called to confirm the large suite with panoramic views earlier this week. Management equally is ineffective and was not a help at all, Miguel. Take a look at our park view

Quick and efficient check-in. Beautiful, recently updated suit on floor 6 had every possible convenience. Room design made it feel incredibly spacious. Slept like a rock on the comfy bed.
Can't comment on the room service food as we didn't have any.

I have personally never stayed her, but have used their rooms as a make shift office when needed for my freelance jobs. The rooms are all spacious and feel like a one bedroom apartments. Depending where you are facing, you might get an amazing view or an office building. Regardless, the rooms get amazing lighting thanks to their huge windows. The hotel is very clean and is very upscale. The housekeeping staff is very friendly and have always helped us with our random requests. The company I freelance for always uses this hotel whenever they are in town!

I always enjoy staying here. The location is great and they treat you well. The rooms are large and comfortable. They are going to start renovating this year which is needed since there is a bit of wear and tear on the rooms. Make sure and have a drink at the bar and ask for Kenny. He will go out of his way to make you feel welcome.

One of my five star hotels in NYC. I love the large bathrooms with the walk in showers. The room has a large livingroom style sitting area with a desk, couch table and chair, just outside the bedroom doors. The view is an added plus. The bar and restaurant downstairs is wonderful and the staff at the hotel, make you feel at home. Love waking up in the morning and heading to the Starbucks around the corner for a morning coffee and sweet roll, then it's off to Central Park since it's right around the corner. The London NYC is centrally located in the city, out of the hotel and to the right time square, to the left 5th Avenue. Love walking in the city, but if you don't they will call you a cab. Just writing this makes me want to plan my next to to NY and the hotel.

Incredible disappointed in the entire experience. First we were told our suite would have a pull out sofa, which it did not. Second, waits for the elevator were just absolutely ridiculous. Third, the hotel lost power and there was no apology or concern at all on the hotel s part for what a massive inconvenience this is. The construction mess actually was not bad however this was a 3 star hotel at best, certainly not a 5 star.

We just stayed here two nights as a weekend getaway. The service is top notch and the suites are large by NY standards. Tasteful furnishings and decor that are probably a year or so away from needing a refresh. The room was super clean and the service was awesome. The only downside was the food. We only had breakfast witch was outrageously expensive and so bad that we actually sent it back. It's not the food prices that were so bad but once the service fees were added it was crazy. The location is perfect. Midway between central park and Time Square. We would definitly come back, we just won't eat here. Lots of local food options nearby anyway.

The location was great ! Just a short walk from Times Square. The traffic was so bad along this particular street so if you need an Uber budget for extra time . The service was amazing ! Anything you want they accommodated it for you so quickly. The main bedroom looked really nice and the bathroom as well . Our room had a separate living room with pull out sofa . That particular part seemed old and an afterthought. However, each night you received a turn down service . The restaurant was extremely expensive. I bought a hot tea and soup for $35. I d suggest eating elsewhere. Other than this the hotel was lovely and would definitely stay again .

This was our first trip to New York. The London surpassed our expectation on every level. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Every staff member we encountered was very nice and helpful. They have a great location to everything we wanted to do as well as the Subway and bus routes. The price for dining at the hotel was rather high, but we expected that with a celebrity as their chef. We will stay in this hotel again.

This hotel stay was amazing. We stayed a few days the week of Thanksgiving and it was more than what we expected. I am a diamond member and they upgraded us to a beautiful park view suite. The original room we booked did not have doors separating the living area from the bedroom, but our upgraded room did since we had our daughter with us. They were very thoughtful and helpful during the stay. While normally We would have breakfast at the hotel being Diamond, we chose to have traditional NYC bagels. However, they allotted a $60 credit per day. We had drinks in the bar a few times and had a great experience. This hotel is wonderful. We come to NYC every year at least once or twice and typically we stay somewhere different each time. We were pleased with this hotel and will definitely be back. Thank you Conrad for making our stay great!

My husband and I stayed at the London NYC recently. It was the second time we have stayed at this hotel and it is truly AMAZING! Everything about this hotel is top-notch. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel personnel are extremely helpful, polite, and courteous. The hotel is decorated in an upscale, chic yet comfortable style. Everything about the room was clean. The bathroom was updated and truly beautiful! We ate at the Maze for dinner one night and we were very pleased with our meal. I ordered the scallop appetizer and the salmon entree. Everything was cooked to perfection. My husband was very happy with his fish entree as well. The servers were all so attentive. The location of this hotel is fantastic too. We were within walking distance of Times Square and 5th Ave. Next time we go back to New York we will only stay at the London NYC!
