The hotel is very clean, nice views and modern decor. I would definitely return to this hotel!

This hotel was lovely. Staff were great and the furnishings were clean and comfortable with a 1970's flavor.

A very nice hotel with reasonable prices and a breakfast included which is almost exceptional in California and is excellent.

The flattering sun is the restaurant in the evening quite expensive in a breakfast room decor that tries to raise the gastronomic level but with unusual amounts in the US, namely very small !!

Biggest standard hotel rooms you'll find in LA. Make sure to request a South-facing room with a gorgeous view to look over West Hollywood. The roof top pool is also top notch. Incredible views.

Great boutique hotel in West Hollywood minutes from Beverly Hills. The design is really unique and rooms are very spacious. If you arrive by a rental car valet parking is pretty much the only option (costs around USD 40/day)

Bar was quiet for a Saturday night. Closed rooftop as well..boo

The place was beautiful and the staff was as friendly but the food wasn't the greatest for the even I attended. Not sure if it was provided by the hotel.

We stayed here for two nights. On arrival we were upgraded to a suite- room 811. We were on our honeymoon but the hotel was not aware of this. The suite was fabulous!!! There were two large bathrooms, a huge sitting room and the bedroom was equally large. The design and layout was superb.

Hotel was fashionable and location was good, too.
The staff didn't feel bad either, and they liked it.
Breakfast was delicious too!

I would suggest including water and coffee for free in the Grand Tasting.

Go to a Different hotel, ROOSEVELT hotel so much better ... or Sunset Marque ... Management is not attentive for the dollar charged ...

An especially gorgeous hotel inside and out. Quite the gem of west hollywood, even living in Los Angeles for my whole life, i never knew about this spot. While usually too expensive for my taste, we were blessed to spend the day here for some work. Check out the rooftop during sunset for an unforgettable view of downtown and santa monica.

Rooms are VERY competitively priced. The rooms were a bit run down/tired.

Service and staff are excellent, rooms are roomy and bathrooms are beautiful. We encountered a lot of marijuana smoke at breakfast, pool rooftop and in hallways. Clientele seems to be there for the party and scene, not ideal.

I love staying at the London. The service is always great and the rooms are spacious.

My friend and I stayed at The London in mid November 2016 for 3 nights after a recommendation from my sister. We had a large quiet room (room 614) which was a great size for two friends sharing. The bathroom was also a decent size with a double shower and a separate bath.

Bad and Boujee. This place is beautiful with outstanding views. Valet is very over priced but the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The location is perfect for checking out the area. I was impressed by the restaurant, cleaning staff, front desk, lobby, valet, and the main entrance. Also there is a really great bar and bartender. We mentioned we were celebrating a birthday and they gave us complementary champagne at check in!

Great location and luxurious and spacious rooms. The most important thing is the proffesional and amazing customer service from the team in the reception and car valet. I strongly recommend this hotel ! Thanks :)

The rooftop and rooms were really beautiful. We got the balcony and the view of the cities was great. However, our experience with the concierge was poor. We had visitors over after the rooftop bar but they didn't allow them in our rooms because they thought they were sleeping over.

Uber driver. Stopped here to poop. Bathroom was a 10/10. To many reflective surfaces though. Felt like I was in a mirror maze. Would poop again.

We loved it! Beautiful luxury hotel with an amazing staff. The service is fantastic! We were there for a weekend getaway. It was awesome to say the least. I love being able to text any requests and they take care of it instantly. I even asked for yoga mats and they were there within minutes. Everyone is extremely friendly and extremely helpful. Everyone has a smile! We would definitely stay again. It is also nice that it is so close to everything yet still private. Best luxurious hotel with amazing service. You rock London Hotel!

From our arrival we were made very welcome with a quick check in and straight up to our rooms. The Luggage guy (bell boy?) helped us understand the hotel and a bit about LA.

We'd booked two rooms thinking we'd need the space but each one had two double beds and we could have easily shared if we'd known (or wanted to.)

The rooms were large with two double beds, a sofa area and a small kitchenette with a very well stocked mini bar. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom large with a great shower.

The hotel roof was split into a pool area (looked great, but we arrived too late), a bar and a restaurant. Overall the roof had a good buzz to it with a collection of guests and local visitors popping in for drinks

The rooms are HUGE with two double beds in ours so check the relative size before you need to book two rooms :-)

Stayed for only a few hours meeting up with a friend before heading out to celebrate her birthday, but the room was really nice. Helpful, attentive valets. Beautiful lobby. I would certainly come back.

Lovely hotel closed to Sunset Blvd. It's never busy and feels quite boutiquey in this respect, although it's definitely a good-sized hotel. The restaurant, operated by Gordon Ramsey, serves impeccable food in a lovely setting. Sure, portions are tiny and prices expensive, but it's a nice place to come with your girlfriends for a brunch or an afternoon tea.

The insides of the hotel were nice, and the rooms were lovely. Was a shame that I didnt stay the night.

Each room is a suite. Bigger than many LA hotels. Horrible views but that's not the hotel's fault. Amenities nice enough. Staff helpful. Nice, though not unforgettable

Beautiful place albeit pricey. Large, elegant rooms. Keep in mind, you are at least an hour from the airport and there s a lot of traffic so plan accordingly.

I've been to the London a number of times but never for a movie screening. Who knew that the hotel has a it's own movie theater? As always staff was pleas my, food was delicious and movie was amazing.

Large, comfortable, and stylishly decorated rooms. Housekeeping is top-notch and the rooms are spotless. Great rooftop pool with a view of LA, and a nice complementary breakfast buffet. One of my favorite hotels anywhere!

Great location and views but the service was terrible and food is OK.

Stayed at The London this past weekend with my wife. A big shout out to Alfred and staff. Food, hotel amenities are the bomb. We will be back next May!

Nice West Hollywood vibe for a screening and reception without being too "Beverly Hills" about it.

Attended movie screening followed by a reception. Comfortable surroundings, good food and drinks plus popcorn, drinks and candy b4 the film. Great place for events!

We only came to see our friends and have a drink up on the rooftop but Jesus Christ the rooftop is BEAUTIFUL. Our friends enjoyed their stay there. I know it's pricy but if you got the $$, treat yo self

Very nice hotel. Had some construction going on with the lobby stores and restaurants but rooms were phenomenal.

The London was the perfect spot to call home while on a press tour for my client. The staff was AMAZING from my checkin with Alexis to my morning breakfast tray delivered by the cheery Sebastian and the whole team of super sweet valets! It was a perfect location and the room really work well as a live work space. We also had an amazing lunch at the roof top restaurant. Next trip I hope I have time to dive into the pool for some R & R. Thanks Team London for making my work trip ROCK!

Swank British inspired ambiance. Gorgeous rooftop pool deck with private cabanas.

Overall good hotel. Great bathroom & shower. Comfortable rooms. Complimentary coffee in Boxwood could use work. Poor location, should be in lobby & some mornings had to get coffee from bar. Also need more variety on dinner menu. Rooftop bar/restaurant is nice byt service is avg. Front desk and valet are very good. Great gym facility.

Great hotel with a semi-private entrance. The room was very spacious and clean, and the balcony was very, very large. For people who love the sleek, contemporary look, this is a gem of a hotel. Even though my wife and I tend to like the more traditional look, I'm giving it a five star rating because the staff was courteous and all in all it was a great experience. The deep soaking bathtub was probably the best part of our suite (we were in the London Veranda suite) and the fire pit/rooftop pool was the best part of our short stay.

I've stayed in a lot of hotels and this is one of the best and definitely our best stay in Los Angeles. The staff were amazing and generous and as it was my husband's 40th, they spoiled us which was so lovely!

Penthouse views are stunning. Staff were wonderful.

Great place otherwise

Ideally situated off Sunset Blvd., the London West Hollywood provides large spacious rooms with ample amenities. If you can, secure a high floor room with a balcony overlooking L.A. and Sunset Strip.
A decent sized pool for families with children, with a bar and staff equipped to serve a delightful selection of refreshments as you work on your tan.
The breakfast buffet and dining room area were recently renovated, a major improvement since my last visit, offering a new ambient dining experience with sunrise views over L.A.
Their people add the finishing touches to a great experience and are always at hand to assist you.
The gym is fully equipped with the latest machines, water, towels and headphones are provided, and I recommend an interactive online training session on the Peleton.

The Wi-fi was strong enough for me to connect my laptop and work remotely throughout the hotel, including poolside.

Uber is the way to go in L.A., I waited no longer them 5 minutes for rides throughout our trip, the average ride was $5-6, tip online later if you wish.

The conference room is nice and the seats are comfortable.

Extremely welcoming and comfortable hotel. Staff is very helpful and warm. Rooms are very large, comfortable, and well-kept, as well as very attractive. Restaurant was very good at dinner and served fine complimentary breakfast. There is no reason to think about staying at any other hotel in the area.

A great staff that ALL are generally happy to be at work. Impeccable service, attention to details and value across the board.

Amazing views as far as the eye could see of DTLA and the west side. At the time of my visit, the weather could not have been any more pleasant. Nice bright summer sun; nice cool breeze and refreshing drink on hand made it one of the most pleasant LA evenings ever. Once the sun took to the eastern hemisphere, the fireplace made this rooftop one of the best observation locations in the city. While some rooftops can get annoying because of crowds, this rooftop was pleasant and enjoyable. The staff is attentive further adding to the pleasantness of this place.
