Lovely space. A bit pricey for laundry, food, and service. As its off Hollywood blvd and near so many restaurants it seemed a but strange.
The pool was great, my son had very nice enjoying himself poolside.

This hotel is located in the heart of W. Hollywood. You can walk to many places from here. The hotel is spectacular, rooms beautiful as well as comfortable. Nothing is missing from this hotel. The roof-top pool is the place to be in the summer. Rent a private cabana for the day and relax. The staff is courteous and very helpful. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. STAY THERE!

I must admit The London West Hollywood is the hotel I frequent most when in town. I never tire of arriving under and amidst the ivy in valet and the entry and foyer give an opulent feel.

The rooms are both stately and well appointed. With my numerous visits I have yet to express a need of fundamental product. Expect rooms with comfortable seating, gentle bedding and, for those of us that must be connected at all times, wireless that isn't anemic. Room service is timely and polite, retrieval and cleanup fastidious.

Moreover, when staying with The London one MUST visit Gordon Ramsey. I have dined numerous times and it has never failed me. The attire is "smart casual" and the venue is a hidden, tucked away retreat of sorts. A favorite of mine is the Halibut, full of flavor and simple - with The London West Hollywood you can't lose.

Not pretentious but luxurious all suite hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are large and very functional. Great inclusive breakfast buffet or if you still need a icadi toast, you can order it and ff the ala cart menu. I'm sorry I missed the bulldogs on my visit though

This may be a case of high expectations but I was not blown away by this small boutique hotel.

Beautifully decorated but not memorable.

Staff was great.

Nice and cozy and I can see why the studios like to host pressers here (they got a kind of red carpet situation pretty much built in) but on a Saturday night, just a few steps away from the Sunset Strip, this place was dead. So much so, that last call came at midnight and the wife and I had to make do with the Saddle Ranch the rest of the way.

Worth checking out. Just keep your expectations at ground level.

The Beverly Hills restaurant right out front is also 5 stars in my book bc of the delicious food and the overall feel you receive here.
It's just exactly like a cafe I've always been meaning to find. Super friendly husband and wife duo who make the motel feel like a hotel-- and the food feel like home. I had the Portuguese sausage sandwich and tasted the chicken milaneza even the small side salad is just right. The paradise drink is really good (iced tea and lemonade) -- I would come back for this drink and just sit out with a book. also looking forward to trying the Brasilian coffee. What's nice is when you have a dog and he's napping in the room you can bring eat your food right out front ... honestly, I didn't want to leave!

I was there for four nights in September. As a business owner myself, I like to look for details on how others operate their business. This facility is old but well maintained. Cleanliness and sanitation are key, which they seem to grasp well, however what sets this place apart is the customer service. There was a small issue during my stay, however, how the problem was dealt with and resolved made all the difference. Kudos to Nikola Pavlovic! He was very professional, curious and prompt in rectifying problems.

Everything about our Afternoon Tea was wonderful! Each item was beautiful and delicious. It was extra special to have scones from a truly British kitchen. Finally!! They were high, soft and just a touch moist but not too dense; the perfect compliment to clotted cream and lemon curd. The setting was relaxing and beautiful, the perfect place to have tea with a man. Our server was extremely attentive. He anticipated our every need. He was so knowledgeable about tea. He made us feel like gentry!

Just went to tea with a small group to celebrate the holiday. Was very exvited to try this place, being a nig fan of high tea. Dadly, wad very disappointed. To start, they sat us at a giant table that left is really spreadout and it felt awkward. No milk was offered with the tea. No offer was ade of a glass of chamagne was made. No serving utensils
were offered with the clotted cream or tge lemon curd. Sandwiches were ok, but nothing particularily unique. Server was asked about a sandwiche ingredient and had no idea what it was. There was no offer of seconds. The scones were fabulous and the deserts were fine. Had to sask and wait for a box for the few remaining items. A 20% service fee was tacked on with no warning and for what was mediocre service. Without warning, the bright lights where thrown on like after last call at a clib, I guesz signaling our time was up. Had to ask for and then wait for the check. Had to ask for parking validation and then wait for it. Then, found out that while were were waiting for the box, the bill and the validations, the price of parking almost doubled as we missed the 5 pm cut off by a few minites. When I asked the front desk to make that right, they could not find a manager. Will stick to my tried and true favorites for tea in the lovely hotels to the west.

It was very nice and the ambience was very calm and fancy. It wasn't busy and it's easy to talk to one another. The music was at a perfect volume and the bartender and staff were very kind and courteous.

Big rooms. Lots of space to move around. Deep baths and good showers. Highlight was the roof top pool looking over Hollywood and Beverly Hills. Food served up here is great.

Only downside is that it gets really busy and despite signs saying that sun lounge hogging with towels is not permitted, this is not enforced by staff when we were here. So you had large families reserving loungers for several hours before turning up. Given the limited space available this was disappointing.

But that was the only major grip we had. The hotel is recommended.

It is a good base to work from as you have easy access to the Beverley Hills, Santa Monica is within easy reach as is the likes of the Chinese Theatre, Dodgers Stadium, The Hollywood Bowl and the Greek Theatre.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. We were greeted by very friendly valet staff and shown to our room. The room was very spacious, well laid out and nicely decorated. The bathrooms were beautiful with a huge soaker tub, and a rain shower. The breakfast that was served in the morning was fresh. Highly recommend this hotel if you're in the area!

Did not stay, but got a tour of the property. The rooftop pool is beautiful and the view from the penthouse suite even more so. Staff is incredibly polite and helpful. But the driveway to the valet/lobby is a bit hidden.

Stayed in a gorgeous two bedroom metropolitan suite. More than enough space but two living rooms and no dining table. That said, couldn't fault it. California chic style at its best. Amazing rooftop and balcony views, although the rooftop area closed before midnight. Loved the buffet breakfast, quality food and decent coffee. Best hotel stay ever! We wanted to move in!

I worked at this venue as a dj a week ago. Beautiful venue, amazing views, not to bad to load unload equipment. They even provide all the sound equipment. The big problem was the sound restriction. You are very limited, and you need to consider that before doing an event. For some events, it might be ok, but it was a downer.

Shout out to Matthew(A/V) guy at the venue for being so helpful and on top of things. I appreciate it.

The ambience was very nice. It is a great place for company events. We had a lot of fun out here. I gave a lesser rating as it was difficult to locate a restroom here. It is a little difficult to navigate to the hotel in the Google map as well.

This a nice, modern Hotel, I've been there mostly for events, haven't stayed overnight, it's a few steps aways from Sunset Blvd, you can get a cab/uber/lyft and be anywhere on the Sunset strip in a matter of minutes.

Very nice hotel, I enjoyed my stay. I love the bulldog theme and the pool is extremely nice. Service was fantastic; the valet is helpful, especially because parking in LA is, well, parking in LA. Last thing, the view from the top of the hotel is fantastic, a great look at the city and the mountains.

Stay in this hotel often for business. Great location, great service, good bed, great bathroom. The hotel is slowly being updated (which was needed). Rooftop pool is nice after its been renovated. The morning buffet is also quite good and the new bar set up off the lobby entrance is also great for after work cocktails or business meetings. They also have a screening room for work functions, which is also a great feature. Will continue to stay here.
