Fake consultancy.. They usually deploy to other companies.. But u never get an offer letter. Waste of time don't attend interviews here.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! They have the lowest pay, worst office and interview process. Manager is so rude that he thinks he owns you. This place is unfit for even a fresher. Better become a uber driver and have some self respect!
It's not a tech company in the first place. It's an HR middleman kind of company which takes you in and makes you work for clients for much lesser pay.

Nice experience in interview process... Has very good client base like dell, McAfee, Intuit...

Though I got to know abt a vmware, Linux opening in their client's location , I showed up there and waited endlessly for the client's round.Later they called after three months, doesn't seem Techchef negligence but the client's response was very delayed.

There is no proper process in this company.They will not ask any thing in interview ,I don't know how they judge the candidate and reject them.

one suggestion for ur team don't expect the students to be as inventors of framework and the interviewer was asking questions and expecting the answer and methods in particular formats and as you know even i am CRM and ERP developer every problem has hundreds of solutions so ask him to open his mind and try new things rather then depending only on build-in functions

Such a bad outsourcing company... They can't give placement... Only can waste time

Such a worst interview experience i had in tech chef. Last month i attended face to face interview after a programming round. The Technical guy who took the interview is not even ready to listen the answers from me and irritating thing is he yawned continuously. My question basically if he is feeling sleepy and not interested y he supposed to sit in the panel and ruining some others life #worst professional behavior.

Well, i got rejected in the first round i,e Aptitude round but I'm still rating it coz the way they conducted interview was very impressive,clean and in the way it should be unlike other companies they told us results ASAP. I wish i had a chance to show my technical ability

Theres a lack of clarity on interview rounds , after completing 3 rounds of interviews they still wanted a client interview, even though they boasted of being a product based company. Techchefs is just another resource outsourcing company . They should put that on their Job description.

Just don't waste your weekend, better go some other company instead of going there, they will just call for the interview and they will conduct all the rounds and they simply ignore .... Waste of time and petrol and company looks so bad ...

it is nice place to work. Though it is start up their main business as staffing they credit salaries on 1st of the month ,with out getting time sheet approval form client. They believe employee and company management is good. I refer this company to take job offer and join

For Automation engineer:-
They will provide 2question to test in PC.
And in PC nothing is installed no app/no tool/no firebug,firepath. You have to do it urself.
They gave me Firefox 58.0 for testing along with no firebug/firepath.You have to do by developer tool.
Moreover they will give you Oxygen 2.They will not care whether your jar files perfectly integrated or not. They just want O/P.
Waste of time

Pathetic company. They schedule fake interviews and waste people's time.

HR won't clearly tell the requirement. Simply call to the interview.
Please don't attend any Interview for this company

Very good aptitude test and programming test for interview.

Company is good provide you good opportunity on client side.

After got selected on an interview, 1 week later they just called and told me "The position i applied for is under hold". Its just complete waste of time. And please dont resign from your current organisation by trusting their words.

Techchef is one of the best place for data recovery. I have 500GB HDD got crashed and find techchef on google. I put up the inquiry and got quick response for them. They collected the HDD and recovered almost data in timely manner.

I am very happy with process and support.

Great place to work or start your carrier. The team and the management is amazing.

Good place to "Learn and Work", Good Clients and most importantly Awesome Management to work with which is more employee oriented.

They simply waste our time calling interview on weekends. They conduct interview process which has one aptitude round, coding round, technical interview and HR round , but all this are show off they will not call back even if have done well. While scheduling the interview they speak properly. Once process in done they don't bother to respond. They are doing it for time pass. This is consultancy where If they get project then they will call you, otherwise you will be on hold. Don't attend this company interview. You have to parking fees extra from your pocket.

I've been there for interview but the office infrastructure seems just mediocre.

Worst experience while attending the interview. Finally get to know that it is just a consultancy. It is not a software company so attending interview is a waste of time here.

This is my 1st company....nice place to work, enjoying my work here and lot of fun activities conducted on every friday, working in a team where people have experience in various fields, we have a good learning curve and exposure. Office location is in city center so there is no transportation issue.

A product engineering company and cmm level 3.has good clients

Last month, we were struck when one of user HDD was not getting detected and we were having some very important legal data on that drive. So I discussed about this with Tech Chef guy and they assured me "they will try there level best" and they really worked very hard for couple of days on our drive and successfully they retrieved our extremely important data. I am very happy with there work and professional approach toward finding solution.

Not sure why they keep system test before sending the candidates to companies as contractor for interviews, its a waste of time and more over the companies doesn't say OK to the candidates even if they do the initial screening

After i show all reviews of this company ,apply for job but after see the interviewer way to taking interview and not happy with right answer with in 5 min say out HR will contact you .it very rude , you can t complain anyone knowledge in 5 min .

Don't waste your time giving interview to this company... This is froud and fake company....

Fake. It's not a company. It seems there are into consultancy. And the interviewer behaves like as if he owns you and they have scripted answer for every question that you are gonna ask about the company. Please try to avoid this place.

Very difficult to find this place with proper directions too... All contract jobs... Interviews are also not taken considering experience

I am working with Techchefs for past 1.5 yrs and i feel this is the right time to give my feedback.

1) Really happy to work with Techchefs.
2) Total i have 11 years IT experience and I worked in major service based and product based MNC companies (IBM , Accenture, Wipro and accelrys) but compare to those companies, Techchefs is really an awesome company to grow and learn as a start up.
3) Techchefs Management are very transparent and always trust their employees and give more opportunities.
4) I am more happy with my salary and appraisal process. Techchefs will pay you as per market standard and their appraisal process also very transparent. Based on your contribution to company i am sure it will directly reflect on your appraisal benefits.
5) Very short time period Techchefs have an awesome growth because of nice and honest management.
