The product is great. The customer service is bad.

I called to buy a replacement top for my desk.
Tyler said they had it in stock and I could pick it up, but I needed to send an email. I sent the email, but no response.
Next day, I emailed general info@... Rachel responded she needed an address for shipping (despite explaining I am 2 blocks away). Fine I emailed my address. No response.

Two weeks later (14 days) Rachel emails me that they are sold out.
I complained that they sold out in the time I was waiting for response. She said they were sold out for a while (either she or Tyler fibbed).

I called and left messages with the manager to discuss this. No response. (they have my email and phone if they want to discuss)

There is a theme.

UPDATE: within 3 hours of posting this, the manager did call me back. so if email and phone don't work, consider reviews.
