I just love The Ginger Group. A talented team of wonderful people. Claudia, my hair looks phenomenal. You're the best.

I am new to Victoria and was shopping around for a new salon. Since this place is across from where I live, I decided to go in and check it out.

I walked in and waited for someone to approach me as the stylists were busy with customers. After a few minutes, one of the stylists came over and when I inquired about pricing and services, he said he would get someone. I was introduced to a middle aged woman and when I inquired with her, she said it was all on the website. I elaborated that I was wanting a cut, highlights and colour. She just stared at me with a frozen smile and said, "yup, you have the internet? (Looking down at my phone) It's all on the website."

I was standing there in front of her. The least she could have done was provided me with a quote or estimate. I can't help but feel I was being judged. She was fake friendly and passive aggressive. I was on my way home from school (I'm a mature student) and had a backpack on so she obviously felt I didn't belong there.

I would not support this business. Anyone who treats potential clients like this, doesn't deserve new clients.

Laura has been doing my hair at Ginger Group for the past 3 1/2 years and I ve never been disappointed! She is friendly and a perfectionist, which is definitely what you want in a hair dresser. ;) She helps me to figure out what I want and I m always happy when I leave!

The staff is friendly and professional, the salon is inviting atmosphere , but i was so disappointed with my cut! I can't believe I actually paid for it, I should have walked out... it was not even remotely like the picture I showed to Pam, and after voicing all my concerns it was all wrong. I will not be back!

Janet is a wonderful stylist who listens to her clients needs and wants. Fun and welcoming atmosphere to the whole salon. I always walk out feeling beautiful!

I just got my hair cut and styled by Stanley and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a salon. Stanley is very friendly, talented, knowledgeable and personable. He not only gave me a great hairstyle that I am in love but also gave me some great tips on how to care for my wavy/damaged hair. My hair looks amazing and feels so much healthier. The space is beautiful and clean. I love the Christmas decor! I definitely will be back. Thank you so much, Stanley and the Ginger Group!

I ve been coming to the Ginger Group for at least 7 years and I love it! Janet Duncan is so great, and I always get a really good haircut from her. The atmosphere is friendly and the location is convenient. Highly recommended.

LADIES BEWARE! The company is NOT recognized by Great Lengths Canada. I had to have them removed after 2 months because they were not real hair nor were they installed correctly. Get it in writing! This is an all day investment. You should not be in and out in less than 4 hours.$1500 down the drain!

I have always believed that the test of a good haircut is how it looks as it grows out. My daughter and I both went to see Claudia and even after a few months, we are both so happy with how our hair looks. In addition, we both have short styles and as you probably know, finding someone who is good with short hair is so hard. Go see Claudia!

Ohhhhhhhh! Wow! My hair is finally happy . Each monthly visit to Ginger group with Pam produces a perfect work of art. I now have thinner hair so I am sensitive how it is colored and shaped . Pam is "The Best "and knows exactly what I want to see in a good haircut and how I wish it to be styled
Since I came from Montreal 16 years ago to Victoria I went to different stylists and always left miserable and "undone". 5 years with Pam on monthly basis and my Crown Chakra is still extremely happy and and calm .I guarantee you will be perfectly satisfied with all the professional aspects of Pam's work as well as her personality

The Ginger Group is more than just your typical hair salon - they're a family of talented indivuals with a true passion for hair and client satisfaction. Every time I visit I am surrounded by a positive, up-beat and professional energy. Claudia has been my stylist for a while now and despite my thinning hair, I leave the salon feeling very satisfied with my fresh new cut and without a doubt, a smile on my face. Thank you for the consistently great service!
