Friendly, professional and helpful. Not bad for sales and letting agents.

EVERYBODY BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY! Sajid may seem good and honest but deep down he isn't. I was a landlord with Prestige and the service they offered was APPALING. Sajid found me a tenant said this tenant was a really good tenant but unfortunately it didn't turn out to be. Sajid knew what was going on and the team, trying to get in contact with Saj was extremely difficult as he kept on saying he was never in the office (just avoiding me). When I wanted to terminate the contract Saj would avoid the situation and wouldn't let me with the BS he came out with. I went and collected my keys but prestige failed to return my sets of keys. After months of difficulties I finally have my property back. WORST AGENT IN ROCHDALE!!!!!!!

P.S. Use a company that has experience in the field. As prestige hasn't been around long enough as the team are clueless and don't have a clue what's going on. This isn't just happening with me it's happening with a lot of their landlords.

I would like to thank Faye for everything, I needed somewhere to live to look after my daughter which was essential.
She found me the perfect property, helped me through the application process and was always one phone call away for any problems.
She was never too busy and always happy to talk.
Unfortunately I had to move to the other side of Manchester but will always be grateful to her for the service she provided me (and advice)
If I do return to the area, she and Prestige will be the first point of call.
I would recommend Prestige Letting (especially Faye) 10/10

Absolute bunch of delinquents! They waste your time; you turn up for viewings for no shows and then find out "oh this property has already been taken by someone", appaling to say the least; they deserve 0 stars.

Have been using prestige sales & Letting over a year to manage every aspect of my property from tenants, repairs, paper work and finance I never had an a issue. All the staff absolutely fantastic. Keep you well informed and updated when required. Can not fault the service. As a landlord I highly recommend Prestige. You will not be dissatisfied with the service.

Fancy renting some where that has many issues? Fancy paying over the odds in rent? Maybe you wish to buy a home and pay mega prices for an awful house? Then look no further!

Very poor lettings agents, issues with houses with many renters never getting there issues such as broken boilers resolved ever, Use a different company who manages there properties properly.
As for sales, there are plenty of good companies in rochdale selling quality properties at good prices, sadly this is anywhere but one of those places.
