Correct hotel for 3 stars.

Correct hotel for 3 stars.
Clean, friendly staff..dated furniture, cable tv with no options.
Room service every 3 days
The included breakfast that we get is very bad.
Only sliced bread and some accompaniment.
Very easy.
Ideal for those who will be little in the hotel.

This place is truly sad... My reservations were cancelled instead of modifying the reservation therefore I was charged FOUR TIMES for deposits.. Twice $132.96 and twice $75 smh. This is ridiculous and rooms are NOT updated. Pictures of the pool make it look wayyy better than it actually is! The hotel still would not accommodate my early arrival without trying to charge me ADDITIONAL fees for an early check in despite all of my inconvenience. VERY UNSATISFIED. I wish that I could upload a copy of my credit card statement to prove my point!!!

Very disappointing, I had to buy an extra pillow, because the receptionist said there would be no other, the cleaning in the room is terrible, if you look at the head of the bed, you will see that it has not been cleaned for months, the other day they came to clean the room and they dropped everything on the way. The breakfast is very weak, meaning I would not recommend it to anyone

Great service and amenities and close to everything right off of international dr just down the road from Universal Studios and only 10 min to Disney and SeaWorld plus beautiful lake views as well as the close proximity to everything just makes it better

My fiancee and I really enjoyed our stay here and I would say that you couldn't find friendlier staff, specifically the morning breakfast employees. From the moment we stepped in they spoke and acted as if we knew them for years a d we has such a laugh with them. The outdoor pool is heated which is a bonus and stays open until 10pm which is great as it can get really busy during the day and up until 8pm. Loads of parking spaces so you wont have to worry about finding one. The only reason for the 4 stars is just that it could do with an update from the 90's decor and a little TLC. Perfect location for the stores on interesting drive and a fare few things to do within walking distance.

We had 6 people in a room with two separate bedrooms, small kitchen, a balcony and pull out sofa. Cleanliness over all was pretty sketchy. The sliding door to the patio was jammed. The little convenience store inside by the Pizza Hut had outrageous prices. There was some early morning drilling that woke us all up. The breakfast was pretty sad): We ended up eating at a local restaurant. OTHERWISE, the room did it's job. We needed a place to crash overnight since only visiting one night and this room accommodated us all for $160. The location is really great. Hotel itself just needs some updating and attention to finer details in cleaning.

Pros: location only redeeming factor, and free shuttle to universal.
Pool was big and nice.

Can't complain too much because I won a free stay at this hotel on a radio show, however, next time I would just pay to stay somewhere else. Upon check-in, old opened snacks in room from last guests, dated, old rooms with peeling wall paper and stains. I was fine with it until coming home at 1am to find a note on the door saying our room had flooded. Walk in to find master bedroom two inches under water and my entire suitcase soaking wet. But don't worry they put my wet clothes in the shower and wet suitcase on the bed...luckily, we were moved to a new room in the middle of the night (with no help) and the new room was a little nicer (but had no shampoo or wash clothes..). Had no fresh clothes for a whole next day at the park, but hey I got 10 dollars worth of quarters to spend two hours of my vacation doing all my laundry (had to spend 10 bucks on laundry detergent). I appreciate the fact that we were able to move rooms, however the lack of any sympathy or attempted compensation for their disaster really angered me. All in all, I will never stay at this hotel again, even if they paid me.

The Enclave is located conveniently near Universal Studios and a variety of stores and restaurants. It is a little dated but clean. It could use a bit of a refresh. My biggest and only complaint so far is the horrible noise the air conditioning unit makes. Trying to sleep was difficult because of the very loud noise it would make when it would come on. We are in a room on the top floor and I was told by housekeeping that the unit on the roof controls the building. It sounded like a freight elevator taking off. Besides the awful noise, the place is good and the staff has been friendly.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Room needs updating. They will rip you off and charge you additional $$!!! Made reservations on line and paid in full. Day of check in desk clerk advised we were paid in full however needed a credit card for incidentals. Got home and had a $100 additional charge. Called and was informed that on line amount given for room was incorrect and refused to give refund. Waiting on bank to refund for fraudulent charge!! Talk about a headache. Not to mention we were not told our room was located right by the front door. So all night we had the pleasure of listing to the front door slam, people yell and scream and have some random drunk person think our door was the elevator and bang on it at 2am!!! I repeat do not stay here..... too many other places to stay so look else where!

While I feel I got a good value, I'm not sure I'd come back. One of the shower heads in the suite was missing, the AC stopped working in the middle of the night and one of the elevators had a sketchy door that sometimes wouldn't open. The hallways also reminded me of a cheap hotel. However, once I got in the suite itself, it was modern and clean and I feel like I got my money's worth.

Hotel with spacious rooms, with relatively good acoustic isolation. Breakfast is also OK, but no fresh fruits. The property is relatively old (lacks renovation), and maintenance is not so good. Don't expect much courtesy from the hotel staff, either.

Unfortunately I was on vacation at the Enclave Suites and stayed here for Seven Days, they have a breakfast available complimentary, however after eating there for the first morning I was terribly sick with food poisoning for 48 hours.

To make the stay even worse while I was sick, my wallet was lost/stolen, turned into the front desk, and conveniently misplaced when we went to retrieve my wallet.

Management was terrible to work with due to their lack of cooperation, telling me I must have misplaced the wallet. Three different managers Vera, Derek, and Pedro refused to review the camera footage, until my significant other called the Orange County police department. Seventy two hours later the management called and told us they did find the wallet in their accounting safe and the employee it was turned into didn't follow protocol and didn't apologize.

When we returned to pick up the wallet over 200 dollars in cash were missing and my passport was also not to be found.

Multiple employees tried to be helpful they stated that often thing go missing and are turned in but misplaced. The management told employees not to speak with us after we had filed changes against the front desk.

The Enclave is under investigation for fraudulently, harassment, and identity theft.

Worst place ever to stay. Bed was like a canoe. I complained to change mattress but I was treated like a trashcan by the night front desk agent, she was sarcastic and gross. Pictures on Instagram are a lie. They have at most old fashioned apartments. Told my travel agent to risk this hotel from the list. Never more.

This is by far one of the worse hotels I've been too. I will never go back nor will I ever recommend this place. The room was filthy and when we had them come look at it, they brought an air freshener thinking that was all that was wrong. The room had to be recleaned. Also, You can't even get coffee filters without paying for them. Who does that?? One more thing, the hallways smelled like 20 year old mold. Ugh.

The rooms are not cleaned every day, the carpet has a bad smell, the corridors of the hotel are dirty and dark, the elevator was broken and remained broken through out our stay. It really is not worth the adventure ...
Worst hotel I've ever stayed in ... We booked a room for 4 people, however we stayed in a "studio" suite that only sleeps 2 people. I complained at the reception and I was miserably attended by two employees ... A hotel maintenance clerk helped us borrow a foam, to improvise a bed on the floor, we had to sleep on the floor, as the hotel informed us that it did not have more rooms available ... We had to survive this hotel for 3 days until we were able to cancel the reservation and book another hotel ... I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ANY WAY THIS HOTEL. For the same value you have better options. I do not recommend ...

OUR RECENT STAY - Father of 2 kids - Not sure where to begin with our stay this past weekend. When we arrived we saw where the breakfast is set up which from the road is miss-leading because the breakfast area you see at first is the PAID breakfast area its like 6-7$ a person... the free breakfast is in the back of the room which is super cheap and unappealing which really shows how the hotel thinks of its guest we paid 282$ for 2 nights.. We got to a building which 1 of the 2 elevators were broke on our stay there. So i took the stairs most of the time. THE ROOM - the room itself was clean from what I could tell and if you like laying on Boxspring mattress' or maybe a mattress that feels like your laying on a pallet this is the place for you! The beds were the worse part of the stay along with the curtains that block no light at night. If you think you'r saving money by getting this hotel I would recommend spending another 25$ a night for a different hotel/suite - We will not return no matter how many people we have with us. The only thing this place has is the location maybe thats why they just don't care!

Incredibly awful!! The employee who checked us in informed us that our room was luxurious and when we entered we realized that it looked like a mockery. Bad smell in the carpets, no air conditioning in the hallways, bad housekeeping service, problems with wi-fi, problems with washing machines and an small old TV with problems. When we went to have our "free breakfast" the first day, the bad smell of rotten food was so strong that hited us in the face and we had to leave that room immediately without breakfast and did not return on any of the remaining days of our staying at that "hotel". Very disgusting experience!

We stayed here for 2 weeks in July/Aug 2018 in a 2 bedroom apartment, 2 adults and 2 teenager's. The place was okay and clean but needed updating as everywhere was dated and tired.

The location is a big plus as it's close enough to Universal and all of the local attractions if you are driving or using the local bus service.

The staff were friendly but watch out for additional charges to use the room safe etc...

I'd stop there again but not before looking elsewhere first.

The kitchenette was very disgusting nothing looked like it had been cleand in years, the bathroom was also gross but not as bad the kitchen, wifi doesnt work at all, and it smells awful in each room

This is my first night here and it's 4 in the morning and I can honestly say this is the worst hotel I've ever been to and I'm in a suite. I can't imagine what the regular rooms are like. The carpets are all dirty sand stained and all the walls are dirty and beat. After an hour of being in the room, I found a roach crawling on the wall. That left my younger sibling terrified to the point where he doesn't even want to sleep because he's afraid something's going to crawl on him while he sleeps. As I was going to sleep when I look on the back board of the bed, I found dried up blood scattered on it. When I went to Cuba I thought I stayed at a run down hotel but now I can see there's worse in America. The owns need to either refurbish or shut down.

You won't find a better deal. Great staff here makes all the difference, perfect location for couples and family, breakfast is more than expected(basically a buffet) and the rooms are neat and clean. The rest of the place is being renovated for future pleasure so I can only imagine how much better it'll get. I absolutely loved my stay here and would definitely recommend.

now, things may have changed since i went here (in fact, they likely will) as my last visit was three years ago. i cam here aged 12-13 with my family to visit Orlando for the first time. this was a wonderful hotel for a first-time american tourist as it gives great views from the higher floors and the lower floors towards the wet 'n' wild side still have pretty good views. it is well positioned in terms of amenities with there being a go-cart track directly next door, as well as a fine selection of restaurants. its car park is reasonably sized, mostly always allowing us a parking space, and the hotel served good food in the mornings (maybe in the afternoons as well, i cannot remember now).

should i have the chance, i would consider visiting this hotel again. one thing i remember from this trip were its selection of three swimming pools - an outdoor (cold for america), indoor (British hot tub temperatures) and a hot tub (like a kettle for people). i remember going with my dad from the outside, to the inside, to the hot tub, and then instantly back to the outside to see how cold it felt. :-)

another point is that my room had a balcony with patio furniture (which was great for drying clothes). i only remember this as we had to bring in the furniture for hurricane sandy.

anyway, enough of me reminiscing on the good old days, when i wasn't bogged down by exams and college applications, as i said, i would definitely recommend this hotel if your looking for a hotel on a budget and want a reasonable view. :-)

Staff was excellent, but room really needs updating. We had 5 people which required the use of the sofa sleeper that was extremely uncomfortable. The staff did bring a foam pad. On site pizza Hut and gift shop was handy with good pizza and friendly staff. Overall location was good to universal with free shuttle (must get a voucher from front desk). If updated I would give 4.5 stars!
