Excellent service, the upgraded rooms are fantastic.

The location is the Best! Near the parks and you can walk to shopping,dinning even Wet and Wild water park. People are very friendly , rooms are clean and 3 pools! One pool is indoors in case you have bad weather on your vacation like we did. Rates are low. Remember location location always in real estate even Hotels.

Needs updated and shuttle service is not very convenient

Front desk employees were elite in their professionalism.

Only issues, there were no comforters for the beds. Had to snuggle up with some brownish yellow fleece (looking) blankets.

Oh, and when too much weight sits on the bottom side of the bed, facing the tv, the other end of the bed comes up from the base. Almost felt like a seesaw.

We just returned from our vacation at this location yesterday and we're very very disappointed! We were in building number 2 and it is very outdated! It seems similar to a dorm or an efficiency Hotel, not a suite like we expected. Upon arrival I asked you so it's rooms do something better and they told me they had nothing available. The bathroom toilet seat was broken so it made using the restroom very difficult, the bathrooms are very small, the shower was like being inside of a coffin, no bathtub. If you stand in the bathroom and put your arms out if you can touch the walls it's that small. The kitchen was like a little dorm kitchen and had two burners for a stove and a toaster oven... I was expecting a full-blown kitchen with a stove and oven.
They had a pots to cook in a skillet, some plates and silverware. The refrigerator was old and filthy. Our room was not clean and the view was horrible. Our balcony was so tiny it fit two chairs and one person. The beds were horrible! The twin beds or smaller than a twin bed that you would normally find in a hotel and the queen bed was about the size of a small full. Every time you move, the bed talked very loudly! With four people in one room you either needed to sleep with the TV very very loud or every time someone moves you are woken up because it is not a little squeak it is a loud belch from the bed... I don't even know how else to explain it!
There are different levels to there breakfast so when we went to eat they told us we can either eat the continental breakfast which was bread and fruit or we can upgrade for an additional $6 to a full breakfast.
There is a Pizza Hut on site open till midnight which is awesome but the lady that works there is horribly rude. Every time the kids went down there, which I have two 15 year old girls who are very respectful, the lady was very rude. I was on the phone with my daughter as she ordered her food and I heard how she spoke to the cashier and I heard how the cashier spoke to her. I asked my daughter to tell her she forgot her debit card and I came in there to complete the order and the ladies attitude was definitely not appropriate for a customer service position in a hotel. It seemed like she was bothered by us ordering food so that was the last time we ordered from there... If you're in town and desperate late at night there are plenty of other options. I love this is somewhat of a good deal because they do deliver to your room but just know there are many other options besides the on-site.
We like to sleep cold and the air conditioning in this room will not allow you to go under 70 which kept the room at about 70 for the entire trip. We were unable to find fans the first night as the hotel does not provide them. There is a Family Dollar and Walmart close but I would highly suggest if you don't like to sleep warm then do not stay at this hotel because they will not allow the temperature below 70 on the thermostat.
This definitely is not a hotel I would ever stay at again nor would I ever recommend this to anyon

Definitely not recommend, the structure is old, are three buildings I believe put the Brazilians at worst because they make no effort to please. Our room with tube TV in full United States, the old sofa bed, sprung bathroom, asked to change rooms said we would have to pay more. Look at the price is not bad but do not pay to see it was not worth it for us.

It's a very good hotel. The rooms are spacious and they have a kitchentte. One master bedroom and a separate room with 2 beds across from each other.

Basic rooms and facilities. Good location. Friendly staff. Good value for money. Would come back.

Very dated hotel. Rooms have some updates but it is like putting lipstick on a pig. The air conditioner makes a horrible racket on startup that wake me up.

Well to start off. This morning i was taking a hot shower. Without any notice the water shut completely off !!!!

Clean, modern rooms with access to private pool and gym. Has a small shop and a food hall to get breakfast.

Good access to downtown Orlando and the Theme Parks.
Had a very comfortable stay and would return in future.

I would NOT recommend this hotel to ANYONE. I just got back from my trip to this hotel....the pictures are EXTREMELY misleading! Our room had dirty socks from the previous family, our burners didn't work (whats the point of a kitchen if you can't cook), the dishwasher wasn't bolted in so when you opened it up it fell right out of the space, we received rotten apples in our "complimentary" breakfast. Spend the extra bucks and find something better!!!! Extremely disappointed in hotel!!!!!!!!

It has sooooo much potential. The staff is great but...... everything is outdated..the beds are so loud and squeaky. If your neighbor is showering you will lose your water! I'm sure that if the owners wanted they could give the staff the tools they need just to upkeep the property. Cleanliness is everything and maintenance should be priority. If your on a budget with a big family this place is perfect for one or two night stay. Free cold breakfast included in your stay. Hot breakfast for a small fee.

I give this hotel an undeserving one star. The rooms are completely unkept and outdated. Peeling wallpaper, water leak stains on the ceiling, brown splatter of some sort on the bedroom walls, sloppy attempted repair jobs and out of date appliances as well as an overall dingy, outdated hotel room. The beds were super hard. OUTDATED room with a microwave manufactured in 1986!!! Wow.

This issue should be resolved, not given a response such as we want you to stay with us again or we hope to better serve future guests. Those responses are jokes to a family that already spent hard earned money ($400/3nights) on a nasty hotel room.

The rooms are very spacious, breakfast buffet is delicious & always enough choice to choose from. Hotel extremely clean & all staff very friendly.

When we were in January 2014 with my wife and daughter we had a great time.

Although the facilities are basic they meet most people's needs for a Florida park holiday. The suites are close by the universal and seaworld parks. It is a quick walk to international drive where trolley buses will take you to seaworld and other attractions. The hotel provides a free transfer bus to universal at about 08:00, 09:00 and 10:00. The return bus is at about 18:00 and 21:00. Taxis to and from universal is about $10 per taxi one way.
We had a few issues in our room like a sticking door, drawer and the cooker hob not working. I told the hotel staff and within ten minutes someone was up to fix all the issues. The two outdoor pools are open late as long as there are no thunderstorms. The indoor pool is 24hrs.
In conclusion the suites are comfortable and within reach of all the facilities required for an enjoyable experience in Orlando

The hotel is not luxury, but have almost everything you will need or look inside in good state.
The zone is really secure and is near everything you'll aim for (Restaurants, stores, theme parks, etc.). Also if you rented a car you have pleany of space to leave it in a secure area.

Affordable place to stay, very dated interior and room. Needs some major upkeep.

We were extremely pleased with the location. Being able to get to all of our chosen destinations within 15 minutes or so was ideal. The room was a bit out dated but fit me and my family comfortably.

Everyone is friendly and it is clean. Will stay here again. Close to parks too

Very good breakfast too, sometimes it takes a little while to replenish, but the poor girl sometimes gets lonely ... Nothing to complain about she always helps, no matter what she helps ....

Conveniently located, reasonably priced, and very comfortable.

Simple yet cozy accommodation. Only breakfast is not to be desired. But as the apartments have a good kitchen, including microwave, electric oven, hob, large fridge and even dishwasher, the food will not be a problem. Staff friendly and well mannered.

Old building. Cleansed. Comfortable. Complete refrigerator ware. Breakfast muyyyy bad is not worth paying difference

Great hotel, close to International Drive, has a great parking, Portuguese speaking attendant, gym, outdoor and indoor heated swimming pool. Highly recommend.

Approaching the Enclave look nice. Once inside the hotel they have two elevators. One worked the other did not. No sign posted regarding elavator services. Our room was located next to the elavator. We can hear the elevator all day night. In addition, we could barely fit in the bathroom. An electrical cover was missing from the outlet. I plugged in my cell phone and a large spark popped. Scared the hell out me. A fire hazard. Bathroom door did not close or lock. Uncomfortable furniture. Could not relax. Seems maintenance employees do not have integrity keeping the rooms functional and safe. Rooms were clean though. We called the front office sharing that we were not happy with our room. They did give us a better room. We appreciated that. But will not stay at the Enclave again.

Bed was very bad. All appliances are ancient, as well as the TV's which are the old tube style TVs. I would not stay here again.

Very basic hotel with a decent location. It's a short walk to International Drive. There are lots of places to eat, shop, and be entertained all within a 2 mile radius. Service at the in-hotel convenience store, pizza hut, bar, and restaurant was very slow. Our room was very clean. It was a nice place to crash for cheap.

This is a beautiful resort to stay. And the customer service was great. We be there again to stay.

I received a wonderful room, asked if I could be moved to the top floor, the staff was very accommodating. Had a wonderful time!

The Enclave Hotel & Suites were very cheap when I booked it. It is located at the Sand Lake, and our room had a wonderful view of the lake. The Service was very fast and everything was fine.

The Room had a smal but nice balcony, and it the size was good.
The Hotel has a big parking lot and it was free of Charge.

What I did not like was, the main door of our Tower was not really what I call secure.

Bed was horrible. Same in the middle. Room dirty. And had to wait for 20 mins to check in

The staff were all very friendly grounds and pools clean nice and close to international drive free shuttle to universal studio rooms were clean but in some cases out dated but they are putting it right by up dating them but overall I would recommend staying at the enclave

I stayed in this hotel with my father for seven nights and we enjoyed our stay. It was our first time to visit the USA in September 2010. We visited the SeaWorld, the Titanic Museum, Universal Studios, Disney World and Ripley's. The weather was lovely and warm but on the fifth day, it was raining.

The people in the USA are quite friendly.

I know the USA is an enormous country and my home country Ireland would fit into the USA about 139 times!

Anyway we had a great time over there!

With this hotel you get exactly what you pay for, it's not spectacular, it's not fancy but for what you pay, with the shuttle to the parks and the breakfast it's perfectly adequate to go exploring around I-drive

I give a maximum of 2 stars. One for the spacious parking lot and a 2nd star because yesterday I got an additional blanket in my room

Otherwise, the cleanliness and hygiene left a lot to be desired.

The rooms are dirty and germinated. The refrigerator is dirty and moldy on the seals. The bathroom is the worst disaster. I try to come into contact with as little inventory as possible here.

The suite was not cleaned before the move. Leftovers from the predecessors in the kitchen ... in the bathroom ... delicious blood, urine, sperm, etc.

Very, very Spartan breakfast. Always gives the same thing every day. Unimaginative.

My conclusion: once and never again !!!! It's a shame about the money.

Loved the hotel. At reception it was all ok, it was not 1 room but rather a large apartment, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, full kitchen. All clean and organized. Our checkout was at 10am, we asked to stay until noon, and they left without charging anything.
Perfect location, close to parks, restaurants and shopping. As everyone has commented the coffee is not good, you can not compare with Brazil. But no one is going to Orlando to have coffee.
We'll be back for sure.

Location is in the heart of the busy end of I-Drive, and is brilliant for getting to anywhere worth going. The staff are always really friendly, the pools are clean and the apartments area good size. This is my fourth stay in 10 years!

Cheap well located hotel, not the most modern, but perfectly adequate. Breakfast is not that great, dry cakes etc, otherwise only toast and cereal.

Had terrible start did not get room requested and gentleman at reception told us no rooms available to change or no upgrades. Went on internet and indeed there was upgades. Went back to reception and it was by luck that he was on a break and Nakia was on who saved our holiday and we got an upgrade immediately. The thing that got to me was being told untruths. I have been coming to Enclave for several years have told work colleagues and family about it and they have booked but please have more hardworking pleasant Nakia at front desk.

This is by far the worst hotel 'resort' I have ever spent the night at. For 100$ per night, just for a one queen room with option of pull out couch, I was disappointed in the ENTIRE room. Mold on the walls in the bathroom and ceiling with wallpaper curling everywhere. The cabinets and countertops in the kitchenette and bathroom were falling apart, peeling, crumbling, chipping, etc. the bed was hard as a rock and squeaked with every move. My friend couldn't sleep on the couch pulled out because the mattress was so old and so thin that it hurt and cut her from a spring poking through the side. The ONLY thing in this room I can say is that we did get 'clean' towels and hand towels upon arrival.. which is normal throughout all hotels. This room was absolutely disgusting and after complaining to the front desk, they told me they had nothing else! Out of 3 buildings in your resort, not one room that has been upgraded the least bit was available. I bypassed MANY other hotels that were cheaper than this one that I do know are good, clean, and has comfy soft beds.. just to come to this resort for the amenities and did not get to enjoy one of them because of the slow check inn process, and the shock of the disgusting, unreasonable room. Our TV was a 2000 Zenith like 24inch. Everything looked atleast 15 years old and heavy used. On the bright side, I didn't see any bugs..

Rooms and kitchen were real nice, clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly. I only stayed for a few hours so I can't comment on the pool or some other facilities. I ordered room service but they were understaffed so I had to pick up the food. Close to Universal and airport. Priced competitively. Only other problem I had were the room walls are so thin! I could hear people having regular conversation and a baby crying when I was trying to sleep and you can constantly hear other people's door opening and closing, and I wasn't even by an elevator. Besides that, a lovely hotel.

All good... any issues we had was dealt with asap... hotel are in the process of updating rooms which our room hadn't been done but was still good enough... def will stay again and ideal location

BED BUG infestation!! We were supposed to stay for two nights but we had to check out a day early - disgusting! My mom got bit several times. We found bed bugs in the sofa bed and all mattresses. The supervisory staff did not seem shocked or even surprised. They refunded our money but that honestly doesn t make up for what we went through. We were up at 4am going through each piece of our clothing while packing and praying not to bring them home with us. We are all so sleep deprived we couldn t even enjoy the theme park for the day. Honestly so disappointed to spend so much money on a vacation and have it ruined by BUGS!
