Perfect. It is equipped with everything you need, laundry, gym, pool, and has excellent location. 15 minutes from Disney and 5 from Universal Studios, plus supermarkets and restaurants on the same main avenue

The people in service are friendly but the rooms are really dirty an outdated. The sheets are old and worn out. A lot of stuff in the room was broken like the refrigerator door handles for things. On the upside the towels for the shower a really nice

I stayed her for 6 nights. The bed was comfortable. This is a fairly decent place to stay unless you booked your room through air bnb. If you booked through air bnb you don't get any amenities. No room service to clean your room and make your bed and no fresh towels. And no continental breakfast. I slept really well here and would stay here again just not through air bnb.

Would not go back rooms are outdated free breakfast needs a pass too many people in the tiny room in the corner of the bldg. And you cannot take food out so it was very inconvenient with children. Liked the idea of the suite separate bedrooms for children but TV's we're old and didn't even show well on the screen. I was told they were in between service providers and that was all we'd get.

The suits are a good size and we'll equipped. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. I would come here again.

The hotel was good, location was perfect . we booked including breakfast but this was not so good.
No fresh meat or cheese, no sandwiches.. Only canned fruit, yoghurt and donuts.
You could make toast but only jelly to top it of.
If they improve this then the breakfast really has vallue.
The rooms were aimple but good enough, our airco broke down after 4 days but these things could happen. Also we had some cockroaches in the room but still i would give a 4 star rating for the staff and the location.

Firstly the positives. This hotel is located very close to Universal Resort, Sea World, Aquatica and International Drive. The staff both on Reception and throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle transfer to and from the parks works very well. I'm afraid that is it for the positives. The suite we got was like something from a by gone age. The decor in the rooms and the hallway / lifts is like something from the 70's. There was a metal bar sticking out of the side of our bed with a few tie wraps on it but not attached to anything.The breakfast was a complete joke and by far the worst I have ever encountered. Plastic knives & forks, paper plates and polystyrene cups we used it on the first morning and never went in for it again. We will be going back to Orlando but we will never stay here again. I would like to reiterate that the staff were excellent.However the hotel as a facility is the poorest i have ever stayed in.

I am a pretty positive reviewer, so it pains me a bit to share this post. I wanted to like the Enclave and gave them every opportunity to shine. I rented four rooms. Our family was going to the Pirate Dinner Show which is located directly across the street from the Enclave to finish up our Florida vacation. We stayed two nights. The differences in the four rooms is noteworthy. My oldest son liked his room, it was small but clean and well kept. My second son's room was not clean and not as nice as the oldest. The third room was again small but had great air conditioning. My room, sufficient size for two people, had no working air conditioning which made our overnights hot. The folks at the front dest were nice and made check in fine. There seems to be noticeable differences in the cleaning staff per the various conditions of our rooms. Breakfast was free but not noteworthy. Most staff were friendly enough with a couple of exceptions. There were some rude residents that we ran into at the hotel but you can hardly blame that on the Enclave, they are just offering a place to stay. Not my favorite hotel and probably won't be returning in the future.

The staff and location were excellent. It was quick trip to universal and loved that the cool and hot tub are open late. The rooms are definitely showing some wear and tear but for the price, it is well worth it. Loved having a kitchen and two separate rooms, one for the kids. We will be back.

The toilet was clogged, had to ask for maintenance twice. The hotel in general needs upkeep, everything was rusty and old. Breakfast was ok but honestly the best part was the fruits...they have also neglected cleaning our room twice. A few of the staff were borderline rude. Thomas and Vera were nice. We had pizza hut the first day and I am coeliac so I am gluten free....I was in severe pain for days, almost went to the hospital after that, supposedly, gluten free pizza!! Never ate breakfast apart from fruits and pizza hut from the hotel again.

In terms of location it was great and pool was pleasantly clean. All in all it did the job but this hotel needs a lot of improvement to reach the standards of others. We are not sure we would stay again.

Good service, very comfortable and good external facilities with heated pool, gym, free parking, among others. You can also hire breakfast included. The problem was on the one hand the old furniture in the room and on the other, the room and floor facilities were old and certain functions such as heating did not work properly.

Got home yesterday morning from a 2 week holiday, the hotel was brilliant, staff are very polite and friendly, and its perfectly located for all the parks and other attractions, the room was very nice and had everything we needed, only reason gave it 4 stars though is you cant give 4.5, knocking half a star off cos of the water pressure in the shower, they need to improve that, other than that great hotel would recommend

I came to Orlando to celebrate my birthday weekend. A friend booked a room for us that was completely overprice and non satisfying. We checked out after being there for one night. I searched around looking for another hotel that would be accommodating for my family and friends with an affordable price. After countless phone calls I was told multiple Hotels were booked. I was furious! I called this hotel praying that they would have a room for myself and my quest and they did! I was given a great price and not only that a wonderful suit!! The suit was the one of the best suits I've seen in a while. Being that I don't travel much. I would give this room a 10 if I could!

Unprepared reception No receptionist at least bilingual and so few friendly. Horrible breakfast .... When buying with breakfast make sure that this is not the CONTINENTAL, as it will be just bread and coffee literally.

We stayed in a unit rented by Airbnb, it is true that they are old and not at all well maintained, but the giant apartments! Each room with its own bathroom, a kitchen dining room with everything necessary. And a good location, we were not more than 20 minutes from any park or large shopping centers.

Booked this place for me my spouse and 4 kids. This hotel is old beyond belief. The room smelled of dirty laundry and everything was just very dated. The Clorine in the hot tub and inside pool about burn my eyeballs out. I always stay at the same places but I decided to say close to wet and wild as that is where we were going for the weekend. I will not be staying at this hotel and recommend that nobody else stay here .

I was only there for a few hours for a presentation. However, the staff was very nice and helpful. The only negatives I saw with this location is that it seemed to be ready for some renovations and upgrades. Definitely a little worn and dated.

Spent two nights here on our way up from Miami. Rooms were clean but the hotel is in need of a revamp. Very noisy Aircon and a gym with very little equipment seemed a bit misleading. Friendly and helpful staff.

Elevators were broken but the place was relatively nice and close to attractions.

Comfortable hotel. It has heated pool, ample parking d plenty of accommodation options. The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is close to Disney and Universal. In addition, there are many food options around: restaurant, fast food, etc.

The facilities are old but everything works and is clean. The staff are friendly and the hotel is well located.

Value for money. The people at the reception are years ago and do not know or do not want to learn Spanish, this is important to have a fluid relationship with everyone.

I like the location, the staff and the room I stayed in have no more carpet the part of the kitchen is very well equipped with fridge, cooktop and microwave.

We paid for this room over a month in advance. We arrive on the day of and it is EXTREMELY hot and humid in the entire building. Exiting the elevator, we step into the hallway and are hit in the face with a terrible mildew smell. We open More

Stayed here a number of times and would recommend to anyone. The location is great, walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars. Outdoor pools and plenty parking. Some rooms could do with upgrading and the clothes washing facilities were not always working, but nothing that'd spoil your holiday. Food available in the restaurant, we had the complimentary breakfast which was a good quick fix in a morning before the parks. We're back again in December!!

Stayed in air b&b. Room is great. 2 outdoor & 1 indoor pools give great options. Next door to a Pizza Hut complete with breakfast. Biggest downside would be the excessively slow wifi. Stuck streaming internet to my laptop from my phone since my mobile data is significantly faster than the service offered here.

Not that terrible, but our window won't full close, the sink is clogged, and the rooms need to be updated. BUT for the price it's not all that bad.

Friendly staff. Decent continental breakfast. Nice rooms. Condo style. I hear 2 buildings have started updating the decor. Close to everything including I4.

Stayed here for 3 weeks over the last couple of weeks. Great location great rates. Place is being decorated at the moment due to storm last year.The staff that do the breakfast are a credit to the hotel. Well done Burnett , Dave and staff.we will be definitely back.Close to universal, international drive and transport to all parts.Free transport to some attractions. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment with good views and was always cleaned.lots of stuff for the kids as well.

Dirty rooms, carpets haven't been cleaned in years, our room hasn't been vacuumed in months if not longer, faulty plumbing fixtures, poor water pressure in the shower and sink....ceilings need to be painted as does the trim throughout....skip this place, you may pay more, but it will probably be cleaner than this place. Oh, the breakfast buffet, free or not, it isn't worth eating the food and the coffee is horrible.

It's a very old apart. The elevators did not work well. The very small pieces. The bathrooms are very old and small. The breakfast very bad. Linda the sink.

Good hotel, the coffee is not the best, but enough.
I had an unpleasant surprise at check out, I was charged U $ 157.00 (one hundred and fifty seven dollars for two calls).
So here's the advice, never use the hotel phone!
The rooms are not clean, just extend the bed and take out the trash.

The hotel was nice didn't like getting sucked into a 3 hr presentation for a time share condo just to get a discount on park tickets then the air conditioner started acting up before I left don't know if I will stay there again didn't like being charged a $50.00 hold which caused me to have less money for my trip

Worst experience at a hotel ever. Most disgusting hotel I've stayed at as well. Rooms were really dirty and outdated. There was trash in the room when we got there. They don't clean the rooms every morning. When ever we called the front desk, it would take about 15 minutes for someone to come to our room and help us. They were also really rude and didn't know how to deal with customers. I'd highly advise you to book somewhere else.

To visit the Orlando park is a good place. Good location, nice apartments. Good breakfast if you asked for the preferential

This place is very outdated TV's don't even coming clear all fuzzy . The showers are very small. The rooms smell. The Restaurant is dirty just very not happy here

Horrible wifi and they were doing repairs on our floor at 7am making a ton of noise and banging in the hallway right outside our room.

All well ... lacks comfort in the breakfast sector .. there was never a place .. and the daily cleaning was very precarious .. anyway the staff is friendly and with good predisposition ..the location is very good .. Universal parks of the Wal .. and the Premium Outlets

You get a kitchenette, balcony, suite for the family, two pools, and fusbal just a mile from Universal Islands of Adventure for $50 a night. I have no complaints.

Nice and central. 5 mins to universal. 20 or so to Disney parks. Basic rooms but clean and tidy.

Huge free parking is very valuable.

The welcome is very warm and professional.

2 swimming pools await you (one huge outdoor and one small indoor).

Don't hesitate to ask for higher floors to enjoy the view.

All apartments are spacious with a US design.

WARNING: the continental breakfast (located in a separate lounge) is a shame and consumable limit. None of the 2-3 foods offered invite you to eat.
We went to the former largest MC Do in the world (it's better) located 3 'on foot.
Unfortunately, when booking we are not offered a choice of breakfast. This had not happened to us on our previous visit.

However, we recommend this establishment.

The location is great !! The rooms deliver what they promise and give enough comfort. Only the "kitchen" that leaves something to be desired.

I spent my birthday weekend there, check in 4/20-4/22. It was the worst hotel I ever stayed in, building 3 is a disaster. My rooms were full of dust, mold, and carpet smelled stink, I asked a manager for a room exchange he said he were going to check out another room and come back. He never came back and every time I ask about it I was given a different story. He told me the room we were staying in was one of there older room, not even wash cloth we were given, but on the counter it was a flyer letting us know if we wanted additional linens how much it would cost us...... I would never stay in that dump or recommend it to anyone.

Recently stayed I felt customer service at the hotel and stores were great. We have stayed there 3 years un a row the previous 2 were pleasant trips. The hotel had a bed bug problem on the last night my son broke out after complaining of pinches / bites I notified the front desk they directed me to the local Walgreens. The day we returned we immediately took him to the doctors the doctor told us the bites were consistent with bed bugs bites. Also I have pictures to support as well as there being mold thruout the bathroom. At first I thought the irritation was from a mold allergy which I obtained. There was stains thruout the room/ curtains/bed. Overall it was outdated but fair for the price. We threw away all clothing from the trip contacted customer service 4 days ago not 1 response
