Tub wouldn't drain. Tried to arrange for early check-in and the front desk staff forgot to set up after I called. Reserved a two bedroom terrace room and given a two bedroom standard without a terrace.

Very unpleased pics on website are nothing like in person. Very out dated needs work for the $ they wanna charge. Then when I cancelled after going into a room with old tv's and dirty furniture, they wanted to still charge me $75 . Not happy with this spot at all!

Floors were dirty when we checked in. Kitchen cabinets are delaminating, doors dont close in the rooms because they aren't hungry properly, lamps don't work. The staff was very nice and fixed the TV, which also didn't work. Beds aren't very comfy and the sofabed is an instrument of torture. I think you can do better for the money... Or maybe for a bit more. Also the part of I drive where it is located is pretty depressed.

The Enclave is an above average 3*. Balcony amazing, included breakfast good.. rooms decent and plenty of space. If you're gonna book, ask for a universal view. It's great for the price and at the end of the day, it's a bed (which is also very comfortable) enjoy x

Every staff member was trained differently. We were told by two staff members that we could keep our bags at the hotel on our last day at the room while we went to the parks and on the day of the front desk refused to hold our bags. It was what kept us from going to the park the last day. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
