Worn out rooms, and low quality food, but good position reg. i-drive

We got the rental through Air BNB and we were completely satisfied with our contact, the transaction, the price and everything. Once we got there we found an aging building with dated decor. The mattress was very old and sunken in the middle. The a/c was cool but not frigid like I like it. The elevator worked about half the time and when it worked it was very slow. Being on an upper floor was a problem. The breakfast was served in a Pizza Hut on site and the floor, store, and place was dirty and run by a rude loud server. Enclave was a great place to sleep. It was centrally located to everything we needed. Overall the experience was pleasant, just not great.

Really beautiful view from the balcony two things could be updated but overall it was a great place to stay

The rooms are big, but the hotel is old and dirty. At least he is the cheapest.

Good location, hotel with rooms, family, restaurants, supermarkets games for children, free parking.

Never actually took time to write a review but I m so disappointed at how poorly things are managed! Managers get controlled by their employees. Employees speak rudely to customers and INFRONT of management. Elevators don t work, inspection of the elevators are outdated. Terrible service!

My only problem I'm n building 2 and the elevators get stuck on the 2nd floor smmh

Great place to stay. Suites are very well laid out and are clean and comfortable.
The staff can't do enough for you.
Some people complain about the inclusive breakfast but we staid for two weeks in November 2018 and were very happy with the selection on offer. Some may find it a bit basic but remember the breakfast is free! You could always pay the $5 a day upgrade or go elsewhere.
I would highly recommend the Enclave Suites, first time visiting but will be back there next time we visit Orlando!

Basic. Location is great though. nothing special but better then a cheap motel.

While the hallways and exterior look like something from the shining the room itself was nice, the staff is friendly and the foreigners make for good people watching. All in all it was a slightly above average experience and for the price I would consider coming back.

Good hotel, very good quality price ratio. The location is very good. It is 3 minutes from Universal studios.

For what we paid, we think it is great. The breakfast isn't anything special, but the room we had was really nice and was one of the newly renovated ones. Very handy for Universal Studios and Volcano Bay and the pool areas are fine if you want to have a chill day. Just off International Drive as well, do plenty of places to eat and lots of things to see and do. I would definitely come back, just don't expect luxury for the price.

This is a really nice hotel. My room was big. 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and living room with 2 bathrooms. I also had a balcony facing towards volcano bay. They have a stove, microwave, frigerator and kitchen cabinets. The only thing is the elevator needs to be upgraded. They have free breakfast, also have a little buffet breakfast. They have a pool, workout room, and pizza place.

It is my go to place everytime I visit Orlando....possibly 8 stays already

PROS: Nice clean rooms,comfy bed,the pool is great they have 5ft & 8ftdeep,there is a kitchen in the rooms so you can cook a meal if you dnt want to go out & spend cash.
Cons : The free continental breakfast needs a new menu!
Other then that good place! Recommend

My husband and I stayed at The Enclaves for a discounted rate booking through Bookvip with the commitment of doing a tour at the Lake Buena Vista Resort for 120 minutes.
1. On the day of check in be for warned check in is at 4PM. and you have to check in at Buena Vistas Welcome center prior to checking into your hotel for a 2nd time to your room at the Enclaves which is 30 minutes bye car. This can be time consuming if you are on a limited vacation.
2. Upon check in we were greeted by very friendly staff. We were given room keys to room 3215 that did not work. Please keep in mind we were in a building to the left of the check in building and we were on a second level and on the opposite side of the elevator lugging luggage packed for a week.
3. After sorting out the room key situation we enter our room. It was a small out dated studio. The room was musty, Soiled carpets, broken stove(only 1 pilot worked), Refrigerator handle broken, Kitchen walls and cabinets had grease on them.I ended up going out to the dollar tree and walmartto pick up cleaning supplies. and there was a sink, microwave & coffee maker. Our Bed was reallllllly broken in. It was sunken in the middle.Yes creapy I know. Although the sheets were clean they were worn and stained. No comforter on bed. There was two sheets on either side of a thin blanket. I forgot to mention the pubic hair that was behinf the clear corner trim on the wall of the kitchen.The bathroom had clean towels and toiletries. But dirty as well. Water pressure was good everywhere but the shower. The TV was a dated box television that had 1 working station. Sorry for all the negativity, just the truth. But if you are on an extreem budget like we were we ended up staying and just cleaned house. The best part of the stay was quiet and ifyou have stayed on International Drive you know from most hotels you can be kept up all night hearing the highway.

3 1/2 clean place gives you the home away from home feel so the outdated part about the place doesn't kill it. However the beds are HORRIBLE my back hurts like hell from it. We tried to get a new one or something but we got no help. Our 2 days were there were not restful unfortunately. I'd stay again but I'd check the bed first for sure. We stayed 7/8/17-7/10/17

I booked the hotel through airbnb and it was a great stay. We could use the structure of the hotel even being airbnb guests. The rooms are well insulated acoustically even with noisy parks around. Very good place at affordable prices. I recommend

Hot mess....had a 3 1/2 hour wait for a rundown room! FREE breakfast was pathetic. No air outside your room. Hotel & Suites is a joke...should be Enclave Motel.

First of all they shut the water in our building without telling us. We then call to complain 3 times in order for them to move us. We finally got moved rest of trip was alright the elevator was a little sketchy

I had a great experience at the Enclave. The room was really clean. My faveorite thing was the lady who worked at the breakfast. She was really friendly and went out of her way to make the breakfast area a really nice place to eat.

I love the hotel it was off international drive but only a few mins walk. Rooms were cleaned every day. When I go back i would definitely be staying in this hotel again.

The front of house staff are very good but that is the only thing that is we arrived to find that although we booked over a year ago with friends we were on separate floors the room we had been given was very dingey no carpets dark wooden furniture that was badley chiped we complained and was told that they had already upgraded us it took them 2 days to move us to a superior room perhaps superior to the last room but not a lot else you have to ask for clean towels and to have your room cleaned out of the 2 weeks we had possibly 4 eadable breakfasts walked in walked out to I hop although the staff were very pleasant we didn't see the virgin rep all Holliday I couldn't in all good faith recommend this hotel

The structure was well built and the layout was beautiful I was impressed

Would.not visit here again. It is ok if your at the parks all day and just need a place 2 sleep, but if your going to be spending any large amounts of time here, I wouls pick something much nicer

Good value accommodation, but get to breakfast early or tables / supplies can run low. Also, buses to and from parks are at set times which don't enable you to stay till the parks close so you may need to factor in the cost of a taxi

Very much in need of a complete makeover. Dark, dingy hallways. Really very unpleasant. Would not recommend. Can t imagine how this received a 3 star rating.

The hotel was clean. It is in a very good location with a lot to do in the area. The pool looked nice.

Our non-smoking room reeked like cigarettes and had burns in the curtains. The floor was dirty but the baseboards were disgusting. Our balcony overlooked a dumpster they were using for remodeling. Only good things were having a LG washer & dryer and a bigger refrigerator.

Absolutely loved this place! The poolside tiki bar and the indoor lounge were perfect. The rooms are clean, efficient, and comfortable! I can't wait to go back and stay here again!

Unfortunately for us this was a last minute booking. I should've took a bit more time to get better for my money... they need to update the pictures ( picture not match real ).. bathrooms need a face lift. THE WHOLE RESORT needs face lift FOR REAL! NOT worth the money .... This is a 1 star resort! ... I must say that it was Conveniently close to many parks and good restaurats.

I found the room very good as it has a living room and kitchen.

We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath suite in building 3 for 6 days for July 4th summer Disney/Universal trip. Rooms needed cleaning/updating. Doubt I will return as rooms were not up to standard and would NOT recommend.

Pros: very close to universal studios parks and close to lots of food choices and shopping right off international drive. Parking was okay.

Cons: awful rooms. Wallpaper peeling. Stained sheets. Hair in shower/bathtubs. Hair on extra blankets in closet. Cracks and corners are atrocious. No pillows on sofa. Trash in hallway for over 18 hours. Beds were old & semi-comfortable. Toilets so low to the floor your feet/legs fall asleep and very old, have to flush several times to clear the bowl. Unorganized room service. No TV Channel Guide. Wi-Fi slow/spotty. Ancient microwave.

Stayed here for a week,1-8 November. This is our third time in Orlando and this the best hotel we've stayed in! We had a standard 2 bed apartment,the rooms are well equipped with both bedrooms being ensuite. It was spotlessly clean!! The kitchen had plenty of appliances with toaster,kettle,coffee maker,microwave,cooker,fridge freezer and even a dishwasher! The dining area had a comfy sofa and table and chairs. The only downfall is the lighting but isn't a major issue as there are lamps in every room. The staff here are fab and friendly,they all work so hard to make your stay a good one. Its a great location with lots to do around you,and international drive is literally a 2 minute walk where you can hop on the i-trolley to hundreds of attractions! We are back in the uk in the freezing cold and missing the lovely mornings on the balcony......but we will be back! Would choose this hotel over and over given the opportunity. Frauds!!! Their associates (Michelle Jolene Mezger) offer a tour of their travel club and as for a $20 refundable deposit then when you show up they tell you they are full and don t give you your money back!!!! Michelle also denied requests to return the money! PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

Close to I drive,universal. Orlando eye,clubs,food,pirates dinner theater and mire

We booked the room upon arriving I had my autistic son I also have a serious lung condition they kept us in the front office for 2 and 1/2 hours did nothing about our room already being reserved we had to go to another hotel do not stay here

This has to be the dirtiest hotel I have stayed at in all of my 22 years of life on earth. Believe me, I have traveled a lot!!! Never ever ever have i EVER stayed in such a filth bucket. Hair all over the bed, dirt in the shower, dirt on the floors, the only good thing about this hotel was the location. Other than that, I would not reccommend this hotel to my worst enemy. It was truly a disgusting disgrace!!!!

Very nice staff, but the facilities were not well kept. The indoor pool and hot tub were very dirty.

Stayed there last July .no problems, great staff, lovely hotel , thanks great holiday,cu next year
