i don't recommend this hotel its disgusting the roms are old and has bad smell they control the air condition i reserve for three night and as soon that i see the room and the condition y cancel and check out immediately y lose the first night down payment $100 box and reserve in other hotel that was the worst thing i ever see thats my first hotels review and i don't recommend that hotel to anyone

The was Tub nasty, no mat on the floor in the bathroom, rooms are small, beds are small also. we had to change rooms due to our original rooms not being cleaned. i definitely do NOT recommend staying here.

Nice big rooms, clean, close to International drive, the shuttle to the parks is good too.
I would stay here again

It is well located in the area of universal ... there are 2 one-way and two return times and they take you to Universal parks and be World ... the theme is that for breakfast there are many people and few tables and only one toaster ..a little bit ... the heated pool the water was cold..I gave that weird ..

Originally I reserved a room here because the location was great and the rate was reasonable. When I arrived I was underwhelmed, the property is outdated big time. There aren t any luxuries, everything at this hotel is basic.
I reserved a room with a terrace balcony, it was huge! The view was awesome. The balcony was the best part of the hotel. The pool was nice. The doors to get in the building require a room key card which is great for nighttime safety however it s kinda a pain during the day to have to use the key just to enter the building.
There are multiple restaurants within walking distance.

Very drawers tired ugly rooms, smelled urine in the hallway, dirty swimming pool, ruined much of the holiday

It was fun nothing to crazy good, but it was a good stay. The beds were a bit stiff though the room was well furnished. The view was great in building 3 in my room 3002. The pool was great as well as the hot tube. Although the breakfast was sub par and not very pleasing. And the stuff that looked good you had to pay an extra charge for otherwise you're going to be eating only cold foods and lots of carbs. Overall good stay for the room and nice staff would maybe come again.

Good hotel and great location. Recommend for family lodging, there are rooms with living room, bedroom and suite. It has good cleaning, TVs and kitchen equipment. The location is great! It would take five stars if not for some old furniture and the difficulty in finding parking spaces in high season. I liked the pizza hut inside the hotel. I recommend!

Contract directly by the hotel do not use any that have to do with Airbnb, and try to ask with a view to the lake, the place is beautiful

The room was clean, dated, smelled musty, the bathroom smelled ugly, the cams uncomfortable, the shower cost to open it.

Only 6 minutes from Universal! Clean atmosphere and helpful staff. Check in is super simple and the walls are nice and thick. Lots if privacy as well. We really enjoyed staying here

Great place to stay in Orlando! Close to everything with several well known restaurants and eateries around. You can do everything on foot. Right next to International Drive and very close to Universal parks. Excellent value for money too. It is very worth staying here!

We had setbacks, but they were bypassed. I found it safe and clean. Rooms with floor. And room with carpet.

Very low quality. Gym is a joke, wifi is so slow I have to wander through the halls to get signal. Hot water takes long to come out of the faucet, room stinks like pesticide. I couldn't be more sorry I chose this place.

Oh one concern because of Covid19 the elevator doesn't work

It is a very nice place to stay at. You can have nice service, good Breakfast, and there are really good local attraction like Universal Studios, movie theaters, Dave and Buster's, and more.

Basic accommodations. Had to change rooms because the mattress on the pull out best was thin, badly stained and torn. The next room was better with a cool view, but the couch had quite a few large stains on it and we had cold water for our showers one morning. The staff were wonderful and accommodating and the pool was nice. Not sure I would go back there or recommend it though.

The location wasn't too bad. The room felt a little small but still nice enough for the price. Might consider a better location with more space next time

This was the absolutely worst hotel I've ever been inside. If you stay here you're risking your vacation and possibly your life based of the shape of the beaten door to my room. Luckily it was an old metal door to keep you locked in. I booked another room at a different hotel after only 45 min in the room. THANK GOD. Things you'll get at Enclave: Bugs, standing water, ripped wall paper, broken mirrors in bathroom, 1940s era kitchens, TERRIBLE smells, unsafe elevators, dark and musty hallways, beaten up furniture, creaky beds, non functioning TVs. I swear I'm not kidding, this was comically bad. I wouldn't be surprised if you get knifed while you're there.

The staff is attentive, friendly, with regard to the rooms they are very small for 4 people. bed mattresses deformed, it is better to sleep on the floor, breakfast unfortunate, bananas put 7 for 400 people, people buy their breakfast at the supermarket in front of the hotel. Sorry, I do not recommend it, I would not go back.

I have read multiple other reviews before coming here as this is in our price range, GET A VILLA OR A DISNEY HOTEL, firstly we got to the room and it was digusting, dirty, small and very old fashioned. my wife even went and bought a pair of gloves, bleach, and washing up liquid. we demanded a different room , I can tell you the next room was bigger, and slightly better, but still not clean. on top of this the shower didnt work it was warm for about 5 minutes and then it was ice cold.

Breakfast was alright though very greasy and fatty. ping pong was good, and about 20 of the rooms have been refurbished to a decent standard from what I have seen through open doors in the corridor.

the pool has bird poo in and doesnt get cleaned, though for a nice meal, TGI FRIDAYS just across the road is great especially if you ask for the waitress ,Brandi, she is great and really bubbly. Perkins is also good for breakfast.

one more thing dont be caught out at the phone bill if you are phoning long distance it is $6-$10 per minute NOT PER CALL.... AS WE PAYED WELL OVER 100 DOLLARS JUST ON THE PHONE !!!!!!!!!!

Nice hotel. Situated in an ideal location just off International Drive with restaurants near by, and 5 minutes away from Universal Resort .

This is the most horrible place I've ever stayed. The customer service and hospitality is terrible. The rooms have so many problems within them. We asked for different rooms or to be accommodated for such bad service and room but they refused to do anything. All rooms seem out dated like the 1980's. We would definitely not recommend this hotel/resort to anyone. It is walking distance to many places but thats the only good thing. Maybe they'll improve their service and rooms soon. Totally not worth staying.

The unpresentable sofa mattress they brought us a finite mattress ... we ended up deciding to buy an inflatable one ... we did not leave ... because they returned the value in Argentine currency ... and since we had hired until that Argentine date suffered 2 devaluations ...
Repetitive breakfast ... and little variety .. I don't know it looked very clean 7 times we were in Orlando ... the first time it happened to us .. we will not return ....

What is positive: the hotel staff is very friendly and eager to solve the problem. Breakfast is standard - 3 choices of cereal, 3 types of mini donuts, bun, yogurt, granola, coffee, orange juice, apple juice. Varies each day: boiled egg or scrambled eggs; some fruit (banana, papaya): sweet rolls (mini donuts, cinnamon roll or cake); bagel or croissant; plus butter and cream cheese. What is negative: the hotel needs maintenance and modernization of the household appliances. We stayed in a room with a mini kitchen, which is perfect for a family with small children or anyone who wants to save money on meals.

Old building, looks nice on the outside but was not impressed on the inside.

The rooms are very old need update stuff is ok they took a $50 deposit from me they said 3 to 7 business days will be refunded into my account today is 6 weeks still didn't get it back called the hotel keep transferring me to other people and now they dont answer my call

The location is strategic to visit the theme parks and the most important malls. The suite amenities very good, full kitchen, good decoration. Lake view, nice pool (although we did not use it because we went in winter). You can walk a few blocks to visit many attractions and local gastronomy.
The bad, the breakfast ... Many people, little space and little variety.

Terrible! Uncomfortable! Rude Service!
Mr. Thomas who works at the front desk is rude and dismissive when you have concerns. He called the cops on my husband who told him if he didn't like his job he should quit. He asked to see the manager and instead we got the police. The officer didn't understand what he was called for and told us to make sure we write a review. We have never been so embarrassed and humiliated in our lives. Housekeeping is lazy. When checking in our room wasn't ready, we were told to come back an hr later and our room still wasnt ready. Vera the manager was nice and got us a new one. When you put the sign on the door for the room to be cleaned they dont respond. The only good thing is the location, it's near everything. The manager Elvis gave us the GM info whom I emailed and he never responded. We will never stay here again.

Hallways and elevators dirty with worn out carpeting, small rooms, building appears to be a very poor quality conversion from whatever it's previous purpose was.

Great. Clean. And very close to prostitutes and drugs. So I was safe and glad for the convenience of several prostitutes.

Worst hotel experience ever. Low quality outdated and poorly maitained accomidations, the breakfast is extremely meager unless you pay extra. Very apathetic staff.

The room we had was in tower 3. The room smelled, bathroom shower was slow to drain and the place was just dirty. Not sure if I would come again. Staff didn't seem to care either

Very old building that needs a lot of work, the unit we were in was very dated as well. Building 2, 10th floor #2003
Tried to make toast and the toaster was smoking away, turned it off because we thought it was going catch fire.
Wifi is extremely slow, take 5 minutes to load a page.
There is a safe in the unit but it's useless...no lock on it.
Rust on all the door hinges.
Closet doors were broken.
Our key cards to get inside the building stopped working on numerous occasions, a pain going to the front desk every two minutes to get them to update our cards.
Went out on the patio and there's a cable cord running from one TV to another, just about tripped over it.
Do yourself a favor and don't stay here. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Friendly and attentive staff. The building had a very strong and strange smell - like cleaning chemicals but waaaaay stronger. The pool area looks bigger in the pictures but it was still fun and taken care of. All in all it was ok for the money but definitely outdated. I would probably go back if I was on the same budget as this past time.

A little dated. Needs an upgrade. Has great potential. Great views.

I have been calling hotel over 30 minutes, operator picks up phone and hangs up. Called back they keep transferring me, I ended up back at operator who picks up phone I hear them talking then hangs up. What terrible service I would never stay here

I love there rooms and balcony/patio omg I just stayed again and there newly remodeled rooms are even better!!! Chip was very nice and helpful there's a 24 hr pool and juccuzi I love this property

Our experience of this hotel was not a pleasant one. We requested a high floor with a view. The hotel stated that the request would be subject to availability which we accepted. We didnt expect to be allocated a ground floor room with vegetation screening the view from the window. We had made the request via email some 3 months previous. We immediately consulted reception who stated they had no note of our request. Due to our persistence we eventually received an acceptable room. There is a lot of detail concerning the move. A move which had to be pushed by our own efforts to a successful outcome. I have emailed the hotel with my feedback and currently await a response.
(Feb 2020, no response. No surprise. )
This review is our experience. Probably that low percentage of complaints that all hotels receive. I did not receive an acceptable level of customer service. I was forced to deal with a few basic faults which should have been checked before the room was occupied. My opinion of the hotel is that it is sadly in need of a revamp. Yes it is easy for me to recommend spending a lot of someone else's money to upgrade. However I have spent a lot of my money to occupy a poor standard room. Not what I expected from a suite just off the world famous International Drive.

Poor room service stayed for 3 weeks had to request clean bedding and then had to do it ourselves.
Expensive to stay.
Dish washer leaked everytime it was used.
Poor workmanship in bathroom and in room over all.
Bathroom door was stiff and needed a good shove to open and close feel sorry for the people below with the noise.
Had to request new towels and for the room to be cleaned.
Even though three people were staying only two towels were provided after every requested towel change and would have to go get a third from reception.
Poor food selection.
Our breakfast that we paid for was cancelled and when I requested a discount on a dinner meal was told no we don't work like that sorry.
If I could give 0 stars I would.

Room old but good, big and clean. Wc in need of urgent renovation and elevators in need of maintenance.

I got two rooms here. The rooms were very dated, the building was in serious need of a remodeling job. The TV sets were from the mid 90s, the beds would have been great in a third world country. Hard as rocks. The heater broke in one of my rooms and it was about fifty degrees inside. When I talked to the office about the heat, instead of making it right somehow they said "sorry, some things are outside our control". The proper functioning of your buildings should be in your control though. Just garbage. The grounds were pleasant, but it was a potemkin village. Nothing worthwhile inside.

The bed rooms have there own bathrooms, the kitchens are well equiped and the balconys provide a great view of orlando.
The 3 pools and hot tubs are very nice and warm with seats around the pools,the locals are very kind, Wet'n wild is only a walk away and coaches to universal,sea world,disney and JFK space center are also there.
only problem is that the pools dont have life guards but do have shallow ends and clear depth signs

It is a good Hotel, cheap and well located. Great value for money but needs updating. Some carpets smell of mold in the lobby.

When we arrived, we had a miscommunication about our room, Thomas was on duty and thanks to his helpful service and excellent behaviour, the problem was quickly sorted! Thank you Thomas! Great member of staff, who has helped to make our holiday apecy!x

Left after 1st night. Room not ready an hour after posted check in time. Room smelled. Totally outdated. Box T.V. couldn't watch all snowy. Uncomfortable beds. Only good thing the guy checking us in. Too bad he didn't have help seems people were lined up. Manager Jason did come out of side office 2 times to help complaints other than that didn't help guy at all. Still have not received my deposit back ???

Pools are great and so is the food. The on-site Pizza Hut express is very handy. Couldn t ask for anything else apart from the room key cards which are quite faulty at times. Recommend for everyone who wants to stay on IDrive

Great location, but the elevators don't work very well .... my daughter got stuck in it

The breakfast is ok if your package includes the warm menu. The pool and gym are 24 hours (inside only), which is great for burning off excess energy after the parks and junky foods! Some of the rooms have had a recent referbishment and are quite nice. Dual glass sinks in the bathrooms etc. However, some of the rooms are very dated, including CRT TVs and 0 style to the room. Overall its a good deal and you get what you pay for.

It's ok. Does what it says on the tube. Better for couples not expecting much. Not the best for a family as facilities are below par.

The staff was extremely friendly! The rooms were extremely dated! It was great to have personal balcony. Probably wouldn't stay here again, but if you're on a budget and need a full kitchenette, I would say go for it!

First of all this place wouldn't be that bad but it looks, feels, and smells like it was built in the late 80's-early 90's. The hallways smell of a weird mix of cigarettes, Chlorine, and dinge. We arrived to our room to find that it was not cleaned whatsoever from the previous visitor and there was used towels everywhere, trash on the floors, and used sheets still on the bed. We called the front to request it be cleaned up for us but all they offered to do was provide us with clean towels and sheets... we ended up having to clean the room ourselves.. . The "fresh" towels and sheets that were just clean old linens. The furniture was very old and used(dirty couches/chairs and sunken in bed). The wallpaper in the place is peeling off and the wood floors had chips broken off. My biggest concern was that our balcony door did not close. The sliding door was slightly off the rail and there was a 1 inch gap that was open the whole stay. We were on the 3rd floor so we didn't bother with it. The place is also infested with roaches. We saw one on the ceiling on our second day. I'm not ragging on this place because it's old... we've stayed in many places that are older than this one. The owners of the Enclave need to seriously invest in updating the rooms and replacing all of the furniture... this alone would make all the difference.
We definitely were disappointed in this place and will not be returning.

Commentary breakfast consist of toast and yogurt, I wish I knew that before I booked and paid $100 for a room, this hotel is trash do not waste your money!!
