The Enclave Hotel is in need of a major remodel job on everything.
Mold smell was so bad in first room we had to move to another room. And we had some sort of bug bites (bed bugs?).

Very good service. Excellent breakfast Very bad the sofa bed. Do not enter 6 persians in a room comfortably.

The place has an excellent view and attention. The rooms are clean and spacious. I think it's a good hotel.

Somewhat trashy hotel. My friends were great but some of the company there is undesirable.

Do not let picture fool u wish I could upload pics of how dirty not to mention. The change an addition fee they don't say online and need deposit. That isn't mentiones

Lovely place to stay close to international drive and lots of nice places to eat

The room is very spacious and very clean. The view of a small pond is awesome and the balcony overlooking it is large. The kitchenette is perfect for our needs and the parking is easy and close.

Pretty dated exterior (halls elevators lobby). Rooms are better

The first room we had was extremely outdated and worn and very dirty so the front desk moved is to a remodeled room which was very nice a complete 36p compared to other room

This place is truly amazing! Our first night we had some difficulties and The hotel did everything in their power to make it right. Vera is the best! She was friendly , accommodating, she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. She immediately rectified the situation and made our anniversary super special. This is now our favorite place to stay! We def recommend!! The grounds, pool and rooms are updated and beautiful. There is nothing else you need once you stay here

We did an airbnb in a studio apartment. It was a good size for us and on the first floor which was convenient. Our toilet broke the first night we arrived and it was fixed the next day. The hotel convienience store and pizza hut was very sketchy. Seemed to be run by 1 person...or severely understaffed... I called pizza hut 3 times to order to get delivery to room and never got it and had to go to them and wait 45 minutes for my cheese pizza... Anyways, location is great, near all theme parks in Orlando, tons of restaurants, and supermarkets for food to cook (go to publix, its the best).

Amazing beautiful place but i will say the bar food etc closes way to early 10pm on the weekends really!!!!! Its Orlando most things you do there you don't get back to hotel a little after that!!!!! Really would of liked it to be later than that

The hotel room was good and very clean but all the beds sink in the middle as they are just old.the worst part of our stay was the indoor pool is heated but heated does not mean anything. It was cold. The indoor jacuzzi was also cloudy dirty and things were floating around everywhere it was disgusting but the outdoor pool is very clean and the outdoor Jacuzzi s are amazing.the most disappointing thing was the free breakfast. We walked in to the area where they had hot food and it looked great. But when we have our free ticket to the lady she pointed to a back hall and said your breakfast is in that back room. So we went to a not so nice room and they had generic every the cereal was like sand the orange juice was disgusting and they had yogurt and oatmeal. It was a nasty cold breakfast that comes with your room. So we felt like low class at that point.....everyone should get the the same breakfast!!!the reason why we chose this hotel was we went right across the street to the pirate dinner show.so I guess I would go back but would do so in the summer to use the outdoor pool and for sure won t be eating the nasty breakfast !!!

The Enclave Suites are a good Base of operations for a holiday to Orlando. The staff are very friendly. If you are with Virgin or pay for an upgrade there is a daily changing hot breakfast with freshly made to order omelettes in the food area. The hotel has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs and a baby paddle zone. There is a small gym and small games area plus a shop that sells basics, beer and wine. There are regular events and a bar. The Pizza Hut came in useful the first night we arrived. All areas are clean if a little outdated. Not out of place with most of Orlando! Our suite has been fairly recently refurbished but showers and baths look much older. A deep cleaning of the windows would help but that is only if you look for issues. You can't see for the blinds. So, all in all, we are very happy. It doesn't match the polish and age of most UK hotels but has enthusiasm and is in a great location.

For sleeping and resting it serves very well. Do not expect luxuries here.
Positives are free parking, location and wi-fi.
Negative point stayed for the super limited breakfast of choices.

Suite was clean and well furnished, but some of the carpet wasn't fully installed properly, with some patches of exposed wood. Room service is only every three days which is a minor inconvenience, but you can always call down to the front desk. They have shuttle service to and from Universal and Disney Parks. Overall though, it's a great value and is relatively close to downtown Disney and neat attractions around Orlando.

Bedroom with double bed and sofa bed, full kitchen and refrigerator. Ice machine on the fifth floor. It has tennis courts, gym, tennis court. Colada on International Drive, 2 miles from Universal, 3 miles from Wallmart and 24 miles from Disney. Great location. You get to spend a season if you are not picky. Cleanliness ok I forgot to mention breakfast. Very disappointing. A day of scrambled eggs, two boiled eggs, two of cheese and meat sauce these are the salty dishes that alternate. It has good orange juice and tea. Toasted bread, Cornflakes, American melon or pineapple. Granola and yogurt. Coffee, cold milk, butter and lukewarm jelly. For my habit it was bad.

No wifi and had lots of ants. Other than that it was fine.

Rented off of booking.com. Had a late check in, get to our room, and it was old, dirty, dingy, and poorly maintained. Bathrooms were gross, and dated, showers had mold and mildew, and falling apart. Furniture, cabinets, fixtures were old, dirty, and falling apart too. I called and spoke to the manager asking if they had upgraded rooms bc our room looked nothing like the pictures. Manager was happy to accommodate and add free late checkout. New room was like being in a different hotel, much nicer, but still had mold in bathrooms. Went to use indoor hot tub and pool and the chlorine smell was so bad you couldn't sit and breathe it in, and the water was dirty. Free continental breakfast was a joke, serving room stunk, food selection bad, no coffee, staff not refilling food, we just skipped it all together. After all that, I may have given it two stars, until staff started harassing us about checking out. Had a lady knock on the door, unaware of our late checkout, then two phone calls from front desk telling us we "couldn't stay past a certain time because of high occupancy" and wanted an answer of when we were going to be out. I told them they needed better communication between staff because morning staff is telling me something different than the night staff and being pushy about it. Horrible experience.

The view was amazing and the room was super cute. The towel foldings gave it a nice personal touch.

third visit in December 2018, very accessible price, good area, you can not be very petentious for what you pay, but clean, quiet and personal very nice place

Horrible , dirty , old and the staff all are rude and look like if they stepped out of prison. Worst place ever.

Our Air BnB was pretty good, the terrace was huge and had a great view. Free shuttles to some of the theme parks. Outdoor and indoor pool. Overall pretty good.

Old-fashioned hotel with a very poor breakfast buffet (you get what you pay for)

Nothing fancy but affordable and clean. Stayed here thru Airbnb for a convention and it's just 10 minutes away from the Orange County Convention Center and 10 minutes away from Universal Studios. Perfect middle spot for business and fun.

Hotel was quite nice, even though the rooms were a bit outdated. Pizza hut in the hotel was good and the breakfast was also quite nice. The hotel is situated in the perfect place right on international drive

The hotel was fine, the TVs they could really upgrade, the beds they could upgrade too cause they are pretty hard. The room overall is fine, no nastiness of any kind. The pool is very big, and the hotel is right in the middle of every theme park, Universal Studios, Disney, Seaworld and Wet n' Wild (which they are demolishing after the 31st of December, 2016.) anyway enjoyed it ;)

It's a grand place, some of the suites are bit dated looking inside but are clean and well kitted out. There are indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a nice view over the lake out back. The breakfast is continental buffet with a good choice or fried breakfast in the restaurant. They have a pizza hut/fast food restaurant in the evenings which is good quality and reasonably priced and a grand cosy little bar that serves the same food as the restaurant, Happy hour is from 6 to 7 every evening.

The first 2 nights we stayed in a decent room. Then went to Universal for a night and came back to a room with peeling paint, a nasty shower, and a bed that was worn in the middle. I should've complained right after check in but they are the cheapest for a 2 bedroom I could find.

Checked in today at the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The outside looks beautiful but that is the only thing that is. Extremely outdated hotel. The door to our room is very hard to open as it sticks to the door frame, my 10 year old nephew struggled to open the door. Walk in to a room that the a/c has been off in so obviously hot, even after the a.c. has been on for most of the day the bedrooms don't get much cooler it's a suite that is supposed to sleep 6 but not enough of the 80's fake crystal plates for 3 people to eat mismatched silverware and not enough of that either. Finally go down to the lobby because there is not sheets or pillows for the pull out sofa, the lobby closes at 10pm and have to speak to the "front desk person" through a speaker box on the wall he tells me to double check the room closest because they are supposed to be there, also no one has access to housekeeping because they have left for the day. So I go back to my room look again and call back to ask again for sheets and pillows, he says that he can't give us pillows but will send up some sheets. Supposed to be here for two days absolutely not staying another night. My recommendation is to stay some where else.

Airbnb'd here. Useless guest services desk, always late, too busy on their iPhone to answer calls from guests, rude when confronted.

Really well located, close to the international drive and parks. Comfortable accommodation with a mini kitchen, with glasses, pots, stove, oven. I only left 4 stars because the structure of the hotel (hallway, elevator) are a bit old and the breakfast included was lousy, disorganized place, smelly, tables are not cleaned often. If you are not going to enjoy breakfast, it is a great hotel.

Hotel is OK type.. Dated n small rooms. Price is cheap, but not a recommended place to stay.

We got there a few hours before check in which is at 4 PM, so we decided to visit park first .we left suitcases in hotel, front desk guy was really nice to us explained that room wasn't gonna be ready until around 3 so we left and went back around that time. Room wasn't ready yet so we waited for another 15 mins. And we were actually accommodated in a bigger room for the same price because they had rented the 1 studio room I had reserved. We ended up staying at a 2 room 2 bath with a king bed and 2 full sized beds. Everything was really clean and looked really nice. Free breakfast not so good but we ended up paying $5 and some change per person for a continental breakfast which was really good. Staff there are really nice. Last day I was checking out I realized there was a 251 dollar charge on my card from Enclave which it shouldn't have been charged since room was already paid for. But the Manager refunded me that money which I wasn't sure was I was charged that amount but just be aware and make sure you check your bank account before you leave. Other than that is a good place to stay close to restaurants and universal studios.

We enjoyed our recent stay here. The staff were also all friendly and helpful. I only gave 4 star due to our room being dated. But I do understand their is work being undertaken to update the hotel. Will definitely visit again

Good hotel with indoor pool. Perfect for winter in Florida. The place is huge and not all are clean as expected. Rooms has kitchen and living room and no daily room service. It is like rent a condo. Free cold breakfast is very minimal and you opt for a hot Breakfast with extra fee. This place is perfect for family and close to International Drive.

Had a 2 bedroom that was very nice and clean and the facilities were great and was great deal over all.

Decent hotel for the price tag. Stayed with family for 3 days and had no issues. Very friendly front desk. Close to universal studios and has free shuttle service. This helps to save $25 parking fee in theme park. Has continental breakfast free of cost. If interested in breakfast eith egg, sausage and other items its $6.5 in the cafe area in hotel. Very close to international dr and has many attractions in walkable distance. Didnot give 5 stars because the hotel is old and has old appliances in room. We had a queen suite which had microwave, grill, toaster, refrigerator, cofee maker and basic utensils for cooking. Had a dining table, love seat and patio furniture. Sofa bed is a turn off. Its was just ok and not comfortable.

Close enough for a 30 minute walk to Universal. Rooms are even better than expected for the price. Great quality for a low price in a convenient area.

Our visit at this hotal was amazing, the room was clean and tidy, the staff are amazing and very helpful, the food is brilliant. I would differently stay at this hotel and resort again highly recommended. Xx

We had a very bad experience here everything was wrong there was a stain on the couch.there were no sheets or pillows on the pillow.there was guk on the night stand.there was a crack in the bathtub.it reminded of living in the ghetto all over again.if there were 0 starts I would put that the service was hurendace.id rather sleep in the street with the homeless then stay here.

For their cost, they provide excellent benefits. 3.5 stars rating.

Better than expected. Breakfast varied each day and can make your own waffles pizza hut express on site very good with daily offers for hotel guests. Loaded fries are great.

Never assume your rooms are clean. Upon leaving this place this morning going through the room to make sure we had all our belongings I went in the room my children slept in opened up the curtains all the way and found a used CONDOM in the corner of the window sill!!! God knows if the sheets were changed out. They appeared fine when I checked them when we arrived, but now I have my doubts. The room is run down and way out dated. Honestly the room looked like it wasn't vaccumed when we came in but I wasn't trying to be picky. But after finding that in the window I know it wasn't cleaned at all. I will never stay here and I don't recommend it to anybody. I don't even want to give this a one star rating but can't give it a - 10. Couch broke down piece of crap and the beds are also wore out pieces of garbage.

We had a two bedroom suite with a living space in the middle, kitchen area, dining table, couch, TV. Nice view of the pool. 5th floor. Very clean. We will definitely stay there again.

Free breakfast is continental, muffins, toast. But for $5 you can get a hot breakfast buffet.

Perfect for a no-fuss family stay in Orlando. The suite feel like home, it's easy to drive to all the attractions and the Icon 360 wheel is a short walk away with all the fun things to do there. Great views too.

Beautiful place, staff was very polite. Place is very clean and well kept. Bathroom in pool area could be kept a little more clean, floor was slippery. Overall beautiful all the way.

The toilets are horrible the sink water stinks like sewer . The breakfast is not decent . Pictures aren t the same as seen on the website .

Brilliant Hotel, staff couldn't do enough for us. Really enjoyed our two week stay. Hopefully will be back next year.Thanks to all at the Enclave Suites......

these were our first vacations in usa and we would have liked them to understand us Spanish but in general very good

We have loved our stay here..everyone is so kind and helpful. Yes, the rooms are a bit dated but a perfect place to lay your head. The rooms and holel itself are all being updated so thumbs up all round

All very well, the only thing is that of 12 days we were, not once did the abitations aspire to us

Perfect location in Orlando- restaurants ect within walking distance.
All parks are only a few minutes by car!
