Since we're dealing with BMW, there are some things that need to be kept in mind. Parts cost more, service costs more, etc. As the vast majority of my experiences with The BMW Store have involved purchasing a vehicle and getting it serviced (mostly) under warranty, I cannot attest to the price of service at The BMW Store compared to its local competitors and as such these variables can't and don't factor into my rating. You really just can't come to this brand and expect it to be, beyond its warranty, as easy and inexpensive to maintain as a non-luxury non-German brand.
The only services I did pay for to be conducted on my car were the repair of an alloy wheel that was damaged by a pothole while I was out of town, and an alignment, the actual run-flat tire replacement having been conducted at a BMW dealer near the location of the accident. In my effort to recuperate some of the cost of the accident, I needed two quotes of the repair to send to the jurisdiction of the accident, and services/parts associated with one wheel repair, one run flat tire and alignment, cost roughly 10% less at The BMW Store than at the other BMW shop I used. Though I should add, as both dealers are in different markets, the significance of the above shouldn't be overestimated. Take from it what you will.
The shopping experience was about as pleasant as writing a five figure check can be. I test drove, found what I wanted, we tossed some numbers around, and I drove home. I really wish I had a better basis for grading salesmen, I'm normally the self-sufficient shopper. I research a ton a head of time and usually know what i'm getting before I reach the store. I didn't feel pressured or annoyed by the sales guy or anything like that, which is fairly unusual for me in that situation, so kudos for that.
I've brought my car in for service a few times since getting it. Cassidy is my service adviser. He's always been very highly responsive and has addressed my concerns on every given occasion. The process has always been very easy, the time it takes to drop off my car sign and drive off with a loaner is usually inside of 10 minutes. I appreciate when I'm given the impression that my time is valued.
When my warranty runs out (if I don't extend it) I will likely shop around for the most cost effective repair price when the need arises. I'm pretty good at the whole DIY thing so oil changes and easier repairs I could handle. However you never know, something weird could pop up that I can't diagnose by reading ECU codes and at that point i'd have to take it in. I am highly considering extending the warranty though, and in that event I would absolutely continue to take it to Cassidy.
I received a call about recalls on certain cars, so I called to schedule an appointment. Amanda in the scheduling department was incredibly helpful and answered any and every question I had!
I had a great experience with John Beam. He has a very laid back and no pressure style, which is what I prefer. He listened to my likes and dislikes, and found a model with everything on it that I was seeking. He was great to work with through the whole process, and even drove the car to me when everything had been finalized. In the future, I'm only going to buy from one person, and that's John!
Just purchased a new 2020 BMW M4 from Ric and Daniel at the BMWstore in Cincinnati. Great experience, could not have been better. This is my second purchase at The BMWstore. The entire staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and professional. They address all of my questions, and concerns. The delivery was perfect. I bought a used 335xi with 85k miles on it in December. 30 days later, the engine light comes on, and I take it to be serviced. The told me it need 6 new fuel injectors for a total of $3500!!!! I had it quoted elsewhere and realized they were trying 3x the amount for the parts needed. This is just robbery, and everyone needs to know about it. High labor cost....I can understand....BUT DONT CHARGE 3X the amount for a part!
And clearly they didn't even inspect the vehicle I purchased, and did not offer a penny to help with this ridiculous problem.
If you like money, stay far far far way from this place.
Although, I had previously owned a Z4, and my wife currently drives a 128i Convertible, I looked at, and test drove Lexus, Infinity, Mercedes, and Audi cars before I finally went to The BMW Store. After a couple of 5 Series test drives, Dean Stathes took the time to help me Spec and factory order exactly what I wanted on my new BMW 530e. The whole process went smoothly, and Dean kept me updated on the progress of my build , from order to delivery. Also, kudos to Jamar BuBose, Business Manager, for the thorough, and professional way he handled all of the paperwork required for my transaction. Having previously had good experiences at The BMW Store s service department, I anticipate being able to continue recommending The BMW Store to my friends.
The search for our used BMW turned serious in the last 2 to 3 months and like many people we turned to the internet to research and find the one we wanted. A couple vehicles of the type we were interested in appeared at The BMW Store site so my wife and I went in to check them out. It was during that initial visit that we met John, the CPO BMW adviser at The BMW Store. From the very get go, we felt very comfortable with John and his approach to helping us find the right BMW for us. He was knowledgeable, asked us questions to help narrow down our choices and was genuinely interested in finding us the perfect vehicle within our budget. We didn t find either of the two vehicles in the lot to be the one we wanted so a few days later I went back and spoke with John again and let him know that we weren t in a hurry and further described the perfect car for us and asked him to keep us in mind and to reach out when a vehicle that checked off our boxes showed up. That very night we received a call from John that a load of cars came in that evening and ours was on it. We made arrangements to come in the next evening to see the car and ultimately made the purchase. We were concerned about a few things regarding the cleanliness and a couple of dings to which John replied not to worry by the time it gets thru detailing it will look brand new. He totally nailed it. After the purchase, we spent time with Susan, the BMW Genius who took us thru every step of the vehicle s operations and extensive electronics. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient and did a great job answering our questions. I can t say enough about our experience at The BMW Store and will definitely go back should I find myself shopping for one again. Great experience!
My wife and I just purchased our second BMW from the BMW Store. Chris Lykins was our sales person both times. We also looked at Mercedes, Audi and Porsche this time. I have to say Chris does a fantastic job and made it very easy for us. We saw a 4-series car on the lot but it did not have all of the options we wanted. No problem for Chris. He located a car at the port that had exactly the features we needed and had the car delivered within a week. Chris will always be our go-to guy for purchasing a BMW. Great job Chris!

Absolute best car buying experience ever! Jeremie was the best salesman I've ever worked with. He listened to everything I was looking for in a car and found me exactly that without trying to push other things on me that I wasn't looking for. He took the time to explain all the features to me and answer questions as we went through them. Customer satisfaction is a priority for him and it shows.
I am from out of town so I had to take care of a big part of the purchase over the phone. Jeremie followed through with everything he said he would do and I didn't get the sense I had to "check-in" with him, I knew it would get done. Go see Jeremie for your next car! You will not be disappointed!
I brought my 2013 BMW 750LI to the BMW Store several months ago. The communication was completely lacking in that the next day I was told my car is ready to pick up. When I came to pick up my car, no one seemed to know what was going on. Finally after about 30 minutes, I was told they need to diagnose it some more and that it would be ready the next day. It wasn't ready for several more days and I only found out when I called service to inquire and was told, "oh yeah, someone should have contacted you".
Fast forward several months and I am about to trade my car in on the purchase of a new Navigator. When the BMW Store entered the service into Carfax, they put the incorrect mileage! My car has 44k miles on it now and they entered 52k miles several months ago. So now there is an odometer discrepancy on carfax and I am looking at a $10,000 hit to the value of my car not to mention the Lincoln dealer refuses (rightfully so) to take in a car with an odometer discrepancy. These guys completely screwed me!!! I am waiting to hear back from the dealer and will update this review when/if I get this resolved.
From what I understand, this can take months for Carfax to correct. In the meantime I am stuck with a car that was supposed to get traded in. I spoke with Nick the Service Manager and he found the mistake. He explained that they entered 52k instead of 42k. He has no idea how to correct this but is planning on getting back with me. I will update as we progress.

I'm in the market for an M3 and they did not have any of those on the lot, or so they claimed. Asked if I could test drive an M2 and they said based on the road conditions that it wasn't a good idea for a test drive. The roads are currently dry. So now driving to BMW of Cincinnati for a test drive of an M3.
So let me take a bit of time to be sincere about Jay Sofranec and the folks at Cincinnati Mini. The first time i met Jay was about 2007 and I was looking for a small car for my wife, Jay was fantastic, he showed us every car on his lot, went through every car he was getting in and all the cars he could get from other dealers. With no pressure to close the deal he spent the better part of the day catering to our needs. I didn't buy a car from him (wanted to but not in the budget at the time). He NEVER hit us with the pressure. The second time I saw him was THREE YEARS later and my wife and I felt like it was in our budget to upgrade her VW to the Mini we really wanted. Jay once again spent the better part of 5 hours letting us go and drive almost every configuration of Mini on his lot. We ended up with a 2010 Cooper S. Best car i've ever owned, never got out of it without a grin on my face. The after purchase experience at MINI is always a pleasure, they really know how to treat a customer right. So recently I needed to purchase a new vehicle for my business. On a whim I went to see Jay at Mini to see what he may have, while he was helping some other customers I found a perfect used countryman. I told jay i would like to buy it no need to test drive. The car had not yet been through inspection so he could not deliver the car that day. I made an appointment for a few days later and as always the team at Cincinnati mini had everything completely ready for me. Jay spent a good couple of hours making the delivery process go smoothly and making sure my wife (the primary driver of this car) knew exactly how everything worked before we left. I am looking forward to my first service visit just so i can enjoy their service. Jay Sofranec is the best car guy i have ever worked with and i am already planning to get my next car from him.

Nice selection. Although, being a purist, I am not entirely taken with the new styling of the 7 series. I think the E38 was the last of the good looking, and "BMW stylish", 7 series. The Chris Bangle era and on have made the BMW and GM's Pontiac front ends almost clones of each other. Only saving grace being Pontiac is now in the history books. The new 4 and 6 series, especially the 4 door 6 is a glimpse at what the 7 could be. This is just my opinion and not the gospel. I just remember when you got a nice tool kit and full size spare in the trunk. Now it is a tow hook and a can of Fix a Flat. Maybe all run flats will be next. The Shade Tree Mechanic is going the route of the Do Do. Just my .10 cents. ... (I factored in inflation). Also I think Sundays are an excellent time to do your "visual"car shopping. No sales pressure. And with that I bid you all A dieu. Oh wait! Where are my manners. The BMW Store does not carry Peugeot any more.... (does anybody? )....so with respect to the British. .. (Mini)..."Cheers" and or und Deutschesland ..."Guten Tag und aufweidershen". (Best decision ever was to take 2 years of German in High School....then live there for 3.5 years). OK I feel the cane around my waist, yanking me off stage.
If you're looking for a genuine and knowledgeable sales team, the BMW store is the place to go. Between my husband and I, we have leased a vehicle, and purchased 3 at this location, and it is the only place we will go from here on out! There is a no pressure environment and you can tell that the staff really stands by their product. I was kindly greeted and treated like family from Nick Norman, a client adviser, who walked me through everything and answered every question I could imagine throwing at him. The sales manager, Mark Harless, made sure that I was 100% satisfied every time, and went out of his way to make my visits memorable. Even as I signed the paperwork in the finance office, Conor O'Somachain made me feel reassured and listed all options I had at my disposal.
The BMW store team is more like family to us now.. I couldn't imagine purchasing a car anywhere else!

We were looking at a used 540 and saw the new 2017 540i x-drive M Package on the show room floor. Tim began to show my wife and me the car and it sold itself. (Obviously it's BMW, although Tim helped with a lot of info on the new tech, we already own a 2008 528i)
Tim Morrison took us through the sales process and was very well informed about the car and it's specs. I think I've found a good salesman for life.
We were greeted at the door and helped as soon as we showed up, very comfortable, with no pressure, and Tim is a super likable guy so he fits well with the brand.

We purchased a CPO X3 from the bmw store recently had an excellent experience. I hadn t been in since the remodel and the new setup is gorgeous and comfortable. The service we received from salesman John Beam and financier Jemar DuBose was exceptional. No overselling! In fact Mr. DuBose actually suggested we NOT get the additional warranty based on our minimal driving habits. Absolute pleasure dealing with this team!

We needed to extend our existing lease due to being out of town when our existing lease expired. Ric Koresky was most helpful in setting up our 2 month extension and when we did lease our new BMW Ric, Paul Kolleck, Katelyn Linnemann, Susan Ward, and Conor O'Somachain worked with us to end our existing lease, explain the features of the new car, and obtain the car and lease agreement we wanted. They were all very efficient and personable, and although buying or leasing a car is not always a fun activity, their attitude and helpfulness made the process almost enjoyable.

I highly recommend The BMW Store in Cincinnati. After an exhaustive nationwide search for a low mileage M3, I bought one from this dealership. This was a long-distance transaction (I live in Chicago area) so most communications were via email and text with an easygoing salesman named Mat Swartz. We agreed on a favorable price, Mat emailed the purchase agreement, and I arranged for travel to the store. A dealership employee met me at the airport and brought me back to meet Mat and see the car. After a quick walkaround and test drive, I signed the papers, made payment, received an abbreviated (per my request) delivery briefing and drove away - all within 90 minutes of setting foot in the dealership. All in all, this is one of the fairest, smoothest, and quickest vehicle purchase transactions I've ever had.

Enjoyed a quote I got on windshield labor being '$650', when windshields take, what, half an hour to an hour to put in? Took it back to work and had a few good laughs with co-workers over the outlandishness of it all.
Last BMW mechanics were $85 an hour where I took my car. Pretty good attempt as padding the bottom line once they realized it was insurance money.

This was my second vehicle purchased via Paul and 3rd BMW from this dealership since moving to Cincinnati. The discussion and sales process with Paul was very transparent, without pressure and I found Paul very helpful. Everything was pleasant and efficient with all my questions before, during and after the sale quickly answered. Even picking up the vehicle was handled really well, I dint need to "wait" around at all. I had an excellent introduction to the features on the new car by Susan.
All in all, 5 star experience and would buy here again and highly recommend to try the team at The BMW Store.

It was awfully nice of them to tell me about the "minor" accident that the 2016 X5 had AFTER I signed to buy the SUV. The minor accident ripped off the whole front end of the car! The driver side door leaks air at speeds above 50mph. And they never disclosed the break in on the passenger door which there was paint missing inside the door jam and damage to the seals (my fault for not seeing it, but still). Then to top it all off, they sent me away with one key... a year later, still fighting to get the one missing key. Enough is enough... hence why I am writing this.
My experience with the BMW Store was very positive, I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. My salesperson John Beam was able to come in on his day off to deliver my car, he also was kind enough to pick me up at the airport, as I came in from Missouri.
I will be checking back with them, when I am in the market for a new used BMW or Mini Cooper.

Bought a "certified BMW" from this store, extended warranty, and had every service performed here for months. I tried to bring my car in for another appt but there was roughly a 3-week wait. I took my car to BMW Cincinnati North. This store informed me that one of my wheels had been welded. They said BMW would never do this. I asked BMW Store about this and they accused me of welding my own wheel. After asking for specific documents to proceed with legal actions, the manager said it would "behoove" them to replace the wheel. Highly unethical cost-cutting measures to simply improve their bottom line. Sell a certified car for more, then pass on any flaws not covered by warranty onto the customer. Buyer Beware.

One of the worst experiences I ve ever had, the guy (Andre)told me since my car was a older model car he did not wanna fix my car. Just made me feel like a low class citizen. It still a BMW and I take care of my car.

This is the worse dealer, I could give zero, dont go there, I guess the sales men look at the way you look and pick who to work with or not, and there sales manager cover there back by saying well he has appointment with costumer an hour ago, so this not a reason especially paying cash, ok then let your sale man make you the money and buy the car.
