Westin Bellevue (Starwood Hotels & Resorts) Review

It was a great experience! The only thing is it was a bit confusing to get to the room from the mall.

Used the location for an event. It has it's pros and cons but one of the nicer things is how it's directly connected to everything. Sky walks to every part of the mall.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and our stay was so lovely. The staff is great and is there to help with anything! The corner room that we stayed in had exceptional views. It was large and very comfortable. The bed was soft and comfortable too. The lavender essential oil was a really nice touch. My husband and I used it every night. We enjoyed being so close to everything and that we were able to walk to everything including Bellevue Square. The pool and gym is really nice too. We loved it.

We were here during the Christmas season so we watched snow flake lane from the 4th floor deck which was so fun! On Friday nights their restaurant Cyprus has jazz night. We went there with a bunch of friends and we all had such a good time. The food is delicious too. Make sure to stop by here for their food. Overall we had such a great stay and will definitely stay here again.

Not bad, but you can see the age. There is no free Internet access for guests.

Was here for a large group speaker for my company. Hotel is decent, looks a lot like the Hyatt accross the sky bridge. Only con was the stage in the ballroom was so small and if you were sitting on the sides you had to crank your neck to see.

I never stayed at high class hotel it was nice and the rooms were amazing .

The location was great! There were skybridges to two malls. The hotel was very comfortable, but a lot was expensive and not included in the room fare.

I was lost on my way to the W Bellevue, and I asked the concierge for help. The concierge was so friendly and helpful! The place was also very clean, very open, very inviting.

I have been meaning to make this review for some time now but better late than never to have this person that deserved to be recognized. The valet attendant Sly, (forgive me if I spelt it wrong) at the downtown Bellevue Westin hotel location, went out of his way to help me and my mother. We got stuck while exiting the street in front of the Westin valet area. Our car had locked its breaks and he came to our rescue. When he noticed we were struggling he first had made sure that if possible we could move off to the side as much as the car would allow to ensure better safety for us and of course not disturb incoming costumers from entering the valet area. He made sure he had his other valet partner continue business as usual while doing as much as he could to help us out of the tough situation we were stuck in. After quite some time and much internet research (he would not give up on us!), he found the resultion and sent us on our way. I wanted to take the time to say that we both really appreciated the time he took to help us in such a sudden frustrating situation. As well as showing his clear job knowledge to handle the situation best for usual business to go on. Acts of kindness and strong costumer awareness should never go un recognized. Thank you.

Ok but doesn't match services with it's price tag. Breakfast is atrocious for the price.

The westin is right off the freeway which makes it pretty easy to get to. I cannot comment on the rooms as I didn't stay overnight but if the rooms are anything like the food or the event rooms I would imagine the guest rooms to be quite nice.

Really nice hotel in a great location. I liked the room, and the staff was always pleasant. Two downsides: the food in the restaurant was not that good and the shower in my room wasn't very good. The food was lackluster, my "crispy wings" came out room temperature with soggy breading and the meat tasted like it had sat in salt water all day. The shower was supposed to be one of those rain ones but it was closer to a dribble than an actual rain storm. But otherwise I liked it, I would still recommend it to a friend.

Amazing hotel. Rooms are clean and large. Staff are very nice and in room dining is good. I really like the shampoo and conditioner choice.

Checked in for a weekend visit with friends in town from Atlanta. Complimentary parking for Friday and Saturday nights. Nice hotel room, great service in the restaurant for breakfast. Hotel staff assisted with dinner arrangements to Din Tai Fung which minimized wait times.

Very nice hotel. We normally stay in Seattle, however with all of their problems with crime, garbage and generally falling apart we decided to try Bellevue. What a great choice! Better access to shopping the freeway and less traffic issues. Hotel is very nice and clean. Very nice parking garage that is secure. Staff went out of there way to make us happy. Very nice and safe areas around hotel for walking.

Awesome hotel. It has excellent accommodations and amenities. The staff is very welcoming, always prepared to help you with specific needs. Hotel localization is world class, near to shopping mall, restaurants and bars (downtown Bellevue). It offers wheelchair-friendly rooms with roll-in shower. I've felt very comfortable with the accessibility they provide.

I have not stayed overnight so can't comment about rooms. Location is very convenient and staff service is outstanding

Was there for a conference, room was beautiful, the food was great. The staff took great care of us. The happy hour after was good.

We had a function to attend at this hotel and inside the ballroom was beautiful. The food too was also pretty good. My only gripe would be that the table setting was at a bare minimum. A napkin, fork, and knife. I thought that was odd but it was fine. First world problems. Oh and there was no parking so we had to park all the way at Bellevue Plaza and walk over. I think the parking guys should have let us circle as opposed to forcing us to tunnel through to Bellevue Plaza.

Stayed here for our anniversary, and the hotel went above and beyond to make it special for us. Great location, lots of restaurants close by, and complimentary parking on the weekends. Okwi at the check-in desk was especially hospitable.

Wow. One of the best properties I ve ever stayed. And I log about 38 weeks per year. Awesome lap swimming pool. And seems few use it. Gym can get a bit crowded at peak. Restaurant is good. Better be at those prices. Do not have an executive club though. Many restaurants and shops all around. Super nice area. Kept up so well it seems brand new.

Good gym and pool. Clean rooms. Unfortunately wifi isn't free.

Perfect location in downtown Bellevue. Was upgraded to a grand suite and the room is amazing. Comfortable bed, large bathroom with Whirlpool tub, steps away from Truce spa, the gym, and the pool. I'm here on business but would definitely come back to stay for fun.

We had a one night stay around New Year's. The hotel is conveniently attached to Lincoln Square and links to the main mall Bellevue Square. During the holiday season at 7pm the is a free holiday street performance which made the visit memorable for kids.

I recently attended a conference at the Westin in Bellevue. It was a cold winter day and the only thing being inside their walls accomplished was to keep the wind off of us. I would not suggest booking a professional event there. If their facilities are this cold in the winter, they are likely to be blazing hot in the summer?

The only reason to stay at a Westin is the name.
Management knows about issues and have done nothing to prevent future guests from having the same experience as I did.

Thin walls = you know who is having a good time, and who is sick
Broken/non working light switches and wobbly chairs = confusion/frustration
Parking = maze and valet service is not helpful
Charged for wifi = nickel and dimed even though you are paying a premium

I recommend other Marriot proprieties over this location.

Excellent concierge service, good food and small band on Friday night. Great rooms. Will definitely book again if heading to Bellevue again.

Good hotel, super comfy bed and big room. Staff were good. Took away one star due to super slow checkin. As a rewards member...expected a bit more.

Location Location Location - directly across from PF Changs and the Cheesecake Factory. What more could you ask for? Rooms are nice and clean. Bathrooms are a bit simple for the price you pay. otherwise, great if you like shopping as the mall is next door.

Good place, good service, very clean. Only problem was that the rooms are not soundproof enough, I could hear other rooms door opening and closing.

Clean, elegant building, attentive and polite staff. The room was very well-appointed, with fantastic Grohe fixtures in the shower and bath. Quiet and comfortable, with exceptionally comfortable beds and a generous balcony. Requests to the concierge were answered swiftly and graciously, and even the room service food selections were delicious and prompt. I'll most certainly be coming back the next time I stay in Bellevue.

I went for a professional event. It was fancy and good service. The food was a bit plain though and didn't taste as great as you would expect from the atmosphere.

The staff was great very friendly the room were very clean.
