We just completed our third purchase at the BMW Store and worked with John Beam on all three since we had such a good experience with the first purchase several years ago. The BMW Store has a very professional approach to car sales and pricing that just takes the worry out of the purchase decision. John did the research to get answers to my questions and clear up any concerns I had about this recent purchase of an older Porsche.

From the moment I walked in to the moment my car was delivered the service level was beyond all expectation. Brian was great to work with through the entire buying journey. He was knowledgeable, very personable, and a pleasure to work with.

When my car arrived with a defect Ric went above and beyond. Before the car or the defect was brought to my attention Ricin's made sure there was a brand new car built and on its way. In addition, he made sure I had a loaner throughout the entire process. Second to none when it comes to customer service.

Susan was a pleasure to work with on delivery. She was fun and personable and walked me through initial set up and made sure I knew that if I needed additional help she was available at any time.

Overall the experience was outstanding. I haven't stopped raving about the team and my experience and can't envision a scenario where I would choose to go anywhere else for a car.

I worked with Chris Lykins to buy my 2016 BMW 750Xi last week. This was the second time I have worked with Chris to buy a new car. Earlier in 2015, we bought a X5 for my wife. My experience dealing with Chris and BMW Store, in general, was amazing. They were very transparent and friendly during the customization of the car and also getting my current car appraised for a trade-in. I didn't feel pressured at any time. I've had experiences, in the past at other dealerships, where the sales team didn't have a full understanding of the car they were selling and I wanted one thing but got another (as far as some add-on and accessories were concerned). But, Chris is amazing and knew exactly what he was talking about and had the same level of passion and excitement about this new, amazing vehicle, that I had and it felt genuine. There is no question that I'll buy from them again when the time comes.

I had a great experience dealing with Daniel at the BMW store. He listened to what my needs were & was extremely patient throughout my purchasing process. He was not pushy, and was responsive to all my questions even after leaving the dealership without committing (2) times. This is my first BMW (X3), I made the switch after leasing (2) Mercedes for the past 8 years. The technology associated with BMW's, at least in the X3, is night & day. Thanks Daniel for all your help, I love my new car!!!

Chris Lykins at The BMW Store is hands down the guy to work with when it comes to purchasing a car. My family has purchased many BMWs from him throughout the years, and mine is the third car we bought from him in the past six months. He made my first buying experience pain free, and was very responsive when it came to doing the research and being available via cell phone whenever I had questions. He is even willing to help with making upgrades to the appearance, such as window tints and other exterior and interior changes! Not only is he very knowledgeable, he is also very passionate about helping his clients find the right car. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend Chris and The BMW Store to anyone looking for a great buying experience! Their whole team is very professional and helpful with whatever you might need.

This all started with a recall and a warranty we recieved a airbag recall on our 2003 BMW X5 and took the vehicle to be serviced at the BMW store on stewart road and was assisted by COREY Hart we was told the the vehicle would be inspected and we will be notified of all needed repairs at this point I mentioned the life time warranty and was told that they will accept warranty services and will inform us of all needed repairs a few days later I recieved a call from COREY Hart and was told that the repairs needed on my vehicle exceeded 9,500 dollars and asked me to fax over all receipts of previous repairs completed stating the warranty company at this point was going to pay for about 90% of repairs needed we faxed over 41 pages of document repair history and COREY was amazed that anyone kept track of all repairs as we did a day or 2 later we recieved another call from COREY asking if we had anymore paper work because the warranty company needed to see if the oil was changed between November of 2016 and July of 2017 and again due to my wife's maticulous nature we was able to fax over that receipt now we're at 42 pages of documented receipts and the warranty company approved the repairs and for some maraculous reason the price was reduced by half so I recieved another call from COREY Hart stating that we needed our axels replaced and the warranty company would only replace the boots since the axels were after market parts and was very convincing with his words also stating that there would be no charge in labor and that its best to replace them now because they could go out causing an accident we decided to take his word and paid 877.36 after hearing the original bill quoted was above 9.500 dollars that didn't seem like much to pay well all of the repairs were completed we get in the car and noticed that our radio was locked out and we didn't know the code we take a look at the receipt and noticed that COREY Hart had documented that I had told him our battery dies when the car sits and was a complete LIE we never had that conversation there was nothing wrong with my charging system and I had 42 pages to prove it so we took that one on the chin have to ship the radio to NEW YORK to have unlocked I called to speak with manager leaving a message and never recieved a return phone call again we ate the money for that one lesson learned well weeks later we had a hose to burst and took the car to our normal mechanic named ALDO at Westside Auto on Glenway in Western Hills great honest man I would reccomend him well he called asking why was the axel replaced they didn't need replacing and they had a warranty and didn't understand why the BMW store never a asked him about the parts when they communicated back and forth several times about the car we gave NICK WALSH the operations manager a call and explained to him about the issue telling him issue and explaining how COREY HART NOT OLNY LIED ABOUT OUR ELECTRICAL SYSTEM WHICH the BMW store mechanics tested and found nothing wrong with charging system but also he documented that we had a conversation and I told him to use after market axel at a BMW store that is a complete blatant lie it don't make any since if I wanted after market parts I could have saved a lot of money some where else well we conversed back and forth and it was going no where NICK WALSH asked why did it took 2 months and this was explained several times same question again the answer was a hose burst on the car and while it was being repaired our mechanic noticed the axel that was warrantied was replaced and I stated to him I TRUSTED THAT THE BMW STORED WOULD DO THE REGHT REPAIRS AND DIDNT SEE A REASON TO GET HOME JACK THE CAR UP AND INSPECT THE REPAIRS he continued beating around the bush finally stating that he would give us a credit for the 877.36 and asked us to give them another chance I told him if he wanted another chance the only right thing to do was return the money that was paid for un-needed repairs and let me decide from there if the BMW store should get another chance.

Nick was very helpful during the sales process and went the extra steps ensure everything went smoothly. He was very laid back, non-pressure, and made the process enjoyable. He is extremely knowledgeable about BMWs and was willing to take as much time as needed to help make sure I was satisfied. Excellent service.

I would highly recommend The BMW Store, and specifically their sales associate Chris Lykens. The BMW Store offered me a very fair price up front and the purchasing process was smooth and no-pressure. They worked with me to analyze lease versus purchase options. I appreciated that they did not waste my time and they appeared to appreciate the business. I live in Columbus and have purchased BMWs from the BMW dealers in Columbus. The process at the BMW Store was great compared to my painful negotiations at MAG BMW. It was definitely worth the easy drive from Columbus. Chris was able to answer all of my questions. Great dealer, great car, great price. Overall a fantastic car purchasing experience.

We have bought a few BMW's and always come back to the BMW Store. Everyone there is great to work with from the sales staff, to the managers, to the service team. Brian gives us all the attention we need and answers questions without any pressure. The price we paid was very fair without any intense negotiations. Its a relaxed, friendly environment in which to purchase a vehicle.

Once the purchase decision was made, the processing time was short. Everything was ready for us at the appointment time. We signed our paperwork and went through a thorough tutorial of our new vehicle with Susan.

Just an excellent experience all around.

Had my vehicle in for recall maintenance, when vehicle was returned there was an issue in the area that had to be serviced. After going back in which the Mgr Nick had already noticed & also had checked into the why's, upon arriving at my appointed time, he sat down & talked to me also apologized for my having to return for the same issue. Just to have a conversation about the issue elevated my energy in a positive way. Of course as humans we are not perfect and make mistakes but when it is owned makes it so much better. End result he said he would make sure it was taken care of properly and it was. Kudos to Nick and my service Agent Joe thanks a million for awesome customer service.

For the past ten years, I have come back time and time again to the BMW Store in Cincinnati. This is my fifth car purchase/lease and they just make it so easy. The cars keep getting better and better and are of course amazing to drive. Paul Kolleck has taken great care of me over the years and is top notch. Ric Koresky and his team have the whole process down to a science. The paperwork with Conor O'Somachain was seamless and smooth and took just a few minutes. This was my first experience going over all the cool new features with Susan Ward on the pickup day and it was fun and educational. I can honestly say that I will be bringing all my future car buying business to the BMW Store without a second's hesitation.

This is the 3rd car I have purchased from the BMW ...

This is the 3rd car I have purchased from the BMW Store and 2nd from Paul. Previously I had chosen cars from stock and I more or less "settled" from what happened to be available at the time. This time around, I started early enough before my lease was up to try and understand and compare the different models and options and get exactly what I wanted. Trying to understand all of this only by using the "Build your BMW" from the web site would have been next to impossible. Paul was invaluable in helping sift through all of the pros and cons with each model and especially the option packages. I test drove different models, each with various option packages. This helped me weed out the options that were not as important and, more importantly, helped solidify the options that were "non negotiable". Paul offered recommendations when asked, but did not overtly push any option package over another. He seemed to understand what I wanted in the first place. He was patient with me during the process and there was no "you have to buy now" or "this price is only good for today" gimmicks that you might get elsewhere.

The only slightly negative thing was that it took a month or so longer to get the car delivered from the factory than was indicated when I ordered it. I understand that this has nothing to do with the BMW Store or its staff. It was purely a manufacturing backlog issue with the BMW factory .

Going forward and as long as I have the financial wherewithal, I plan on continuing getting my future BMWs from the BMW Store.

I was driving on I-75 and enroute to the Cincinnat...

I was driving on I-75 and enroute to the Cincinnati Airport when the display on my 550i indicated I needed to add 2 quarts of oil to the engine. The BMW Store was the closest BMW Dealership from my location, so I made an unscheduled visit to their dealership at 12:00. I was greeted by a courteous and professional young man who asked how he could assist me. I told him I needed to add 2 quarts of oil to the engine, but was in a hurry because my flight departed at 2:00. He said he would take care of it right away and asked me to wait in the lounge. Within 5 minutes, he handed me the key and told me he had not only topped off the oil, but all of the other fluids in the car as well. On top of that, he said there was no charge for the fluid top off service, which I wasn't accustomed to at my local BMW Dealership. This was my first visit to this dealership and I must say I am quite impressed by their customer service. They treated me like one of their valued clients, even though I did not buy my car from them and do not have them perform routine maintenance on my car. I had a very positive experience with the BMW Store and look forward to doing business with them again when I'm in the market for another BMW or just need to have my 550i serviced or buy parts for it.

I don t write a lot of reviews, but when I do, it means something. I wanted to purchase a vehicle for my wife as a gift. We looked at Lincoln, Lexus, Range Rover, Mercedes, and BMW. Our experience at The BMW Store in Cincinnati was exceptional. Chris Lykins went out of his way to help us get the exact vehicle my wife was looking for. In fact, we had some unfortunate issues pop up right before the closing process. Chris, Ric, and Ed ensured the transition from our other vehicle was a smooth one. I loved seeing my lovely and enthusiastic wife drive away in her new X3. I ve been to a few BMW dealers in the area and HIGHLY recommend The BMW Store. We were pursuing a powerful but gentle premium lux...

We were pursuing a powerful but gentle premium luxury car and had extensively reviewed all and tested many. We waited to test BMW until last because of it's reputation as being performance oriented. We tested the 750I and were astounded with it's smooth, quiet ride, large comfortable interior and exquisite fit and finish. It leaves the Mercedes S550 in the dust. The much maligned "I drive" has matured into an easy to use system that greatly improves access to control and information. Our first contact was Tim Morrison. He presented himself well and did all of the things I asked of him. After negotiations started, the sales manager , Rick Koresky got involved. They were cooperative, knowledgeable and willing to negotiate. Being an aggressive and experienced negotiator, I was prepared to do battle with pages of data. No battle proved necessary as we easily came to a satisfactory price and the deal was finalized. We had to order a custom built car as no car in US inventory had the options that we required. The car arrived ahead of schedule and Matt Garman did an excellent job of explaining the highly complex array of features, controls and available information, which is the best I have seen in any car anywhere. We could not be more satisfied with the people and the car.

I was traveling trying to back home to Michigan and ended up with a screw in a run flat, 300 miles from home. I was serviced by Corey who provided excellent customer service. While they did not have the tire I needed and by company policy could not plug it, he did find a tire center for me, spoke to a rep there, and facilitated the hand off. Sooo appreciated.

The quality and level of service provided by the service department is not that good. Had car serviced twice and had to bring car right back to fix issues caused by service. Service manager was apologetic but unhelpful in convincing me that service issues would not happen in the future.

In the service department, if you like NEVER being...

In the service department, if you like NEVER being able to reach someone on the phone, making appointments only during business hours and having to return multiple times for problems that should have been fixed the first time, the BMW Store is for you. They have taken over-engineering to a new level. I suspect, they hire staff only from government agencies, Cincinnati Bell or Duke Energy.

Such a shame. I really do like BMWs, but this dealership turned me off. I came in fully ready to make a purchase and the salespeople made some sort of assumption about me and decided not to take me seriously. They talked to me for maybe 2 or 3 minutes before leaving me behind and going to another customer. I ended up buying from a different dealership the same day. It is a shame because if they had treated me like a welcome customer, they would have gotten a sale out of me. I would visit a different location before visiting this one.

From the moment I went in to look at the car, test drive, and look at the financial aspect I felt very comfortable and welcomed. It was not a high pressure experience, very laid back and comfortable. When the car came in I'm not sure who was more excited, me or the staff. My salesman Tim, general manager Ric and genius Susan were all very helpful and excited for me! I highly recommend this dealership!

I have always been an admirer of BMW's, however never really thought I would fit the pop culture idea of a BMW consumer. I always imagined I would walk in and get the "Pretty Woman" treatment of trying to purchase something like this, and it not going well.

Well I was shocked, and happily so. I was greeted by a young man named Nick Norman, who I had contacted via the internet about the possibility of test driving a '15 i3. He was gracious with his time, and allowed me to go over every nook and cranny of this beautiful and amazing car. After a few days of back and forth on email, Nick was able to come in way below my expectations on the vehicle, and asked me to come in for the final paperwork, and what not. This is what I fear the most with a dealership, and I could only imagine a BMW one would be harsher.....yes, I am talking about meeting with the F&I manager. I walked in at 4:30p, waited my turn by discussing more aspects of the i3 with Nick, and then met with the F&I Manager. He had everything ready, no surprises, and I signed off on all of the paperwork, and was out the door with keys in hand within 20 minutes of meeting him. That quick!

I have purchased from many dealerships; Honda, VW, Mazda, etc. but this was by far the quickest and easiest transaction that I've ever done. I practically drove home in this really neat (yeah, I said it) car, smacking myself and wondering "what just happened?"

If you are in the market for a new or certified BMW, this is the place to go! And go see Nick!

Well it has been a few years since this original part of the post (original was in 2015 and this one is in June of '19). Since I did this original post I have purchased (3) BMWs from Nick Norman. Yes, it seems a bit ostentatious/pretentious to own three BMWs, and I never thought in my entire life that I would own even one of them, but the BMW Store makes it that enjoyable to purchase one. Their pre-owned/CPO squad is one of the greatest groups that I've ever dealt with in buying a car. Just laid back, stress free, and they accommodate every issue that you may have. I don't just consider Nick to be a favorite salesperson, but a friend that I text with in regard to questions and issues about the cars and/or just BMW questions/inquiries in general.

Putting the sales folks aside, the service department is top notch/first tier service. With a service waiting area that is jaw dropping, and concierge level service people waiting for you when you drive into this state of the art drop-off garage area, it is worthy of the BWM brand name.

Overall I am keeping the 5-stars for my original rating, and will continue to shop at The BMW Store when the time comes to replace the beauties I have now.

Thanks for allowing me to scratch off one of those bucket list items (times 4)!

Mat Swartz at the BMW store provided me with the best auto purchasing experience imaginable. His level of customer service, detail, and overall willingness to meet my needs as a buyer exceeded my expectations. It started with a phone call to inquire about a used Jeep Wrangler. When I arrived 5 hours later, Mat had the Jeep ready to roll and the test drive was stress free with no hassle.
The negotiations and purchase process was equally stress free, but very fair! The options were presented with no pressure. Mat, as well as the entire team truly seemed excited to greet us and make us comfortable through the process. In fact, the sales team seemed very close as they offered to helped one another. Classy group and I would highly recommend working with Mat and the BMW store if you are looking for a stress free car buying experience.

My wife bought a used 328i, it has been a disaster. This car has hasd constant maintenance issues cracked oil pan, and other oil leaks, (2K). Then today i find out when I replaced the tires one of the rims was welded badly, this explains why the left rear tire has been leaking air for years. It is scary to think we have been driving this on the highway for a year. would never walk on this lot again.......

Paul Kolleck, Susan Ward, and Eric Fender provided us truly outstanding customer service with our purchase of a new BMW X7. Paul helped us with our trade and answered all of our questions about the many options available on the new car. We came from out of state to deal with Paul again based on prior experience with him. He and his team go above and beyond to make things work for the customer and to make the buying experience special, exciting and memorable. Once we arrived to pick up the new car, Susan fully explained and demonstrated all of the options and capabilities of the car and answered all of our many questions. Eric helped us with the purchase paper work, explained all of the details, provided us excellent choices, and answered all of our questions. This dealership is welcoming and very pleasant to deal with. As repeat customers we highly recommend them!

We bought our BMW here. You'd better hope nothing goes wrong with it. We live in NKY and we were concerned that the dealership is so far from us. We were "sold" on the fact that all we had to do is call and someone would come pick up the car or we could drop off and get a loaner...Well, the A/C went out and I was told that typically the soonest appointment for a loaner car is a week out and soonest appointment for pick up service is 1 month out. Great.

It is a BMW store, car lot. This is not a used car lot and the customer waiting area, lounge...wow!!! The service area, also gets a wow and the new cars...prepare to open your wallet wide....wider...you get what you pay for, first class!!! Nice everything! My only complaint is there lot and parts/service/sales areas and outdoor signage could use some help directing people once you turn in the lot. Overall outstanding facility and nice staff.

I purchased a 3 year old 7 series at the hi-line auction in Atlanta brought it to Cincinnati and used the BMW store service for two years.At that point in time it was out of warranty and needed a new windshield because the gasket had rotted from UV rays.I reviewed my previous service reports and realized the service thecnicians had noted windshield noise when test driving but had never told me about it to replace it under the warranty.When I approached the owner of the BMW store Mr. Swartz about replacing the windshield under an extended warranty,he told me I was not a real BMW owner,because I had not bought the BMW off a BMW dealer ship.I pointed out that this was not a problem when I previously brought it in for service.I also told him that the reason BMW finance sold me the 7 was because I was willing to pay more for it than any BMW dealer would.He was extremely arrogant.

I went in to get a sensor for my passenger air bag...

I went in to get a sensor for my passenger air bag fixed 5 months ago it was under warranty so there was no problem.

Light came back on 5 months later, so logically I took it back to where I had the work done. I showed up and they gave me and estimate of $140 with no explanation but said they will see if anything is wrong

They called me the next day and told me nothing was wrong they plugged in the computer and rest the light.

I came back to pick my car up and my sales rep was not there they gave me a bill for $140 and said they did nothing but turn the light off but that is what was estimated. I said I never approved anything to be done that was not under warrant and that it was never explained to me that just plugging in the computer was $140

The sales people said that to leave with my car I have to pay and get credit from my sales rep the next day.

So i paid and called my sales rep, he said he could not give me credit, his manager has to.

So I called back and talked to the manager and said I never approved anything to be done to my car, he basically said I already paid and so he does not care that I felt lied to.

I finally said are you really going to lose all of my business over $100, ill meet you in the middle. he said he would be fine with losing it and was done explaining it to me and hung up.

nice guys just left a sour taste in my mouth over such a small amount after they literally did no work and if it would of been explained to me before hand I would of handled it differently.

My Countryman was totaled a few weeks ago and I was looking for a vehicle. I decided to look at pre-owned BMW 3 series. I had an appt with John, whom I had worked with in 2013 when buying the Countryman. John was great! He had several cars in mind and we test drove 2. The second car was a keeper. It was near closing on a Friday so John whipped through the basic paperwork, gave me a great price on the car and we came back Sat to finish the financing with Jemar. John and I ended the evening checking on a fledgling morning dove he had been looking after during the day. You cannot go wrong with The BMW Store and John Beam.

Now onto Jemar. Jemar had all our paperwork ready to go, answered every question we had, and we were through with financing in about 15 minutes. Jemar also handled the refunding of the remainder of the warranty on my Countryman. He is very personable and very competent.

If you are in the market for ANY cars you might find at The BMW Store, you will have a wonderful, hassle free experience!

I have a 2010 BMW 328. I received a recall from BMW regarding the airbag in my vehicle. I came into the BMW Store and spoke to Timothy Gabbard about my issue. Timothy Gabbard is the store's Service Advisor. He stated that it would take anywhere from 7 months to a year to service any customer BMW's. REALLY?!? Up to a year?!?!? This is unacceptable. I felt as if Timothy Gabbard was blowing me off. His attitude and tone of voice toward me were as if he really didn't care about my problem. He told me to call Eric Hensley is his boss and he would contact me as well but I have yet to receive a call from anyone at the dealership. He probably just threw my information into the trash and blew me off. This is so typical from this store...sell a car and the service is over...there is no after the sale service.

I explained to Timothy Gabbard that I am driving a vehicle that the airbag has been rated as unsafe. He said that there was nothing he could do and said that I'd just have to keep checking in from time to time. Unbelievable!! This is not what I'd expect from the BMW Store or BMW in general!!
