Just purchased a new 2020 BMW M4 from Ric and Daniel at the BMWstore in Cincinnati. Great experience, could not have been better. This is my second purchase at The BMWstore. The entire staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and professional. They address all of my questions, and concerns. The delivery was perfect. I have purchased a large number of cars in my life and these guys are at the top of my list..I will be going back to them for my next BMW....Thanks to the entire staff....Ron
