I have bought 3 BMWs from the BMW Store, most recently a 2016 M4. The last two were purchased through Chris Lykins. He is fantastic and knows his BMWs. If you are a BMW enthusiast like me he can speak your language, and he's as excited as you are about your choice of options, tracking the car from overseas, etc. But, he is just as well at home with those non-enthusiasts who drop in for a test drive and decide they really want a BMW. The paperwork, transfers, etc. are seamless. The whole team from Ric (who came out to spend some time talking about my new M4) to Chris to the finance guys are all just top notch.

And, the service is the best I've experienced anywhere. Tim Gabbard is a great counterpart to Chris and has absolutely taken care of me and my 3 bimmers. Yes, the BMW Store service (once out of your free maintenance period) will be more expensive than an indy shop, but I can trust that if Tim tells me work needs to be done, it does.

Overall, I have had (or now have) Benz, Jeep, Lexus, Volvo, Honda, Ford, etc. and by far the BMW Store, the cars, the service, etc. is second to none. Keep up the great work!

I used to pass The BMW Store every day but never considered purchasing a BMW when I was looking for a new car. Looking back, I think that would have been a huge mistake. I had already decided on a Mercedes but I thought there would be no harm in test driving a BMW before making my purchase. All it took was one test drive and I was addicted. It was and is the most pleasurable driving experience, by far. And, thanks to Chris Lykins and Ric Koresky, purchasing my 535 was the most pleasurable buying experience. I did have some unfortunate issues come up with the car (partly my fault), but they were taken care of well beyond my expectations. Since then, I have needed routine service and they too, are the best at what they do. They are very professional and super customer service oriented, especially Joe Gettler. I have and will continue to recommend The BMW Store of Cincinnati!!

Chris Lykins and Ric Koresky were uber helpful in my search for the right i3 to replace my Nissan Leaf. They were patient as I did my research and set up an extended test drive which is really the way to sell the i3 since it is such a unique vehicle. When we got down to choices they were firm but fair and always responsive. They were also very flexible for my needs on the timing of the transaction which saved me quite a few $ in taxes.

Service since picking up the car has been great as well. Loaner program is a definite selling point for a primarily-commuter car like the i3. Great exposure to other vehicles in the BMW and Mini family.

During the process I realized I had purchased my 2003 Mini Cooper from Ric when it first came out. Must be something about being on the cutting edge of new cars!!!

I have taken my car her since I got it in 2009. I wanted an authorized dealer and consistent record of service. Not anymore. They've never been great at customer service. Very elitist and I find them overpriced. I recently had my car damaged and they refused to coordinate the work with other vendors because there was no profit in it for them. Not a good way to keep loyal customers. After almost 10 years... I'm done.

Salesman Mat Swartz and the finance team at the BMW Store enabled an exceptional buying experience for me and my wife. We were permitted to test drive a CPO BMW X5 xDrive35d MSport for more than an hour, which allowed us to evaluate its features and capabilities. When it came time to negotiate, there were no surprises - no ridiculous undervaluing of my trade-in, no $895 doc fee, no undercoating or paint sealant add ons, and no demand to sign a waiver of my legal rights. Five hours after arriving at the dealership, we drove away in the CPO X5. The buying experience more than justified the 500-mile trip from southeastern Alabama.

After being a faithful Mercedes driver since I was old enough to receive my temps, Nick s knowledge of the product and ability to connect with my needs in a car led me to purchase not one, but two BMW s with him in the past year. Nick listens to you as the client and provides you with excellent care from start to finish during the buying process. Including any follow up care and maintenance. HIGHLY recommend Nick Norman at Cincinnati BMW.

Chris is very knowledgeable, enthusiastic about the cars and delivers as promised. Ric Koresky, the Sales Manager, follows the sale to make sure they deliver 100% satisfaction. I called BMW Store on March 2 for a new tire and l...

I called BMW Store on March 2 for a new tire and left 2 messages and finally BMW Store called back and said they can get it next day for $130. The next day, Scott in parts said they needed my rim too. Then he called again and said they need both my rims. Why? Because Bridgestone needs them to measure the tread depth. Huh? I just want a new tire! So I jacked up the car at work and brought in both rims. Joe in customer service said they only needed one rim. This didn't sound right so I begged him to hold the second one. He refused. The next day, Scott said they need that second rim! So back again to drop it off. TWO WEEKS LATER (March 16) the tire comes in and they charged me $185, far above my quote and what everybody else sells it for. Oh and they screwed up my payment too and say a credit is coming. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

My particular needs only directed me to Service. Ryan assisted my via phone last night and Alex assisted me face to face today. Both exceptional customer service. Now Scott however, assisted on the phone and offer a lower level of customer service. Seemed to be bothered by my questions. For future visits, I'm inclined to ask for specific associates. At this time, I have no intentions of going elsewhere for services

I admit that I had considered buying a car outside...

I admit that I had considered buying a car outside of the dealer route, and looked into online car sellers. In the time of COVID, I just wanted a process that was easy, and thought that an online purchase of a car would be more efficient. I went into the dealer to test drive cars, and in the end, I am so glad that I ended up buying through the dealer. The process at The BMW Store was efficient, everyone was happy and helpful, and the service was above and beyond my expectations. I am reminded that this sort of customer service matters and makes the experience so so much better -- and honestly saved me a ton of time. Huge thanks to Dean Stathes and the team at The BMW Store for an excellent car buying experience.

Every time I work with anyone at the BMW Store it is an awesome experience! I am driving my 5th BMW and I won't buy one from any other place. I love the service team at the BMW Store - Eric is a Rock Star and his team is fantastic. Ric Koresky manages the sales team and is super to work with; But, Chris Lykins is the Bomb! By far, Chris is the best person to buy a car with - he knows that the experience of buying a car is what it is all about, in addition to negotiating a great deal! Thanks, Chris, for another great BMW Store experience!!

Hit a pot hole over the summer and blew out a front tire and called service at 6:30pm. They said, come right in and we'll figure it out when you get here! I had run flat tires, obviously! They took the car, I got a loaner, and despite my otherwise frustration with the city, I was happy that they were more worried about me being safe and secure, then the fact that I was dropping off an unscheduled car for intimidate service.

Sadly, they are $300+ tires - eek! Lesson learned there - buy the tire warranty!!! :)

Shopping for a car at the BMW Store was quite an eye opening experience. I haven't been in a dealer where we have been treated as nicely as they were with us. Tim was an awesome salesman who listened to our desires for what we needed and also wanted in a car. When Tim found the car they met our needs and what we hoped for, they worked even harder to earn our business. We had a good time purchasing a new car from these fine people.

I took my BMW 5 series to the service center on 12...

I took my BMW 5 series to the service center on 12/18/19 after noticing condensation in the driver side headlight. I was charged over $700 to fix the leak and was reassured that everything was fixed. After a few weeks, as our Cincy weather changed, I again noticed condensation in the driver side headlight. This time when I took it in, I was charged $3700 as the condensation had damaged the headlight assembly. I spoke to the service manager, who stated that his technician may have misdiagnosed the issue in December. As a recompense, they will discount the $700 I paid in December from this bill. But, he can t guarantee that it won t happen again. I drove less than 1200 miles between the two visits. The headlight repair from December didn t even last 1200 miles and ended up costing me an additional $3000 due to shoddy repair. Clearly, BMW Experts maybe an exaggeration for this level of work. Be very weary of this service center.

Last week, I brought the car in for an oil change....

Last week, I brought the car in for an oil change. The service advisor told me that we would also be due for a brake system flush and air filter replacements in a couple months and recommended that those be performed as well. I told him I d hold off and only get the oil changed since that was all that the car was due for. (I would never pay to have someone replace air filters for me). At the time, he clearly acknowledged my request. When I went to pick up my car, however, my bill was $615.00. The advisor that I had worked with was gone for the day, but the service manager told me that he spoke to the advisor on the phone, and the he told him I had requested all services be performed. Fuming, I told him I was paying the bill and never returning there again. He then offered a 10% discount as if $61.00 made up for being charged for over $400 of work I didn t want.

The moral is: expect the bill to be considerably higher than what you originally agreed to. You won t find out until after the work is already performed. If they list any service you don t want, make sure that you have them reprint all paperwork with only what you do (not just cross off services you don t want at that time).

I recently took delivery on a new 2018 440i xDrive...

I recently took delivery on a new 2018 440i xDrive convertible at the BMW Store - but I was first introduced to my car at BMW Welt in Munich. The staff at the Welt made European Delivery of a BMW a special experience. When we met our advisor, he led us to a monumental staircase leading to the cars. About halfway down he motioned to a white convertible, the turntable in the floor it was sitting on started to turn, and he proudly announced that it was ours. Driving away down the exit ramp out of that huge building was a treat; it felt like we were doing more than just picking up a car.
Special thanks to Ric and Dean for helping make the process easy. They let me know what to expect, how long it would take, the advantages - all of it.
I'm very glad I did European Delivery. It was a something I will remember for awhile.

Chris Lykins at The BMW Store exercised an amazing amount of patience while I went through the difficult process of choosing a new BMW after a very bad experience with a Jaguar that left me understandably gun shy about selecting my next vehicle. He located the exact vehicle that I was looking for, in a less than common color with very specific wheels as well.
He, as well as the finance department made this car buying experience painless. I have no doubt that when my lease expires, I will be returning to Chris and the BMW Store to chose my next car.

I recently purchased a CPO vehicle from The BMW Store. The entire transaction was completed remotely in just a few days' time, with John Beam providing vehicle details, photos and other information while Jemar DuBose handled financing and all the transactional paperwork to complete the sale. Both were professional and efficient. Since we do not live in Cincinnati, John also helped coordinate with the transport company we hired to pick up and deliver the car to us. All paperwork went through FedEx or email, and the only thing I needed to do was find a notary to notarize a few of the papers and drop the forms at a FedEx store. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend Jemar and John to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.

If you are thinking to get a BMW in the Cincinnati area, i would definitely recommend to get in contact with Chrys Lykins. He is extremely serious and responsible with the whole process, he made sure that i got my car with all the specific details i wanted and right on time. The best part is that he takes care of all the annoying paperwork! He even called to the insurance company for me!

I felt like everyone there worked hard to get my business and to make sure that I was more than satisfied. I was so happy with the experience and my new X1. What an amazing adventure! After some 30 years of buying BMWs, this was the easiest, most satisfying experience I ve ever had doing so. From our very first contact with Dean Stathes, we felt like we would be taken care of. Even though the car did not have all the options I was looking for, Dean worked with me on price to make it a no-brainer. No pressure and a knowledge of all things BMW, this is truly the way car buying should be. To top it all off, the great staff really made you feel special. Conor O Somachain handled the finance side of the process, again a truly wonderful experience. Obiviously we ll be back for our next BMW.

Great experience, from beginning to end! Mat was amazing to work with! He presented options and really worked with us all the way through delivery. He even followed up a couple days later to see how everything was with the new vehicle. Jonathan, BMW Store genius, also did a great job explaining the features and how everything worked (a nice touch, and he is very knowledgeable too). This is my third BMW Purchase (two from the BMW Store) and it won t be my last. It s definitely a fantastic experience at the BMW Store. Be sure you ask for Mat and finish up with Jonathan! I ll 100% be back!
