I ve purchased numerous vehicles from nearly every brand in my lifetime and I never walked away from the experience feeling good. That all changed when I decided to give BMW a shot. Mat, the salesman was knowledgeable, patient and low pressure. Jemar walked me through the financing with no surprises, hidden costs or BS. When I picked up the car, it was detailed and had a big bow on it. I had to take a pic! I finally got the car buying experience I have always wanted. Thank you BMW store.
