Average food and reasonable service, dirty seats...

I went their with a party and they had enough seats for us and good food.

Awfull food, onion rings were hard as a rock, ribs were chewy and old, pasta was watery and it tasted like dirt. Do not recommend at all. Prices are crazy expensive.
$100 for 1 ribs, 1 pasta, 2 sodas and mozzarella sticks.

Taking orders and waiting for our very long dishes.
High price, in my opinion not justified.
Unpleasant waiter, no smile.
He threw straws at us to avoid having to move to the end of the table (this is absolutely not an exaggeration, it is reality).
We divided the bill in two, the waiter asked, I repeat, he asked for tips on the two payments, when it is only one table, therefore one and the same service.
The state of dirtiness of the toilets was to vomit.

This restaurant was dirty inside. They put you in the basement and it's dirty.

Very simple food, taste like frozen food. Looks no fresh.

A bit old, nothing cozy like the other TGI, the bartender not very friendly ahhh is New York expensive 2 beers 24 dollars out of tip.

Too much rush. Uncomfortable seating arrangement. The attendent who was attending us didn't know anything. She took the help of some other attendent to take our order.

Slow service, waitress forgot my drink, food was over cooked.

The food very rich. Prices barely higher than normal. They take a while to bring the food, charge and assist you.

We are here from Buffalo and this is our last day. We wanted to grab a bite before our flight left. Long, long wait for our server Gabriella G to even greet us. We then inquired about lunch specials. She rattled that off and that was that. It wasn t very busy. I know what busy is being an assistant manager at a restaurant. Took forever to get drinks, didn t even know our servers name. Worst part of all was watching the female manager scratch her head with what looked like a thermometer and then wipe it off and put it in its sleeve. That was disgusting!!! My niece bit into a chicken wing that just bled blood out of it. No one to tell since no one checked on us. I looked for a manager but my family insisted to let it go. This was unacceptable and very, very unsanitary. I will never go to this restaurant if I am ever back in the city

Great service. They helped us out when we were on a tight budget, and gave us a good deal for a big party :)

Never returning to that one. One star is too much rating

Horrible. Way overpriced for frozen food. Orderded the loaded chicken nachos and it just looked like the cook just threw the the toppings in air and caught whatever landed which wasnt much. Microwavable cheese concotion, burnt/stale chips. Stay away from this tourist trap.

The place is horrible this is a un-human like atmosphere, I'd rather starve to death then come here. The service is awful, the smell is this sort of bleach, sharpie maker type of smell. My dad ordered ice tea and the waitress came with a water tasting ice tea, zero ice tea was tasted, she told us it came from the faucet. Even the napkins smell weird. Their taste in music is descent but they kept on asking us our order. She came out like 18 times asking what we asked. The waiters were so lazy they made the chefs bring our food.

This particular location has very slow service and some waiters that obviously don't want to be there.

Don't waste your time here. Overpriced food and didn't get what I ordered. Waitress seemed apathetic

They sat us at the table, gave us no letter and had us waiting for more than 10 min and the waiters didn't even greet us. Terrible service

Pretty good food but was expensive for what you get.

If I can give this place a zero I would, first we were greeted at the front desk and she asked for a name we gave it to them she turns to her coworker and says "what's with all these customers coming in with weird names" she proceeded not to take our name down and stares at us for a good 2 minutes as if we were not speaking english or something then they told all customers waiting to proceed upstairs that we will be helped. Our table wasn't even bussed yet and we had to sit down on a wet table.. then it took almost a half hour for someone to actually serve us I understand its busy but no one even knew we were at the table they thought we had just finished eating. We finally order and I can be honest I am picky but I only wanted no peppers but they claimed everything is pre-made and I was not able to do that and he told me to "push them aside" meanwhile the table next to us had a similar request and they were able to receive what they actually ordered. Then I had to wait another 20 minutes for a fork because they just expect that I eat pasta with my hands... Also they arent considerate towards diabetic customers and almost served my brother a Pepsi instead of an unsweetened beverage. Everyone has an attitude and looks at you if you were stupid someone please manage this place better and train your employees on how to respect customers and cater to their needs as much as possible overall horrible experience yet my waiter seemed slightly irritated by his surroundings but remained kind everyone else needs to learn better customer service skills.

Awful food and service ... everything one ordered took forever to prepare ..the food when it arrived was cold and thrown together ... you get what you pay for

The greeters were not polite and looked more like security guards. We waited for the drinks order for 15 to 20 mins and my beer glass was half beer half head so I asked it to be topped up. The food was very poor, we had burgers which were garbage and the fries were cold and the oil they were cooked in tasted old. I have been in TGI Friday s all over the US and this was not good. Eat there at your own peril.

Great service, wonderful Endless Apps, unfortunately like so moat other places that actually had a bathroom in the Times Square area, the bathroom was atrocious and filthy.

Possibly the worst restaurant and service I have ever been too. If I were the corporation I would think about closing this location. This store is damaging the brand by staying open. Food cold, worst service ever and would fail a QSC evaluation everyday of the week.

It was a TGIF not a gourmet restaurant. It was A-OK.

I went with some friends for lunch on a Sunday, and our experience was terrible. First let me state that the establishment was not busy when we went. It took about 20 minutes until our waitress, Amanda, came to our table to introduce herself and get the orders started. Then it took almost an hour and 15 minutes for our food to be served, and the main reason was because she went on her 30 minute break after we ordered our lunch. Finally, when she gave us the check, my friends and I agreed to only tip her about 10%, because she was a poor server and only half of us ordered actual lunch. We all chipped in and paid in cash, and after counting the money and noticing we only left her a 10% tip, she returned to the table and basically swindled/hustled us into paying her 15% tip. Overall it was a very poor experience.

Not the best service and definitely not the best food

The waitress was excellent and very sweet. The manager was totally rude and inappropriate. We had a problem with my husband's food. we sent it back twice: the steak was cold the first time, raw the second. We didn't try for three because we were on our way somewhere and running out of time and it took a half hour to screw it up twice. The manager acted like a street thug! we told him we would not pay for the inedible meat and did not want the free dessert offered because he had not had dinner and did not have any more time. First he argued, then he slammed the plate on the table stomped into the back then returned and slapped the corrected bill on the table.

'Thanks God Its' Fridays have almost 20 restos in New York and I was lucky enough to get to the largest TGI in the world. I have to say, I love the view at Window Table on the 2nd Fl facing the Neon Lights @ Times Square .

The Steak and Fajitas were average and the price of good Beer was insanely pricey.

Cant say much about the service as its common in the US to have much more friendly waitress at resto due to the tip ;)

Rude waitress, didn't introduce herself, drinks took more than 20 minutes, my food came out before my drinks, we ordered waters and never got them. She never came to check up on us ethier. Keep in mind there are only 3 of us and it wasn't busy enough for this incompetent, slow, inconsiderate service. I've also been a waitress for 5 years and usually don't criticize but this was ridiculous

Service is trash waiters were very rude go do something else

The restaurant was very disappointing, no value for money, the portion sizes was very children's like! Not tasty! This was a rip off!!! That has cost 40$! Look on the steak...

Advertised as closing by midnight, restaurant was closed when we arrived 830pm!! Waste of time and electricity. TURN OFF YOUR SIGN LIGHTS!!!!

Correct restaurant, ribs a bit expensive, you can refill the soda free of charge.

Amanda was amazing. Best service I ve ever had. Go buy and get some burgers and food from this girl. SHE IS THE BEST

I asked for ketchup, but when I said I knew it, I ignored it. He told me to ignore it.

Expensive at the Times Square location but I would give it an 8. Service was better than the food.

Food barely average and a mistake on the bill ...

5 minutes ago the Chef at 46st ny ny refused to serve me a pasta without chicken or seafood in it. I was told from the waiter that items can t be changed on the menu. I m a vegetarian. I was very disappointed to learn that the Friday s franchise, as large as it is , only accommodates carnivores.

Manager did not handle unruly, disruptive patrons appropriately.

From the moment we walked through the door the staff was rude. We were told they could not seat our group although there were plenty of free tables. We told them we didn't all have to be at the same table and they finally let us sit down. Service was okay though not great. When we finished, a friend sitting at the other table wanted to pay for our table but our server got all bent out of shape probably because she thought she wouldn't get a tip or something. Anyway, her attitude was just terrible and just made the whole thing awkward. For the location and their prices, they should learn to be a bit more professional.

Terrible food and even worse service, extremely overpriced

Called in for beer only. Draft beer good. Bottled beer served in bucket of ice brilliant. Wine perfect. Service first class.

waited over an hour, and still no service. the manager and several employees were not on the same page about menu options and seating locations. I rather go to Applebees

Everything was o.k. nothing special. Bathrooms needed help. Service was slow.

Very disappointing experience. It took more than 20min to get the attention of a waiter. Two showed up at the table, discussed something and left again. Asked for replacing fries with onion rings but didn't work. Onion rings were brought out after a reminder at the end of the dinner. Food was served without cutlery (we had to ask for it). The salad looked and tasted not fresh at all. Paid by credit card and left tip on table...when we left waiter asked for tip without checking the table. Very much below TGIF standard.

Only reason I'm giving two stars is because the server has been nice... The food here is nothing compared to other Fridays I've visited the portion of steak was extremely small the salmon was dry the ribs were hard not tendered like I'm used to... The chair has a big rip... Every time the person hehind me move felt like l was coming out of my seat... The bathroom needs urgent care...please update it... It's right in the middle of the restaurant it's disgusting and filthy...as we sat on the table it was dirty.... After all and all total disappointment ... Please take address these issues promptly

Horrible service. Took over an hour to get 2 appiteziers.
