Spending a week here in New York from Spokane Washington, our waitress Amanda made our first time experience here at TGI Fridays an amazing experience with her generosity and kindness. 10/10 recommend.

My meal has ready and i wait more than 5 minutes to get forks and knifes !!!!!

Food came to me burnt. Way over priced for what I got and would not split the bill for me and the friends I was with.

Dirty place, awful staff, didn t even wait for the food to turn up after two other tables upped and left

I went there Monday night Food was very nasty , I had red inside of my chicken wings my date had a burger that was cooked but tasted frozen it was just all around bad service and the manager who is like a African looking guy don t know his name was very disrespectful , no manners and was acting as if he was mad at us because we told him about the food !! He actually doesn t need to be a manager at all !! Being the nice person that I was I paid for one of the meals , but to be honest he should of just charged us for the drink ! Will never go back or recommend this Friday s location

Nice food. Abit under staffed.. serving staff seem overwhelemed

We already know TGIs from other US visits and have always loved it. This store, however, seemed a bit rocked. The food (loaded fries, spare ribs, pan with shrimp and chicken) was ok.

Table was uncomfortable. Waitress was not very friendly and there prices were high. I never had this bad experience in any other TGI Fridays.

The staff needs to be retrained... I thought I was in the hood... Dishes great... Bartender can improve for sure

I did not like it-well I hear from TGF, we ordered a big rib, which from "big" had no wallet, just bone! Disappointing. The tgf network in Miami is much better.

This is the second time I go to Fridays. The service is excellent and the server was very nice. But the food is horrible. It's so greasy to the point that you can't eat it. However you are going for a drink, it's still a very good choice

Had a Terrible experience at this Restaurant.
the staff was very RUDE. They were un-organized & under staffed.
The food came to us COLD, the Broccoli was going bad (brown edges) and wasn't fit to be served. The AC was on so high we had to leave our
coats on (it was freezing). I would NOT recommend this location.
We were very very disappointed :(

Very expressive we order the Philly steak and hamburger with a egg rolls on top it was okay. Service was okay and atmosphere was okay.

Bad service, terrible taste on the food, It has no taste. The place is empty for a reason.
