The place is very dirty and old, the food is regular, I even thought it was in the McDonald, but the worst is the service, it is the worst waiter that has touched us in New York, I can not say his name because he never showed up , I asked to speak with the manager and never came to my table, so bad was the service that does not tip, (which I have never done in my life)

Great place to grab something to eat while in the Times Square area! I m in a wheelchair so finding a restaurant that can have enough room for me is always great! All the sightseeing I was doing that night lead me to forget to charge my wheelchair which was already on the LOW BATTERY indicator, however, one of the staff members was very kind and called management who then allowed me to charge up while we ate. Thankfully I was able to make it back to my hotel safely with about 10% charge. Thanks to the helpful staff!

The food seemed microwaveable, the service super slow and expensive for what they offer. I do not recommend it.

Long wait, inattentive staff, wouldnt write down order and everything was either wrong, undercooked or cold. Horrible experience overall will not go back. Kitchen manager was pleasant and offered 20% off for the frustration. Other than that the experience was awful

Nice break from times square crowds because it is down a side street. Everything is 20$ and up but at least you know what you are getting when its late and you don't want to take a chance with street vendor food.

Expensive than anyother tgif and it's so busy that no one will come and ask you. You have to keep on calling them. Food was okay but not worth it. Washrooms are nightmare.

I'm a TGI's fan but this one was really bad from the food to the waitress's attitude.Very poor.Id have given 0/5 if the option was there.Avoid.

Went there for a quick bite to eat before a friend had to go to the show and had a horrible experance! Took the waiter 20 minutes to come with our drinks and came back to the table 2 times asking what we got again! Our waitress was danceing with here friend to Rihanna playing instead of serving people. Took about an hour for our food to come and when it did it was wasn't good at all.... she also refused to spit the check up since there was 4 of us paying! the thing that the waitress did to piss us off the most was she circled the suggested tip and wrote down thanks guys..... will never come back here again next time we will go to Applebees!'

Best service in NYC!! A special thank you to Amanda, and staff Adam and Blue too, everyone very sweet and polite. Made us feel right at home!!

The service is very bad and the restaurant is very left. The owner fastened the literal roof with a stapler together with a plastic because it leaked !! : /

Poor customer service. The employees were very rude. The restaurant was full and they were annoyed that people kept coming in. We finally left the restaurant and went to Applebee' s. That place has great customer services and the food was great.

Horrible, Horrible. Worst meal I've had in NYC. Understaffed and slow. Heard the manager down talking the staff.

Will never go to this location again!

We found plastic in the ribs the price of them rang up different than what was on the menu just over all a bad experience

The most AWFUL service I have ever ever come across. Not one server had a smile on their face. Our waiter was extremely rude. We asked for a desert she basically said no, I can't have one it would take to long, I went on to say that's fine I don't mind waiting then she pulled a face and walked away. She came back after a few minutes and said I can't have one there is only one guy making drinks. Every waiter was unaproachable. I love tgis but this service was tragic.

Place , service levels are not up there in good standards.
Team has changed from last year to this year , not the type of service you would expect from a restaurant right behind Times Square.

Quality of the food is average. I always liked the BBQ pots ribs with Cheese - Potatoes with bacon.
Last time I visited , tried baked salmon, which was average- felt a little dry.

Tatty, not very clean, restroom really dirty, food was poor

We had to wait for a place and wait a lot to be served.
The place offered overlooked the toilets, they were not clean.
They had the wrong order, and once the right order arrived, it was a disappointment, I had tasted better dishes in the Moroccan franchise in Casablanca.
The reception area is ok, we had left the stroller with lots of shopping bags and on our return we were surprised that the reception man had put a little order in our things, what we had found be a good initiative.

Insane prices. And why would you go to TGIs? You can do it anywhere...

The food is typical of a restaurant of its kind, the service was not good. The waiter was in a hurry, he was reluctant to attend, and the only time he was interested was to explain how the tip should be calculated.

Nice but not the best Friday's I've visited. If you have a good reference, don't expect something better. The food is 5/10 and the price is ok. Service is normal. It was really cold on the 2nd floor because the door was always open. Doesn't worth a visit.

This was my first time in New York at this Friday's service was fine the bathroom was horrible food was great! I do have to realize that in New York everything is fast the waiters etc to come to the table to check on and ask how your was or anything I'm kind of use to that! But other than that my visit was great! I still tipped my waiter him and his colleagues were very nice to us! Thank you guys!!

The worst TGI Friday s I ve been too. Service was awful. It took my friends and 15 minutes just to order drinks When the food came out one of my friends food was over cooked and burnt. My burger was dry and they didn t even ask me how I wanted it cooked. The waitress sat on her phone the whole time.

This is definitely not the best TGI Fridays. Very crowded, and understandably so, but the server was all over the place. She was nice, but the lack of organization is noticable. Food was not great for the outrageous price you pay in comparison with other restaurants in the area. When your sides are $8 or more you will think that you will be eating at a steakhouse.

Had to edit the review last minute from 2 stars to 1 star, because I was going to the restroom and it literally seemed like there was a pissing war on the toilet, and no paper to even attempt to clean it. I'm sorry, is December 24th, it's going to be busy. Schedule accordingly.

Very bad service, the food is in no way similar to what is on the menu. We never received our ordered beverages at the same time as the meal, we did not have any utensils or napkins and the meals arrived in 35 minute intervals and that was not what we had ordered . The place was very unhygienic, dirty tables and sticky floor. We tried to remedy the situation, but the staff and the manager did not care about us. They insisted on tipping, which they did not get. I strongly advise against going there.

Usually this place is crowded and there is a long wait. Food is generally subpar even for similar establishments. Luckily there are plenty of other places to eat.

Bad communication, refusal to accommodate, neglect on tables, understaffed. Food was good but they screwed up all the big and small things on the side that don't seem significant until you're getting pissed.

This Friday's location is a complete disaster. Staff is rude, food takes foreveeeeeeeer to come out, tables and seats were sticky/dirty. Bathrooms are NOT clean either. Verrryyyyyyy disappointed.

Was on a side street in the NYC ! Cheapest place for the family near time square to eat. 2 for ten apps!

Easily the poorest TGI Fridays experience I have had. The food was ok however the menu choice was not great ( 4 dessert options in total) and the service was some of the worst I have ever received anywhere in the world!! I truly felt the waitress could not have cared less for her customers yet when she brought the check she had circled and underlined the "gratuity not included" and "gratuity options" section. We left a 15% tip out of courtesy but she deserved absolutely nothing. A true case of " people will tip as it is expected so I don't need to put in any effort at all". She should not be in this job! I cannot speak for all staff as she is the only person who dealt with us but it was completely unnecessarily rude service! The menu also doesn't state any pricing for any drinks which is quite irritating for a customer! We ordered 2 drinks, 2 appetisers and a side and this cost us $86. Hugely over priced. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant!

The worst Friday s I have been to, the service is horrible...

I ve been to TGI Fridays in Managua before which was an outstanding, clean and friendly restaurant. However, this visit at TGI was awful. We had to wait more then half an hour to be noticed by the waitress, than they told us in an unfriendly way to change the tables. After that, the food took about 45 minutes. It came without cutlery, which took another 10 minutes. The waitress was trying her best at the end, however, service personal needs to be more trained and attentive. The interior looked bad, tables were dirty and as to expect in this area of New York City, overpriced. I will not support this chain anymore. Sad.

From Atlanta to New York - The manager Damien is amazing! Had an awesome experience. I am allergic to shellfish and he made arrangements for a special order of a cajun pasta dish. It Was delicious! Catered to me and my daughter the entire time we were there. Wonderful experience. Thank you Damien!

Just walk in and nobody greeted us. We waited for over 10min and not even a look from any of the waitress.

Quality food & their temps, courteous service & timely despite packed St Patrick's Day, evening, decent follow up time on refills, and didn't seem overpriced relative to other basic bar & grill chain joints in NYC. I docked one star only because it took >5 minutes to be asked for initial drinks, and there's no signage on 1st floor regarding non bar seating being on 2nd floor. I didn't see other people around me complaining about service or food, although the reviews here would make you expect otherwise.

I was disappointed my dinner was not on point but the drink was great.

This place was terrible! Dirty, run down, roasting inside, took ages for drinks or food and the food was very poor. Dont go here!!!

Rude staff, hadn t even finished eating when the bill was brought over, seen 2 male staff gesture a rude hand signal about a customer, left a 12% tip and noticed the waiter walk off shaking his head like it was insulting after terrible food. Avoid

Excellent food and snacks. Very good quality. The only thing is a little expensive.

NOt only is the food 5-10$ above regular Fridays price, the food we ordered was stone cold. Me and my husband's burgers were made an hour before and the cheese cold. No sauce was added on top. Won't be going here ever again.

Great food! Great atmosphere! I absolutely recommend the BBQ ribs rack.

Food was good. Service very slow. Didn't seem to have enough servers.

The servers were nice but you can get better and cheaper food at other places.

Scenery: I'm biased because I've been to quite a few TGIFridays, but there wasn't much to see here. The restaurant was dark and uninviting.

Service: I didn't expect much honestly. It took about 20-25 to get our drinks, and just about the same to get our food. I was with two other people and all of us ordered different drinks but agreed they tasted funny. My water tasted like soap, so I'm assuming the dishwashers we're in a rush and didn't rinse the glasses thoroughly.

Savor: I only ordered mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. The food was nice and hot and tasted great.

I was there for lunch with my friend. We got two drinks with strawberries (got ID checked). One Parmesan-crusted chicken and one other one I forgot the name. The service was good, our waitress was very friendly. We paid $75 for everything.

Were here today on 28.11.2018 eat here. We appreciate the chain from other USA holidays very much, but what drives us here was unique.
This is understandable due to the location, you mainly served runaways. Very long wait until even served (many people left the place without ordering) On some tables, the food was reclaimed and sent back. Between the kitchen, which is partly clear, and the waiters there were loud quarrels and even with the settlement apparently problems with the guests. Our food was reasonably acceptable, and the bill totaled around $ 62 a receipt. You only tip if you are satisfied, but we paid $ 70 cash.
I was, only on the street clear what the other guests at the billing for problems had, because the waitress ran down to the street and she said there is still missing at least $ 5 extra for the service. I then gave her $ 10, but I think if I have a bill, all taxes and expenses, everything is beyond the final sum, I am left to myself and if I am satisfied I pay gladly 15 - 20% tip.
For me this restaurant is out of the question and I can only advise against all others.
