I can't remember the lady's name but she helped my aunt and uncle into a new car with no hoops to jump through and was extremely polite and helpful. She discussed all the options and was very quick to solve any problems we had during our visit. She sat in the corner desk in the door opposite the servicing center. I will definitely be making a second trip to see you all. Thank you very much
