Started out not too well as the initial service co...

Started out not too well as the initial service consultant could not have been less helpful, BUT......Jessica helped to get me scheduled properly, Nick from AutoRent helped me with transport and Eric DeFalco provided superior customer service, insuring I was kept informed on the progress of my service, asking if there was anything else he could do for me and finally letting me know as soon as my car was ready and explain all that was done with my car. Thanks!
