The reason I give them two stars is because they don't give u all the information when u buy the extended warranty or the gap insurance I trade in my old mustang which I had gap insurance they never told me I could get a refund on that instead they sold me a nother one to my new mustang and extended warranty . Also they never said that I could get a refund on that also I found out about it when I went to a another dealer so make sure to ask all the right question when u buy from them ...
