If you had told me a few years ago that I would one day recommend a car salesman to my friends and co-workers, I'd had you committed. Well, folks, the day has come. If you are looking to deal with a car salesman who is reasonable, friendly and actually seems to care about your experience at the dealership, find Mitch Prudhomme. He is in the Volvo department at Tasca Cranston. He is a genuinely good guy. And fond of pretzels.

Having bought several vehicles from this group in the past I have always been amazed at how they are able to work with us to find the right vehicle at the right prce! I purchased a brand New 2011 Expedition. I purchased it from Tasca in Seekonk. Marc Rousseau was my salesman and David Belmore was the Sales Manager. They were EXCELLENT. I have never had a better car buying experience in my life. The Seekonk dealership is outstanding. Everyone we came into contact with was very personable. Jeanne, who prepared our paperwork was great. My wife and I felt like they were all about helping us. Will recommend them to all my friends and relatives. Great Job.

Chris Promades in the Service Department was ideal to work with. Chris was very attentive to all my needs and concerns while fixing my car. The Tasca Team as a whole are super to deal with. I had brought my 2015 Lincoln in to have the transmission serviced, Tasca gave me a courtesy vehical at no charge while my SUV was being fixed. Chris would call me daily to update me on the status of the repairs. I would highly recommend, and I myself, will certainly be giving my business to Tasca.

Shawn and Andrew gave awesome service on 5/27/2017 to my wife and I, in the purchase of our 2016 RAM 1500 Quad Cab pickup truck. The dealmaking was a fair process, and they got us in and out in one day as promised. We've used Tasca in the past and will continue to do so in the future. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a new or preowned vehicle.

My wife brought our 2016 Mazda CX-5 in for rear brake service recommended by the service department during an oil change a week earlier. At home after reviewing the service invoice, and for reasons unknown, it appeared based on the invoice description that the service technician had replaced the front brakes instead of the rear. She returned the car a few days later to alert them to a front end brake noise and to discuss the "rear brake" matter with service writer John Stone who, after some investigation, determined that, infact, it was the rear brakes that should have been replaced and that there must have been an internal miscommunication with the service technician. As a result he had the rear brakes installed at no charge and the front brakes re-serviced to diagnose and eliminate the noise. Needless to say we were pleased with the result and for the courteous and professional manner exhibited by the service department and the service writer in particular. Thank you Tasca.

I was so satisfied with my first truck and sales rep. ,Bayo Dina, that I went right back to him for my new truck. Bayo is friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. I got a great truck at a fair price with no pressure.
If your in the market for a new vehicle, I would definitely recommend Tasca, and ask to see Bayo.

I have to say this is our 4th time purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. All 4 experiences were quick, stress free dealings on all areas of the process. Their friendliness, ease of process and complete thoroughness from start to finish makes them number one in my book. Shout out to Bayo Dina and Christopher Reyes and the whole Tasca team for complete customer satisfaction on our newest purchase the Mazda CX-5! Thanks Tasca! I love our new little red hot rod !

I live on Long Island but was not able to find the exact car I wanted locally. I was very hesitant about traveling out of state to purchase my car, especially that I wanted to do it all in one trip. I had already driven the car here on Long Island, so I knew exactly what I was looking for. The staff at Tasca, especially Steve Lawrence, was top notch. So professional and accommodating. Every detail covered. No issues with out of state registering, etc. The entire process was seamless and so EASY! I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour! I would easily do it all over again.

I truly received the Tasca treatment on January 20,2018 , I was completely satisfied! I have been a long time customer of Tasca with my first purchase being a 2008 Ford Fusion SEL from Bernie Spann, I have spoken to him many times and I always look forward to doing so. When it was time to finally upgrade from my 08 Fusion that I ended with just under 200k miles on I went straight to Bernie to get me headed in the right direction and he didn't fail he set me up with a new Sales Rep. Walter Marsh.

Walter not only went over every single detail of the two vehicles I was interested in throughout the whole time frame I felt like I was talking to a friend (never being pressured) and someone I could really work with to make a deal. Walter went over every aspect not missing a beat, he wrote down what I thought was the pros and cons of each vehicle I drove and by the time I was done I ended up purchasing a 2017 Ford Fusion SE from Walter. To find out I was Walters first sale at Tasca! I was happy to be apart of that experience and I look forward to working with him in the years to come along with Bernie.

This was my first experience with Tasca Automotive Group in Cranston Rhode Island on Pontiac Ave. Not only was the service advisor Chris Promades professional in his work ethics but a positive face for the company pleasent, helpful, curtious and well spoken. I will be conducting all business for my family's vehicles here at the Tasca Cranston family from now on. Mike Huling was a great help walking me through my second lease. He knew I wanted to upgrade from my MKC to an MKX but never pushed me. He was patient and showed me all my options and in the end I ended up with the car I really wanted. He made my car buying experience easy and painless. Best experience ever buying a car! Cannot say enough good things about Mike Perlini and Mike Mulbah. Mike P was a hugh help in the leasing process and was able to get me my same current lease payment per month as my previous lease and Mike M gave me a very thorough walk thru of my new Volvo XC60. Both of them are so knowledgeable and experienced with the Volvo brand, it really shows! I am so very pleased and it was the easiest transition into a new vehicle I've ever experienced!! I just purchased a 2017 Volvo S90. I have just relocated back to Rhode Island from California and decided to go to Tasca because they had provided the cars at PC when I was there. Now I know why the priests worked with Tasca. Shawn Haggarty was outstanding in helping me go through the car. He was honest and if he couldn't answer a question he got back to me on it. I am in the middle of a move, so getting the financing done with all of the change of addresses, etc. was a challenge. Ron Traver in finance was outstanding in making it happen since I only had limited time to close the deal that day. All the while they were working to get the deal done behind the scenes, they both kept on checking in and we had some great conversations about life and the world. I've purchased over 15 cars in my lifetime, and have had every kind of luxury make there is. This is the first time I feel I have had a relationship with a dealership. When the lease is up on my Volvo in 3 years I'll be back to Tasca to pick my next car.

I needed my leased Mazda CX5 inspected so I called the Service Department and made an appointment. I was told at the time that I would be getting it done in the Quick Lane which is now open until 6. From checking in to checking out, everyone I dealt with was professional, polite and attentive. Shortly after I left, I realized I had a problem with my Bluetooth connection. I drove right back to the Quick Lane and they helped me with that which I really appreciated. I saw my favorite salesman, Bayo Dina, and caught up with him while I waited. Tasca is right when they say you will be satisfied because I always am.

No Hassle. We had a Ford lease already. The lease was not up until the end of November, but we were approaching the max of our allowed mileage. We went in on a Sunday afternoon to ask about our options and ended up test driving a vehicle we had seen online. We had done our homework and had an idea of how much our lease payment should be. Sean, our sales rep, took us for a test drive then brought our info to the finance manager and came back to us with the figure we had asked for. We gave a down payment and schedule a pick up date for Tuesday night. Our appointment was at 7:00pm. We signed the paperwork, were given the keys to our new vehicle and we were back home by 8:00pm. This was by far the easiest car experience I have ever had. Sean was a pleasure to work with, and we appreciate that he did not waste our time with the typical salesman tactics. He even came in on his day off to take care of us!

My husband and I initially went to see a car that was on their website that was unfortunately already sold, however, our salesperson Greg Thaxton helped us to find another vehicle that met our needs that I loved! Great people at Tasca in Cranston... Once you start talking with them it's amazing how much common ground there is. I buy a car in part based on how relatable the sales, management and staff are. I was a stranger walking in and I felt like they knew me. The first car we looked at was not quite right, the second was exactly right. Tasca tries hard to gain trust first... And that leads to repeat business and good word of mouth referrals. So my word of mouth is visit these folks...you won't be disappointed!

David has been not only my Salesman for my third car, but my fathers as well. He is very caring, helpful, and will do anything and everything to make your experience as painless and stress free as possible. After going thru quite the downfall of 2019, David made time for me to come in, talk and listen to my situation and get me back on the road with a new set of wheels and a smile on my face. He offered me lunch while waiting for paperwork to process and told me what he thinks is BEST for MY current situation, and i didnt feel forced into any car I didn't want. The only salesman I will see, and i recommend him to all of my friends and co workers who dont have a car, or are currently looking for a new ride.

Service is usually good. Have been going there for several years. But this past time I got a call from someone telling me it was time to service the Escape I had leased 6 months ago. It had 3100 miles on it. Told me to call to make appointment. I did. When I got there they told me I didn't need to service car until 7500 miles one year. They don't know who is making calls but I wasn't only one. Someone should speak to sales department or whatever department is making those calls

However in speaking to Eric Lima and engaging with him in the overall Tasca seemless process; I did indeed purchase an suv. Everyone was friendly, not aggressive and the overall deal was quick and efficient. I highly recommend talking to Eric, he s a professional and extremely good at his job!!! I would recommend to a friend and will be back for future purchases when needed.

Bought a 2017 Expedition. Part of ex. Warranty was special treatment in and out. All employees especially Fred were exceptional. Not my first car from you and not my first service. Can not offer any criticism or advice. You have a good crew. Bob Tasca brought me a coffee and gave me a chance to ask for a vehicle to pull our float in the Bristol 4th of July Parade this year and he said yes without hesitation. I am thoroughly impressed

Awesome, friendly salesmen. They actually saved me money by finding me a better APR than my own auto loan. As long as your friendly and knowledgeable about cars, I would say this is the place to go! I got a Toyota Corolla 2017, pretty much brand new for a great price! I would go Tasca and work with Lou Colon!

Horrible service unable to provide updates and get correct parts. My grandparents bought cars for over 30 years through tasca and now seeing this will never buy from them again. They can't get a simple part right, they make promises they cannot keep and are inept in talking across their company. I've never seen anything like it. If you can avoid this business please do so!

I have tried to come to this facility several times over the past 15 years, Recently after just purchased A 2019 super duty That started giving me trouble at 49 miles was told They will not put me in a courtesy vehicleLeft multiple messages for service to call me back they have not to the point where I've had to contact the regional East Coast manager to try and get some assistance with a $60000 truck it's just horrible after you sign the deal you are treated like trash

Well i gotta chang my rating because after Bruce became aware of my problems they really went above n beyond to resolve my issues, we a currently sitll working on it but very pleased with response....to be continued

When you buy the car there everyone is great and eager to help you. However it s after buying the car where Tasca in Cranston completely drops the ball. I bought a car from them back in July of 2018 and traded it in to another dealership in January of 2019. When I bought the car I had an extended warranty I paid for so I was calling to cancel and get the remaining balance refunded (heads up you can do that). After calling and leaving dozens of voicemails I finally got a call back saying I simply have to come in and sign a form. I promptly did that the next day and was told it would be a couple weeks. A couple weeks have passed so I have tried calling back everyday for the past week to ask for an update and yet again no returned calls. The post sale customer service is truly horrible and I am glad I bought my current car from First Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in North Attleboro, MA

The night before my wedding decided to buy my Bride to be a new Lincoln MKC as a wedding present. Drove to the dealership, met with Sales Consultant Michael Huling who made the entire process a breeze.
