Good view but not as great as the others. Kind and respectful staff.

I didn't see the bedrooms but everything else is fantastic. The garden is so nice. Planning to stay over next time.

Was here countless times and they always deliver great service and if I must say .. Michelin star like food!

Location is perfect. Overseeing the beautiful taal volcano and all of its majesty. Cold and peaceful. Be here in the morning and youll experience what im saying :)

The parking area is ample. A plus plus to me since i hate driving for an hour and then spend another hour waiting for a slot.

The dining area and recieving area(the lobby) is a welcoming gesture to get refreshed and relaxed already!

All of its staff so far until now are very much trained to establish a polite and accomodating manner all the time.

I slouch most of the time at the cafe area where there are books and magazines to read and men..even if I stay for as much as I want..everything is seamless and calm.

Oh let me say again. I love this place. My go to place to recharge.

Good views from observation deck of the caldera. Nice place to stop for lunch. Easy parking.

We stayed for an overnight only but there were such amazing staff, very polite, very kind people and very friendly..they had great food selection on there bfast buffet in veranda...I'll definitely recommend this hotel for stay..

Very expensive but not as classy as I would expect. Rooms are old and worn. Dirty windows and not soundproof. Plugs are worn and outdated as well as their furniture. They promise a stocked minibar in every room but all we found were a couple bottles of water. The room service was very below standard, they did not even pick up the phone and they charge 140p for just a bottle of water or a regular coke if they did. Intimite dinner promises a romantic garden table and a 8 course dinner, but all we had was a 6 course dinner and a table inside the restaurant with no privacy (intimacy). Staff is friendly and the food was very tasty and excellently presented. Breakfast was a nice buffet but tea and coffee is something u need to order, if you can find a waiter. Juices tasted like powder drinks and are not made from fresh fruits. I feel this hotel is nice but does not live up to their price range.

The hotel has pretty nice view of the crater. Food is not so. Buffet is not very impressive with probably for the staff shortage. It's our luck (or maybe not), the volcano has spewed ashes in the air. The trio band which walked around different tables was just great and friendly indeed.

My boyfriend booked a reservation last February 14, 2018 and we stayed for one night. He actually reserved a surprise "romantic dinner" for both of us. But he ended up so disappointed because he specifically requested for an intimate dinner wherein the hotel promised to set-up outside the enclosed restaurant. It was devastating as well to know afterwards coz the reason why my boyfriend wanted the intimate dinner was because he planned to propose during that dinner. When we inform their staff about the lapse, they were not even that much apologetic about it. It's just sad to ruin a plan you made for your special someone.

Function rooms are big and just right for annual conferences or seminars and workshops.

Crew are friendly and the food is nice.

This a place which is not your usual buffet restaurant that will just fill you but one is that will challenge your palate. The meal offerings are not your usual buffet dishes but are the best of of their places of origin. After every meal, the experience makes their patrons instant gourmands and people with discriminating taste. Definitely one of the best buffet in the CALABARZON region.

nice place, comfortable clean rooms. food was good and a good price. The breakfast buffet was astounding, it was very complete and very good. wonderful view and a great pool. good place to get away with the kids. Just be careful of the long hallways, if you get a room at the far end it can take a awhile for an able bodied person to make it all the way back to get to the other facilities. The spa was great and reasonable. good kids club.
They have event facilities so there is often a wedding or party going on, but they are well separated from the hotel portion. its right next to the casino and sky ranch, so fun for all ages is in walking distance.

They don't have enough staff to accommodate all the people because its open to public and people can dine eat at their restaurant anytime.

This is the place to be in Tagaytay. Nice place, staff is very cordial, friendly and very professional. We stayed in a suite over seeing Taal volcano and it was gorgeous. This is a 5 star hotel indeed! My family will go back again.

Appreciate so much complimentary choco cake given during our stay. Its a romantic place for a staycation. Staff very polite and friendly. Buffet breakfast with lots of food choices. Rooms are spacious and clean. Location very accessible to public transportation and near shopping malls and tourist spots.

Availed of the buffet dinner. Few items at the buffet stations. Don't expect too much. I enjoyed the Laksa noodles and the beef bbq though. Chef/ staff at the buffet stations were all pleasant and nice. Counter and wait staff should be more attentive and shld increase customer satisfaction.

The view of Lake Taal is great, and you can see the wide view from the room.

One of the oldest and big hotels in tagaytay. They have a lot of rooms and swimming pools, they have the best view spot of taal volcano. Best place to celebrate weddings, birthdays, conferences and other special events.

Beautiful place to relax, unwind, and have a congress too. There is Breakfast that comes with the room and the food is very good. Staff in the resto and the bellboys are particularly very friendly, courteous, helpful and accommodating. Special mention to the guards too.

Facilities wise, excellent! Rooms are very clean and spacious however the sinks need to be cleaned thoroughly.

The view to Taal lake is superb...you can take dramatic and colorful pictures. The shops are also very interesting, and capturing Filipino culture too.

Although a bit dated already, room was clean. Also food/bfast at the cafe could be better.

We had an excellent stay on this hotel thru the warm and unique assistance of the supervisor, Camille. We were on the wrong room compared to what we ve booked online. But she helped us to do a showroom and choose what room do we preferred. She gave us an option that we really appreciate so we just stayed on a suite room. She made our stay homey and really great! Kudos to her and may she be recognized on what she s doing. The hotel is really nice so with the restaurants they have. We chose to dine at the Veranda as Camille informed us that it serves international cuisine which we do love. She did a great job on her own unique ways. We ll surely comeback and hoping that Camille will still be there on our next stay.

I came here in 2017 for a wedding and left a negative review which has since been deleted. Staying here was one of the worst experience I've had throughout my years of traveling. We paid good money to stay at a very underwhelming hotel that deserves no more than 2 stars. Our check-in was delayed (with no apology), our mini bar was never restocked as promised, the room was dirty and run down, the sliding door was broken and they made us pay for ice to be sent to our room (but it was never delivered). 3 years later, I still remember the terrible experience I had there hence why I'm re-writing this review. Please do you research and think twice before booking this terrible place.

Luxurious hotel with great views of Taal lake and volcano. We stayed in a suite in the Lake Wing where you get fantastic views of the lake from the rooms on the south side, although it wasn't cheap. The suite was excellent, a lovely space. In terms of facilities, there is a decent pool and a couple of restaurants on site, in particular there is a very large terrace where you can admire the view and take selfies. I'd recommend this place for a treat for a night or two escape from Manila.
