The hotel staffs are so friendly and helful from the gate, main lobby entrance, restaurart, room and swimming pool. They will greet you with a genuine smile and assist you without hesitation. You dont need to call them, they will come to you look and ask for your needs and help you. The rooms are clean and well maintained but are getting old and smells alittle like an old house maybe because of high humidity which is natural in the area.

Vintage place. It's part of Tagaytay's history, so it's always good to visit and experience it.

But not much warmth felt from the crew. I guess they're also emotionally drained by the pandemic.

Yet the stay was pleasant. No big hitches.

I went here only to enjoy sumptuous buffet lunch featuring various popular Filipino dishes and cultural show.
The dishes starting from the appetizer to the desert are so delightful and tasty.
The hotel staffs are also friendly and helpful.
The view of Taal lake and mountain from this hotel is very thrilling and beautiful. Such a good angel to capture the whole place of Taal.

Whether you are visiting for the first time and desiring a great view of Taal or reliving the nostalgic moments of disappearing into the fog, Taal Vista is worth at least a night's stay.

Although the establishment was fully booked when we went, the staff remained courteous and welcoming. Guests also have a discount and private entrance to the Sky Ranch.

We booked the lake wing which still looks very modern even though renovation was completed years ago. I am very excited to see the outcome of the renovation of the mountain wing. Hopefully the renovation will also give the game room its much needed facelift.

Although the weather prevented me from taking a swim, the view of Taal along with key photo spots made the stay memorable. The highlight of this particular trip for me was waking up in the morning and having my mind perplexed by the vast selection the hotel provides for its breakfast food. On a day when the weather is more cooperative, coffee lovers can enjoy sipping a cup of Batangas coffee while soaking in the view of the lake.

I have yet to try Taza but I am confident that it will not disappoint. Perhaps I should visit again on their 80th anniversary.

Stayed with family 2 weeks ago. Loved the beds and pillows, super relaxing. The room was spacious and clean, so with the bathroom. All personnel were very friendly and helpful. Loved the breakfast buffet! Definitely coming back.

Probably one of the most decent places to stay in tagaytay. View is excellent and the service is a notch above almost everyone else in the area. Rooms are nice and clean, though I wish they used carpets or wood flooring instead of tiles for their floors.

Upscale looking restaurant overlooking the scenic Taal volcano. Buffet is adequately presented leaning more towards Filipino dishes and ending with a refreshing cold Halo-Halo. Walk outside and you will encounter a nice yard with beautiful landscaping and a large picture frame to fit at least 3 people in a Kodak Moment shot. Placards saying "She said YES" and "Over 100" etc are yours for the picking depending on your circumstances at the moment. The scenic Taal volcano may be seen below in the background.

Food's good, great ambience and very quiet. There's 20 minute wait after you ordered, which is pretty standard in every fine dining restaurant. The restaurant caters to those who are health conscious. The food was well prepared and really tasty. Their salad was really fresh-greens were so crisp and vinaigrette has a good flavor.

It is indeed a high class hotel. The rooms are spacious. Simple yet elegant hotel. I would recommend the breakfast, it is excellent. The viewing deck is amazing, there is no words that could describe the beauty of taal.
