This was a basic service , oil and filter, for my 2012 Civic SI. In at 7 and out at 8:15 . Chris was the advisor that signed me in and was super clear on my service needs. He came to the waiting room to get me when my car was ready. He went over the work order and the mechanic's check list including the tread depth on the tires, which I also knew were done for their life. As usual , it's an efficient system and a friendly vibe.
