Sales manager "Boby" and product advisor "Pankaj" ...
Sales manager "Boby" and product advisor "Pankaj" were the best from the time I went to the dealership till the time I got 2019 HONDA CRV-EXL. If these two guys were not there than i would never go back to T&T honda again in my life. Thank guys for great customer service even though there were some people with low level of customer service skills.
There is another sales manager whose does not have a good attitude.Stay away from that sales manager. This manager hesitated even to say hello or to talk to us as the product advisor was introducing us to him.
So, i told the product advisor that if he is the sales manager i am dealing with next time i come in, then i am not buying the crv from T&T. I told him that i want service from "Boby" only.
First time i was at T&T honda around 5pm on may 18, 2019. I waited 10 minutes and no one even said hello. Not even the customer service rep at the sales area said hello. Then i went to customer service desk and asked for sales manager.
Sales manager "Boby" came by. I asked him if they were running short on sales staff. He didn't get what i was saying. Then he understood what i was saying. He said sorry that i was left unattended. He got me a product advisor right away. I was there to see Honda civic sport and the product advisor did not have full knowledge about the vehicle.
Then another day i went to look at used 2018 CRV Touring after my wife saw it online. The sales person there was so so. I didn't knew his name until he called my wife next day to make another offer on the crv because we did not make a deal that day. Next day he talked to my wife and they agreed on price. But i am the one who is paying. The guy called me 4 times within 3 and half hours. I did not bother picking up his call because of his poor customer service. Now you can guess why it's so so. The used sales manager was also horrible. May be that's why they put the TAG team there at the used car sales department. The sales rep even hesitated to let me test drive on the Deerfoot, he said driving on 16 ave which has 90 km/hr is similar to driving on Deerfoot. But later on we went to Deerfoot. The sales person went back and forth for price negotiation which was the only good part. So, after he went to the manger 2 times, he suggested that i should talk to him for getting the price i want. So i go there and said "So you are the person who is not reducing the price". And that was it? The manager probably took it personally. He said he cannot give on that price and said "Have a good night is a different tone".
Don't ever go to used sales department when those two guys are there. I was there on Tuesday evening. They are the worst.
Then after some day i again went to honda to look 2019 honda civic sport. The product advisor i got that day was not good. I asked him if i can have a leather seat and premium audio which comes with subwoofer. He said i can put aftermarket leather seat and aftermarket audio. Why would i put aftermarket on a new car.
Moral of the story: The sales guys need to be familiar with the product they are selling (know the details) and take customer service classes.
