Scheduled an appointment in early December for the 22nd. when I arrived they were ready to take me right away. no lines. The service manager was great. Had a problem with the My Ford Touch audio, and had a video captured on my phone to show them, The service tech came out to watch the video. Once he saw it he knew exactly what the problem was. My car was fixed same day.
