I get my hair done at sweetwater n the service is great. My hairdresser is fabulous n does exactly what I want. By the way her name is Amanda also in case anyone is looking for a new or replacement. I recommend her highly.

Absolutely the best customer service anywhere! Even after I received my guitar I emailed to let them know I loved it and got a response that they were glad about that. Anybody else wouldn't have responded to that after the sale. I highly recommend them for any music purchases. They'll gladly answer any questions you may have about whatever you plan on buying, even a $6 set of strings a rep called me to make sure I didn't have any questions about them as they were strings I haven't tried before. Good people!

Everyone was super friendly amd I got a chance to shop a little in their amazing store while I waited for my purchase to be brought up.

Kenny Wayne Shepard was great. I'll suggest that Sweetwater fix the seating so we can all see the show. Flat rows of seating just doesn't do justice for any venue here. Other facilities have raised seating progressing back...js.

This place is cool! You could literally hang out all day. Staff is friendly, and glad to help. Live music most of the time (amateurs I think). Ambiance is smiles all around in an open atmosphere. Music is in the air. You can play any of the instruments which range from guitars to pianos to drums ect. If you want, you can just have lunch and check it out while you play some video games or virtual golf. This place ROCKS!

Misleading promotion and horrible customer service. They offered a "free sleeve" promotion for a product, then didn't ship the promotional item, and when it finally arrived after I had to ask them for it and wait another few weeks, it was for a completely different product, not the one it was advertised to fit. -- I purchased a product from them that came with a "free sleeve". The product did not ship with the sleeve, and they only shipped it to me after I had to ask them for it. Then, when it arrived, it was a sleeve for a different product. When I asked about it, they told me they don't even carry a sleeve for the product I ordered, so I would just have to keep the one they sent (that doesn't fit anything I own or ordered from them). But they advertised the sleeve as a promotional item that fit the item I bought. Shady business. I won't order from them again.

Words cannot describe the amazing customer service at Sweetwater. I had a bad experience with unnotified backordered items at different store and when Andy at Sweetwater found out, he made the other companies mistake right and expedited my order so I could take care of my customer ASAP. They have all my pro audio business from now on.

Sweetwater, it's founder, Chuck Surack, his vision and my sales engineer, Randy Akins are the very best in sales, service and support. I happened to be in the Ft. Wayne area once, I dropped some items off for repair and Randy took time out of his day to give us a tour of the gorgeous facilities!

This place is a must visit for musicians and recording artists, but it is also a fun place to stop by as a family just for fun.

My grand father went to the local guitar center to look for an epiphone ES-335 he they just ignored him. He went to sweetwater and he had it in under an hour.

I love this place. I usually only make the trip to visit durring gearfest, and that event is a great time for anyone who is interested in music and gear. If you have a list of items you would like to buy but are waiting for a better deal and live close enough to visit durring gearfest (a 2 day event each year around june-july) then you might be wise to go check it out. Everything is pricecut, but also there are vendors from every company, and presentations on a range of subjects, some informational some entertaining.. its a good time not only to get a good deal, but also to decide if you are getting the correct tools you need to acomplish what you want, because the people with answers are there. Dont know how to use your fancy new soundboard? Go ask someone from the company that makes them to fill you in.
Aside from gearfest, its pretty fantastic, the store reminds me of like.. if google was a smaller company, and sold music equipment instead of ruling the internet.
Ive heard from others that live closer, that the prices arent the most competitive around when gearfest isnt going, but that they are still very helpful and informative.

And, Gearfest is amazing.

Most expensive mail order candy I can think of, but they make up for it by throwing a cool guitar or amp in the box with it. Five stars all around.

Son and I played drums for an hour (drum circle) and then he played guitars and ukeles for 30 minutes. He's 2 1/2 and had a blast.

Visited the Sweetwater site and was thoroughly impressed with the helpful and friendly staff. The place is over the top, treating their employees and visitors like royalty, there is great fresh food on site as well. From the knowledgeable staff and beautiful architecture of the place, it's easy to see why they provide top notch service--great products and happy employees!

Loading dock security guard was very pleasant and other loading dock personnel were very helpful and informative.

Remarkable experience! Very knowledgeable professionals who are there for your convenience, not theirs. Huge inventory of everything musical. Great cafeteria with live entertainment during lunch. We enjoyed playing many different instruments and trying several amplifiers. Come take a look - you won't be sorry!

I personally have never had a single bad experience ordering from Sweetwater, nor have any of my friends or acquaintances who recommended them to me. I'm sure when a company sells in such high volume there are bound to be some instances of dissatisfaction or mistakes, but in my experience this is extremely rare. Even so, the people who left bad reviews should understand that Sweetwater would do whatever they can to make it right for them. No, I don't work for the company I'm just a guitar player from Ohio :)

Sweetwater has been my go to place for all my DJ needs. Chris Hoffman is my salesman and it's really awesome dealing with someone who is very knowledgeable and also polite . With the Sweetwater card you've got it made there! Also a few times on gig day I may have dropped a light or something and guess what, hurry into sweetwater and boom, taken care of on the spot. Talk about FULL customer service!

Huge store with an amazing selection, personalized customer service! The staff is knowledgeable about all of their products, and they back their sales with a guarantee. Too bad this is the only physical location in the world, because they could easily put guitar center out of business! Competitively priced, but the excellent customer service is what keeps us coming back (and going out of our way, past a few guitar center locations to do so)

A music facility like no other. I have been to many music stores around the country, but none are even close to Sweetwater! From the most knowledgeable sales staff I have ever met, to the best selection of pro gear on hand for you to test drive before making a purchase decision, there are no rivals. Add concerts open to the public, comprehensive teaching facilities, and hosting special events such as Keyfest, Gearfest, Rock&Roll camp, and other things too numerous to list, and you have a truly unique place for musicians.

Even though I didn't buy my equipment from Sweetwater the friendly staff made sure that it was fixed the right way when I brought it in for repair.
