Best music store I've been in. The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. The selection on musical instruments is second to none. In addition to that the facility actually had an indoor slide and arcade the kids enjoyed as well.
If you're a musician, you HAVE to come to this place. I drive all the way there from Ohio. Well worth the drive. Friendly staff who go out of there way to satisfy the customer.

Theonly reason why they get a 4 star and not a 5 is soley becuase i havent initially worked or used any of their services yet. Requested a catalog and arrived in a matter of a couple days and just now had a introduction call from Mike Johnson. I look forward to buying some equip from them in the near future and once i get an actuall service and satisfaction from them i will be changing to 5 stars and im sure of it. Wow. This place is the Disneyland of music instruments equipment and accessories. Every musician owes it to themselves to visit here if they are anywhere close by. All the staff were great and it seems they are well taken care of by the company.

A great place to visit. If you like music at all, the store and staff are very good, and there are fun things to do (free arcade) and the cafeteria is open to the public. It looks like a great place to work.
Sweetwater has great prices, brands, service and their staff knows their stuff. No question about it. Literally the best place to check things out. Their multiple separated showrooms let you jam out without the whole world listening to you totally hose a drum solo, lol. So yeah the showroom is second to none and their prices are great. Little known fact if you are there you can grab a bit to eat in their phenomenal little cafeteria. It's shockingly good and cheap to boot. Really cool place i suggest you ask for a tour when you visit it's incredible and they have a rad giant slide for adults. Oh yeah that got some use. Twice...
Great company. arrived at my house exactly when they said it would they gave me a call to tell me when it shipped and when it arrived it came with a sticker and a bag of candy! I ordered coated drum heads and they were literally less than half the price of what I would have paid at a local place. This is going to be my go to place for any other music related issues or upgrades.
Sweetwater is amazing! The people are phenomenal, the selection of musical instruments is great, the food court had good food, the bathrooms were clean too! We didn't want to leave!
We made several attempts at ordering items from this company's website. With the exception of an order of two sets of guitar strings, Sweetwater bats 0 out of 4 times at failing to have the products they claimed to have on their website.
If you don't have it, DON'T ADVERTISE IT. We don't want follow up phone calls to tell us that you don't have what you advertise. Wasting two to three days every time we try to order something that they don't have is a terrible disappointment and after four attempts, shows the company's extreme incompetence.
I don't like posting reviews like this, but when your timing is crucial for your company, you can not afford to do business with companies that are dishonest about their products available. I rally wanted to like Sweetwater, however I am a businessman and need a company I can depend on. Sweetwater can not be trusted for accuracy in their claims to have products available.
Love the staff. Went to GearFest this year and the extra mile they go to recognize you or of the thousands of people that were there and build human relationships is unreal!
As weird as it might sound, I really enjoyed the bathrooms here. I have a 2 year old little girl and I really liked the diaper changing stall. Very easy to use and very clean. Thank you for that.
Showroom, selection, studios, customer service, warranty, everything about this place is five-star or better. I've ordered gear numerous times, and it's been the best customer experience of any company I've dealt with. Had one opportunity to test their 2-year service guarantee, and it held true. Visited the campus once, and very impressed. Close friends of mine had an album recorded and mastered here, and once again excellent!

I've been buying from Sweetwater for years and I had never had the opportunity to go to the physical store. The place is a reflection of the smart, friendly, and wonderful staff they have. The building is beautiful and dense with gear. If you're the kind of person that enjoys testing the product and getting an expert opinion at the same time, this place is for you. I'd recommend making ant excuse to go see the place if you haven't.

I'm done buying anything from them. They don't have time to answer my questions I don't have time to buy there way over priced items. Devin you stink!!

AMAZING! I went there with my brother who is a musician and was in awe! Very expensive items there, but we only really came to look so the prices were expected. They have almost any instrument you could ever think of and you get to try them all out! I loved this place and will DEFINITELY be back!

This was a fantastic stop. Found everything I was looking for or they offered to order it. I only went as far as the store. The place is large with lots to offer.
It is not your typical store. There is a restaurant, a cafe where you can get treats and coffee drinks, a free game area, or go down the amazing slide. They are very ecology friendly. Great place for employees and the public. It is so clean and bright. If you go at the right time, you may even hear a free concert.

Was expecting Sooooo much more. Only slightly bigger than a neighborhood guitar center. Prices are full retail with a fractional sale on a few items. Clean and nice but was expecting Soo much more. Was accosted by a different sales person (whom I thought looked more like door to door Bible salesmen) every 10 feet. Would have thought the largest music store in the world would be... Well.... Better and bigger. Drove hours for this I might add, ended up going to the fort Wayne guitar center and had a better experience. If you live near this place and have a hankering for paying full price by all means this is for you. If you wanna save a little money or live longer than 30 min away there are better options. Side note I went with my wife she said "I was expecting almost all of the salespeople to ask me if i have been saved by the way they were dressed." I know people want to be professional but when your selling to musicians we are used to people in a band tee and feel a little more comfortable around a more laid back atmosphere. Felt a bit like a used car lot.

Amazing place. If you are a musician, then this is almost mecca. The staff is great and very helpful and knowledgeable. If you see something online and are interested in it, they will get it pulled from the warehouse and brought up to the front so you can test it out. Would definitely recommend coming to the campus to purchase gear.
Sweetwater is amazing, without a doubt the best place to buy gear. They go well beyond normal customers service, and they don't play games about what they sell. I finally had a chance to go to the sweetwater location in Fort Wayne (I usually buy from them online), and it's way cooler than I thought it would be. It's very modern, with a studio, cafe, and even a slide from the second floor for kids. And, of course, everyone is as nice as could be.
I absolutely love Sweetwater. My sales engineer, Joshua Kattner, is always so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Plus, the building itself and its facilities are impressive and it's definitely worth stopping in and checking out if you have a few hours.

Music is a hobby for me. I know Sweetwater serves professional musicians, singers, everything to do with creating and performing music -- and I've always judged I was welcome and would be helped by everyone on their very knowledgeable staff.
I made an order online and it was really simple and easy. Their website is clean, easy to navigate, and they have a wide selection of instruments and gadgets. Further more, their customer service it top notch. I place my order on Saturday, and the products were shipped on Sunday, but on Monday a representative gave me a phone call to make sure I knew. I got the email about my order being shipped, but it was really great to talk to an actual person on the phone. People can miss emails, but they went above and beyond to make sure I was aware. They also told me I could call them with any questions and he would make recommendations. I think Sweetwater has excellent customer service! When I need something else, the first place I will look is Sweetwater. Give them a try if you want something online!
