Absolutely the best customer service anywhere! Even after I received my guitar I emailed to let them know I loved it and got a response that they were glad about that. Anybody else wouldn't have responded to that after the sale. I highly recommend them for any music purchases. They'll gladly answer any questions you may have about whatever you plan on buying, even a $6 set of strings a rep called me to make sure I didn't have any questions about them as they were strings I haven't tried before. Good people!
