honestly its more of a question/problem for everyone to see that I had. I ordred a plugin the "FabFilter Pro Q3 24 band EQ Plug-in DL" for about $90.00 and it doesn't let me download it. tried calling their "24 hour customer service" but its definitely not open 24 hours... so therefore I couldn't resolve my problem. I wish to have someone or this company help me resolve this issue, id like to use the plug-in that I bought.. HELP!

Great place to shop for music gear. The store is huge. You can try out anything on the floor. Of it isn't out on the floor ask and they will bring it out for you to try. The free arcade games are great for those in the family that aren't into music. Sales people are very helpful. You have to go to gearfest. A tradeshow held for the public every June.
Sweetwater has excellent selections of music equipment and a friendly staff who is eager to assist you with anything. Their on campus facilities are phenomenal.

I had a delivery to make to this place. I realized it was also store, not just a distribution center. Holy was I pleasantly surprised. Can you believe a music store has a hair salon, music studios, free arcade, etc. You just have to check this place out.

Went to Gearfest today and it was one of the best run events I have ever attended. Staff was great and the entire process was seamless (aside from the Indiana weather). Sweetwater is really a world class company.

Sweetwater is a great place to hangout, eat, play and learn about instruments, and meet new people who are also passionate about music and instruments in general. Great for people of all ages, sweetwater offers classes in their music academy.
A must visit place for those who love music and musical instruments. This hidden gem has a huge retail space, and also has music lessons from a variety of instructors, and recording space. They support everything they sell forever, so if you get it home and have an issue, you can call them up and they'll walk you through everything. I couldn't be happier with this place, and get all of my guitar needs, electronic drums, etc here.

This place is amazing! A drum room, piano room, two different guitar rooms, places to eat, and a slide!! I took my son expecting to spend an arm and leg for everything he needed for is new guitar but I was pleasantly suprised at my overall cost and everything was ready to go in about 10 minutes. Everyone was really nice and very knowledgeable.

Everything musical that would interest you is available in some degree at Sweetwater. There warehouse music mall is a "Wonka" like experience for the avid musician. Most instruments are available from starter to expensive collectors item range. Food selections on site mean you could do a half day or so here. I wasn't able to find the sheet music I wanted here, but I was assured that I could order it ahead of time in the future and pick it up when I visited Fort Wayne.
Sweetwater is one of the best places in Fort Wayne!!! The staff there are always attentive and helpful in the music store and also I love playing in the free arcade!!!
I was driving across the country to my new temporary job. I was in a rush to beat the bad weather and I left all my keyboards at home.(there my pets dont play ). I was really impressed with the store. If you drive by you got to check it out. I am an old guy... I got a kick out of the slide...They gave me candy with my purchase... And they helped me get a cup of cofffee. I always thought they where in California.
