Went to see the new Toyota 4 Runner Pro and was not taken seriously. The woman Sue on the phone seemed very helpful and was looking forward to meeting with her when we made the appointment. When we got there we had to wait (no problem) but they got someone else. She was quiet, not helpful with questions being asked about the colors, models, accessories (did not even know ones that come in the 2021). When I asked about colors she was very rude about it acting like we should know it only comes in 4 colors and what they are. When we were looking at the just purchased Pro (by someone else) we asked how much does this go for and she said way over sticker and kept saying I sold it for way over. We tried asking why she was rude about it not telling us why or how much over. I get you may not be allowed to disclose that but no need to be rude and dismissive when I am going there to specifically purchase it within the month. I asked how long is the wait to receive it when I purchase one and she said I could be waiting 3 months, 6 months, or even a year. I asked what would make the wait longer and she said COVID. Why would one wait a year when the next model would come out. That is when she said because of demand they are selling them way over price.
