I have bought several cars, but this experience takes the cake. When I walked in, I was greeted by Ira immediately! He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, persoanable, and genuine. He explained all my options throughly and made sure I understood. Most sales people I've dealt with were fast talkers and really didn't seem like they were batting for me. However, with Ira, he was never pushy with any part of the process and encouraged me to take time because nothing had to be done immediately. There needs to be more sales guys like him! Another person that helped tremendously through the process was Jay! I told him exactly what I could afford and he made it happen. You can really tell he cares about what he does just by his efforts and making things work that will make the customer happy. Overall, great customer service, and it's an experience that is memorable. Thanks again guys! I will be recommending Sunrise Toyota!
