We leased a 2015 Sienna on December 14, 2015 from this dealership. I must say as far as the vehicle itself, we have no complaints, but the management is a different story. When we were test driving the Sienna, we were told by the salesman that it would have Navigation, that all we needed was a cell phone to be paired up to the car. We haven't needed to use this feature, but I decided to see how it worked yesterday. I read in the manual that came with the car (a whole book on the Audio System, including Navigation) that I would have to put Entune app on my phone. When I tried to do that, I was informed when I put the VIN number in, that this vehicle is not equipped with the Entune App suite. You can imagine my surprise when I went in to Sun Toyota today to have this looked at. In speaking to the manager, he very coolly told me that the package would have cost $2,200 more, and that according to the salesman, we were not willing to go up that high. The day we leased this vehicle, this same manager was quick to push us into a lease instead of a purchase. We were adding the balance of our 2008 Sienna into this lease, and yes, we were trying to keep costs down, but I don't remember the salesman telling us that. He did tell us that we needed a phone, so, IF the Sienna we were leasing did NOT have Navigation, then why did he tell me that I needed a phone? Moral of my story, there is nothing they can do,(which has me very upset and angry) we didn't want the package, and of course it's our fault. We were also told we have heated seats, we were kidding about that while test driving, who needs heated seats in Florida, the salesman said that it is good for people that have back problems. Guess what? NO heated seats either. SO I have this advice for anyone thinking of buying or leasing a vehicle through Sun Toyota, make sure you get what you went in there for and that the salesman knows what he's talking about, because if you don't, they will turn you away like a bad penny afterward.

I had an excellent experience at Sun Toyota. Carlos Allicock did an amazing job in helping me to choose my new vehicle. He was very patient and explained everything in detail, was very thorough and answered all my questions. All my worries about buying a new car and everything it entailed were taken care of by Carlos. I had an incredible experience at this dealership from start to finish and beyond! I bought a used certified Toyota Camry 2017 SE with 40K miles on it three weeks and got it at a very good price. Joe was an incredible salesman. It was nighttime when all the paperwork was done and I drove out of the lot. Since it was dark I was unable to see that there were no floor mats, the windshield had been chipped or that the tailpipe was dented. This dealership stands out from other places because they did not have to fix anything after the car leaves the lot. However Sun Toyota makes sure customers are satisfied. Joe was able to get me the mats for the car. John was able to get a company to replace the windshield for us while my wife was at work at no cost. After noticing that the tailpipe was dented as well Ben took the extra step to ensure that I was happy and gave me a new tailpipe today at the service station at Sun Toyota. The Advisor Nico was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and just the overall atmosphere at Sun Toyota has turned me into a believer that this dealership is all about putting its customers first. My Mom recently leased another car with Sun Toyota and had a fantastic experience!! We have purchased and leased many cars there this time it was with Leslie Gray, our sales agent! Leslie made it the most seamless and easy and have to say fun experience. She is Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and caring. It was a joy to work with her and I personally look forward to seeing her when I turn in my lease for a Toyota!

My deal with Sun Toyota had several hiccups along the way. The bank that financed my trade-in gave out the wrong payoff amount. Bo Rasoi jumped through every hoop he needed to in order to make things right! He dealt with crazy rude representatives from Regional Acceptance, of which included managers, and he handled them each time with the utmost professionalism and respect. I know because I was on three way calls with him. Every person that I came into contact with from the salesman to the finance manager, and everyone in between, was so helpful and kind. They stayed late for us the night we arrived to make sure we walked out with the car. They even called us back the next day after all of the paperwork was signed to say they found us a better deal with a different lender and asked us to come back in to take advantage of it. Sun Toyota keeps working for you long after you walk out with a great car. I love my Corolla and I will be back the next time I need another vehicle. I am telling anyone who will listen to visit Sun Toyota, they are worth it!!

We walked into Sun Toyota with no intentions to buy, just browsing. We started off with Justine Spahn
as our sales representative. She was great. We ended up loving a Jeep and started negotiations. Justine was very kind and willing to deal. Her manager however was rude and disrespecting. We ended up walking out. After being contacted again, we decided to give them a chance to make things right. Justine continued to be great the second time we were in, and the other Sales Manager was very polite and willing to negotiate and we accepted his first offer. But if it wasn't for Justine, there is no way we would have came back to make the deal. Great person, and great sales representative. Highly recommended!

Awesome service, prices, and employees, I came in and found my new car and did a quick and easy trade in with Donald, nothing was in between the lines and he helps up get the best deal, didn't think there were honest dealers leftnin this world. They even stayed way past closing to make sure we were happy joining home, just wish I went home with a full tank of gas, weird policy on no full tank on used cars. I worse car dealer that I have ever be to. I was dealing with a guy named Angel Bueno and he email a Sun Toyota Purchase Agreement. I called back and set a time to go and get the tundra. I drove two hours to Sun Toyota, when I get there Angel told me to ask for Vip at the office. No one knows what that is and a Nice guy Ed help us.But before I got there they sold it to some else.Next day nobody call or email.I will ever go back and will tell everbody. I owner a business and will never do that to a customer..

I was always so afraid to deal with car salesmen but Leroy was so helpful in finding the perfect car for me. He was very knowledgable and made the process stress free. He is so professional and does not make you feel pressured to go outside of your comfort zone but rather finds the perfect option to fit YOUR needs. Only reason why I gave 2 stars is because the amount of money I spent on the truck . I wish I would have looked at the tires better they will need to be replaced sooner than later . I m not sure how they were even allowed to pass safety inspection , the tread is close to tire wear bare . I was signed up for a tire program , which was great at the time . But it s hard to insure tires that need to be replaced . Hopefully the rest of the truck is in good working condition . Looks like I ll be spending more out of pocket .

I've been in many dealerships and have left many feeling attacked by the salesmen once I stepped out of my car. This wasn't the case with Sun Toyota. I had an appointment, the rep was there waiting, salemen out side were polite and courteous.
I was handed to a absolutely great salesmen, Ed Welch. Ed did nothing but work hard for me, believe me I wasn't the easiest of customers either. I told him what I wanted and what he needed to do to make me happy and he went way over board to get me a deal that just knocked me over. I am happy with my purchase and I'm certainly happy with Sun Toyota's service they gave me. I will be recommending Sun Toyota to anyone I know thats looking for a vichicle.

Me and my daughter went into sun toyota today to look at a vehicle and my truck started acting up my transmission started going out so I went home. Sun Toyota sent me a uber driver over to pick me up and bring me their. It was so nice to be treated that way.only sun toyota love them and their excellent service.

Service call on a Saturday. In and out and in under an hour. Never a bad thing to say about Sun Toyota.

Dealership and sales are very accomidative. They approached in much refined, not very aggresive and reasonable. Very comfortable to work with them, especially Mr. Neal Barca and Mr. Pat Chablan. The customer service and reaponse were same before and after booking the car.

I had a very great experience here at sun toyota. Michael Schumaker was my salesman an he did an excellent job on finding the right car in my budget. He made the whole process very quick an easy and I highly recommend everyone to go see him.

Had a good experience overall, bought a car there.. Now I have 2 cars I bought from Sun Toyota. Service Relationship Managers are awesome and they do take good care of you.. I would recommend you go there but to have a good experience be prepared in advance with what you want and afford otherwise you will come out thinking they tried to rip you off, even though they were being reasonable. So, if buying a car do your own research before setting foot in any dealership. They will work with you but you have to ask for a good deal.. hope this helps everyone.

My experience was not good. Sold a truck to Sun on Jan. 4 including a check made payable to Sun Toyota to pay off a balance outstanding on
the truck. They did not pay off the loan that day and now I am paying daily interest on that loan while they have ownership effective Jan 4th.
Not only that, they did not return my tag or give me a "Bill of sale".
Bad business!!!
Would not reccomend this dealership.
I am still trying to have the loan paid off!

Came in about 9AM for an oil change which took about 2 1/2 hours.
I understand that dealer oil changes take longer than quick lube
places, but 2 1/2 hours is ridiculous. Somehow they need to find a way to cut the oil change wait to around an hour or so or they will continue to get poor reviews With that said, my service advisor was very professional and courteous and I would give him a 5 star review.

Horrible my experience in this place, I do not recommend it, check well before signing, they do not care about anything other than selling at any cost, go elsewhere this is horrible, only Galindo has a good deal.

I have been coming to Sun Toytota for a while now never had a problem. The people that are service men help me to take care of my car to make it run right.

But I did have a problem with my window 3 months ago. It was still under warrenty now you want me to pay 208.00 for it. Its not fair I was never called to let me know the part was in. I like the dealer and will come back for my next car.

We were looking for a sienna and John diver was very helpful. He got us the right van for a great price! We will definitely recommend John and sun Toyota in the future!

Previous ownership was amazing. Now that Morgan Auto Group has this location and Toyota of Tampa Bay, good luck! They are the typical dealership that want to avoid. Very misleading and full of games.

I've been in other dealerships where I feeling attacked by salespeople once I stepped out of my car. This wasn't the case with Sun Toyota. The salespeople outside were polite and courteous. Ashley Prelesnik met us at the area we were looking in, answered all our questions, then left us to look on our own without pressuring us. I have bought, traded and serviced vehicles here over several years now. In my experience, I believe that loyalty is important to the staff at Sun Toyota, and that it is something that works both ways. Having maintained a full service history on my Tundra, allowed me to negotiate and trade it is for a favorable deal later down the line. Be clear on what you want, know you numbers and your bottom line. Do your research and stick to your guns politely when negotiating. Bring snacks and water though, because you will be there several hours before you reach the point of signing. Service can take a while too, as this is a very popular dealership.

Visit to the service department this week for regular maintenance. Couldn t be more pleased with the assistance and environment. Free coffee, donuts and wifi.

In short this Toyota dealership is no different than your typical used car dealership.

UPDATE: Leroy Bostick in sales gets 5 stars from me, he was not my original salesman, but he got my issues solved.

From the first, it was not good customer service. I felt rushed and even after the purchase, it took 2 months and 8 different finance people to tell me how much and to who, I was making my payments too. When I finally received my paperwork and saw the numbers, I was shocked! Online, my car was priced at $13,000, I put $4,000 DOWN, but I was financing $17,000! When I asked about the numbers, I was told that the online price is the base, THEN they add the $995 dealer fee and other fees to get it ready to sell! So, my $4,000 did nothing.
Now, 8 months later and I had another issue arise about getting a new key made for my car, I called had to talk to 6 different people AND had the call drop 3 different times in one day. I called back a few days later,
Finally, got Leroy transferred to my case and HE has been the ONLY person to try to help me and even understood when I was so frustrated I vented on him( sorry Leroy)!
He is getting my problem solved!

Also, the only reason I went to Sun Toyota was my best friend recommended it, she had bought her car from them. I told everyone I could her name, because she was supposed to get a referral fee, but guess what, that didn't happen! I can will never recommend Sun Toyota.

Well what can I say everybody down there treated us like human beings more than polite I can't say enough about them they're wonderful people I wish to God I could have done this years ago but this is our first vehicle and they made us feel proud of being a new owner I'd recommend her to anybody those are some wonderful people and I can't say enough about it thank you. Horrific experience. After reading the other reviews, I was sadly mistaken. We were trading in a vehicle, and the numbers were already agreed on. We spent 3 hours to cut a 3k dollar check for the difference. No one could give a reasonable explanation for the wait. The customer relations manager screams typical greaseball, and he was less than accommodating. Now the sales lady Monica was great! She was trying to push constantly and get the "paperwork pushed thru". Baron was as much help as he could be. He did his best and was the most helpful during the wait. Overall, I was less than impressed and would not return.

I bought my car in December. Car salesman and everyone else BUT the finance department is top notch.
Since posting my concerns, things have been made right.

We recently purchased a 2021 Highlander from Sun Toyota. Our salesman Pat Hayes was a true professional and a gentleman. We arrived at fair and equitable prices for both our trade in and new vehicle. He made the entire process a pleasant one. We look forward to working with Mr. Hayes on our future car purchases. If your in the market for a car we highly recommend Sun Toyota and specifically Pat Hayes.

A wonderful experience, something rarely said about a car dealership. We communicated mostly by email. They were prompt and thorough with their answers -- even sending back emails after hours and on weekends. Friendly, courteous service. They really work with you, not against you. They are far from my home, but offered the best price and willing to deliver the car for no extra charge. Would definitely consider them first for any future purchase. Overall, 5 stars!!

It was great! Everyone is always very gracious and accommodating. My vehicle is running beautifully. I love my car btw. I miss Grover, my Land Rover but I love Baxter, my Buick. LOL, yes, I'm one of those who names their vehicles. They left the back seats up but I know I can drop by anytime if I can't figure out how to lay them back down and your guys will do it for me. I've never had a bad experience at Sun Toyota - other dealers could take lessens from you all.

This is my first time purchasing a car and I had a good experience with Sun Toyota. Leroy Bostick assisted us with the transaction and he was helpful, friendly and informative.
My only advise is to check the sticker price of the vehicle and compare it with the total price that they come up with. The initial price presented to me was $2k higher than the retail price. My mom noticed it and pointed it out and they corrected it.
Overall, I am happy and satisfied with my purchase and I would recommended this place to anyone who would like to purchase a car.

I am very disappointed in the customer service I received from Sun Toyota. I spoke with 2 gentlemen in their sales department that were supposed to get back to me with details on a truck I was interested in purchasing cash. I received no call back. I then proceeded to call again unable to get through to either sales representative I spoke to prior. Finally able to get through I told the gentleman that I was interested in getting a Chevy Colorado advertised online. He told me that because the truck was in Brandon Honda but they could have it transferred to Sun Toyota in holiday and that he would call me back either on 11/6 or 11/7 to let me know they received the truck. After waiting Monday 11/6 I called and had to leave a voice mail. Still no one called back. Now being 11/9/2017 the truck is no longer showing online and I have yet to receive a phone call. Talk about customer service. I will not be purchasing any vehicle from Sun Toyota in the future.

Fast friendly straightforward dealership. Spent a week at surrounding dealerships fighting and haggling for prices on cars. Went to sun Toyota expecting the same thing and was surprised to get the opposite.

I used my employee's perk program to search the internet for the specific car that I was looking for. I found the automobile and after submitting my information and selecting the automobile not long after that I received an email and then a phone call from Patrick Chaban. We spoke and set up a time that worked best for me to come in. Patrick was not pushy or demanding he was extremely professional. Meeting him for the first time was heartwarming, it was like we knew each other before. He made the transaction smooth, listened to my concerns, warm, smiling and great humor at the proper time, but remained focus and professional. The deal was sealed and closed with happiness with me from ear to ear. Then I met Andrew in finance who was amazing as well and worked with me to meet my needs and to remain in my budget that I told him I was working with. He was extremely helpful in making sure I received the necessary things I could afford to be covered. Very professional young man as well.
