Horrific experience. After reading the other reviews, I was sadly mistaken. We were trading in a vehicle, and the numbers were already agreed on. We spent 3 hours to cut a 3k dollar check for the difference. No one could give a reasonable explanation for the wait. The customer relations manager screams typical greaseball, and he was less than accommodating. Now the sales lady Monica was great! She was trying to push constantly and get the "paperwork pushed thru". Baron was as much help as he could be. He did his best and was the most helpful during the wait. Overall, I was less than impressed and would not return.
