I have bought, traded and serviced vehicles here over several years now. In my experience, I believe that loyalty is important to the staff at Sun Toyota, and that it is something that works both ways. Having maintained a full service history on my Tundra, allowed me to negotiate and trade it is for a favorable deal later down the line. Be clear on what you want, know you numbers and your bottom line. Do your research and stick to your guns politely when negotiating. Bring snacks and water though, because you will be there several hours before you reach the point of signing. Service can take a while too, as this is a very popular dealership.
