UPDATE: Leroy Bostick in sales gets 5 stars from me, he was not my original salesman, but he got my issues solved.

From the first, it was not good customer service. I felt rushed and even after the purchase, it took 2 months and 8 different finance people to tell me how much and to who, I was making my payments too. When I finally received my paperwork and saw the numbers, I was shocked! Online, my car was priced at $13,000, I put $4,000 DOWN, but I was financing $17,000! When I asked about the numbers, I was told that the online price is the base, THEN they add the $995 dealer fee and other fees to get it ready to sell! So, my $4,000 did nothing.
Now, 8 months later and I had another issue arise about getting a new key made for my car, I called had to talk to 6 different people AND had the call drop 3 different times in one day. I called back a few days later,
Finally, got Leroy transferred to my case and HE has been the ONLY person to try to help me and even understood when I was so frustrated I vented on him( sorry Leroy)!
He is getting my problem solved!
Sun Toyota, Leroy deserves a raise!
Also, the only reason I went to Sun Toyota was my best friend recommended it, she had bought her car from them. I told everyone I could her name, because she was supposed to get a referral fee, but guess what, that didn't happen! I can will never recommend Sun Toyota.
