I am very disappointed in the customer service I received from Sun Toyota. I spoke with 2 gentlemen in their sales department that were supposed to get back to me with details on a truck I was interested in purchasing cash. I received no call back. I then proceeded to call again unable to get through to either sales representative I spoke to prior. Finally able to get through I told the gentleman that I was interested in getting a Chevy Colorado advertised online. He told me that because the truck was in Brandon Honda but they could have it transferred to Sun Toyota in holiday and that he would call me back either on 11/6 or 11/7 to let me know they received the truck. After waiting Monday 11/6 I called and had to leave a voice mail. Still no one called back. Now being 11/9/2017 the truck is no longer showing online and I have yet to receive a phone call. Talk about customer service. I will not be purchasing any vehicle from Sun Toyota in the future.
