Used a coupon for a multiple service price of 79.9...

Used a coupon for a multiple service price of 79.95, had a free oil change coming on previous visits. Got a pair of wiper blades for 19.95. the bill was about 113.00, the next day the vehicle began stalling at stop lights. Returned immediately, I was told nothing was really wrong, then why did it run perfectly after the extra visit???
