Very disappointed, stuckeys website even says that...

Very disappointed, stuckeys website even says that they have express service and its a no appointment service. I showed up today and I was told I could make an appointment next week for an oil change, which comes complementary with my lease, or I could wait for 3 hours to have the work done. I understand sometimes things get busy so i checked online for appointment times next time they are available is Tuesday afternoon, its Friday, thats 4 days. If they cant provide the subaru express service they shouldnt promote it.
