I could not be happier with this apartment complex. The location is safe and convenient to everything. Broomfield is nestled between Boulder and Denver. My balcony and fireplace are the two best features!

I am updating my review to 5 stars from my previous 3 star review. While there are indeed issues, I really do love where we live and would give it 5 stars. Awesome and beautiful location, super quiet, and the front office will bend over backwards for you.

We have lived at Stonegate now for 2 years and going into our 3rd year. We love living here as the location is perfect. Close to Boulder and downtown Denver and beautiful open space right at our doorstep. Also you can't ignore the mountains! The staff are amazing here especially Cassie and Molly as they have been nothing but amazing whenever I have questions or concerns. The apartments could do with a fresh coat of paint in some buildings especially by the stairwell areas. Our dogs love it here and having the Westminster Dog Park 5 minutes away makes living in an apartment worth it.

The maintenance staff are also amazing especially Misael. He was there on the spot when our garage door stopped working and went out of his way to make sure it got fixed straight away.

All in all it's a great place to live and love living here. You guys rock!!

If there was a way to rate this place less than 1 ...

If there was a way to rate this place less than 1 star, I would. They were relatively accommodating while we lived there. However, the moving out process was so terrible. I was charge $800 for new carpet even though there was never any discussion about the condition of the carpet before I moved in. They charged me to replace the carpet in the entire unit and could not provide any documentation stating that the carpet was new and in perfect condition before I moved in. I refused to pay and now have been sent to collections for the cost of replacing carpet that could not have been that badly damaged in the 9 months that I lived there. Everyone there acted like it was out of their hands, there was nothing they could do, etc. So frustrating and the $800 doesn't include what I also lost from my security deposit so in total Stonegate wants $1,100 of my money for something they cannot prove is my fault.

great location. great buildings. a little pricey how they hike your rate every year. The Lady (Kristen? not sure of her name) manager was hell incarnate. She lied to us and caused us to suffer unbelievable harm (an illegal, surprise, eviction). don't go near them unless you have deep pockets and a lawyer under contract. Because if they decide to get you, they are absolute reptiles. The afore mentioned manager, if still there, will have to answer to God at the end of her no doubt long life, and I hope god gives her back what she gave us.

WE WISH WE'D NEVER SEEN OR HEARD OF THIS BEAUTIFUL HELL HOLE.

This is by far the nicest and friendliest apartment complex I've lived in. I've been here for almost a year, and I am pleased that I'm still greeted with a smile (and free cookies) every time I go to the front office. Kimberly and Jayden are awesome! I also feel that the price is right for the space, amenities, and finishes (Revive floorplan). I can see myself staying here for awhile because it actually feels like a home and not just a place to park my furniture.

The Team at Stonegate do a wonderful job of responding to any requests that may arise. From the people in the Leasing Office to the people who take care of the grounds, they all work hard to create a positive environment for everyone.

I've lived at Stonegate for 4.5 years and sad to say, over the last few months, my experience has quickly turned from happy/peaceful/homey to threatening/sad/violent. It is clear to me that Stonegate is not doing their job screening tenants. Our new neighbor constantly pounds on the ceiling, listens to music insanely loud, has yelled at me (in front of his children), and calls both management and police on us for noise. We have never had a single noise violation living here in 4.5 years until he came in. One thing you must understand about Stonegate is that it is a noisy place to live -- you can hear your neighbors walk around, listen to music/TV, talking and even peeing in their toilets. We have been tolerant of this as we live on the 2nd floor and also use common sense: we live in apartments. This angry tenant has left us feeling like we're walking on egg shells living here. Stonegate has let this situation linger on rather than find a solution (they mentioned they would move him but didn't). I will NOT recommend this complex to anyone.

Front desk people are really nice and most maintenance requests are handled quickly. They were even really quick to respond to a vandalism to our mailboxes which I appreciate tremendously.
Would like better communication from Stonegate regarding maintenance requests that will take several weeks to complete

They didn't send me a bill for rent. When it was late I got a courtesy call saying it was late and I have to pay $75. A courtesy or reminder is done before something is due, not after.
This information was given to me. Amidst a long welcome letter of information.

Drove a far distance to tour the apartments, community and amenities to only get a 5 minute "tour". The leasing agent didn't let us see the club house, she didn't say anything and she literrally stood by the door while we looked around the apartment ourselves. She was not very friendly or nice and we drove back home after being there for only 5 minutes. We arrived at 3:05 and left at 3:10. Based on this, I wouldn't recommend this community.

We would give 6 stars if we could. The management office is top notch & handle questions & requests swiftly & seem genuinely happy to help. Pancho & Brian are awesome maintenance/tech guys that not only take care of issues, but will explain what was needed & further instructions if necessary. Everyone seems legit cool & great to have managing this property. That & the location are great reasons to be here!

Due to circumstances beyond my control I had to move from Stonegate however I do plan on moving back asap.
The staff is excellent! Professional in every way. They will treat you like family. If you should need a repair it will be done quickly and professionally.
The location is just remote enough - with breath-taking views of the Flat Irons on one side of the complex and of the Denver skyline on the other and shopping is only a few minutes away. Best of both worlds.
If you are looking for a place to call home you have found it.
I would like to thank the staff for a wonderful stay!

From the front office staff to the maintenance staff......they are all so nice and understanding. Any maintenance issues that arise are taken care of properly and promptly. The complex is pretty quiet and my neighbors are nice. I really like my apartment and can sit outside on the balcony to read, OR I can go to the pool area to relax. The gym is in great shape and they have a variety of items for your workout. There is a bicycle maintenance area inside which is awesome!! I've been very happy living here.

I cannot even believe we are dealing with another ...

I cannot even believe we are dealing with another MAJOR issue from this sorry excuse for a "luxury" apartment complex. Disrespectful, clueless, and a complete absence of care from this ridiculous, child-like office staff.

We left for Florida for our Thanksgiving holiday, Tuesday evening. Our friends dropped us off at the airport and then went back to our place where they were staying to take care of our dog.

The next day at 2pm Florida time (12pm Colorado time), I have a missed call from Stonegate. No voicemail. I call back to find out what's going on and Monik tells me that they've "received a complaint from my neighbors that my dogs were barking all night". I told her I only have one dog, and our friends were there with her, is she sure it was our apartment? She says "Yes, it is, we've received multiple complaints that the dog was barking for hours last night and sounds like it was in distress. Your neighbors called around 8pm saying it hadn't stopped and they threatened to call Animal Control" --

So let me break this down: a neighbor called at 8pm Tuesday evening, WHILE our friends were at our apartment eating dinner and texting us pictures of our dog, saying she had been barking for hours when she clearly wasn't?

Furthermore, if she HAD been barking for hours, and the office opens at 8am Wednesday, WHY ARE YOU CALLING ME AT NOON? What if something had truly been wrong with my dog? What if she was hurt? Why didn't you stop by to find out if something was actually wrong (they didn't by the way, I asked, they went SOLELY off the complaint from our neighbors, never once checking on the apartment).

What kind of person gets a message like that the next morning, that the dog sounded "distressed", and doesn't call us until FOUR HOURS after they listened to it? And then DOESN'T LEAVE A VOICEMAIL?

After we dealt with the fiasco (had to have our friends take Luna to Doggy Day Care just to avoid the situation altogether although they said she had been fine all night and they had played at the Dog Park that morning), we later found that after she called and left no voicemail, Monik emailed us saying "hope all is well with you during the holidays! If one of you could please call us back, we're open until 6:00pm today" --- Are you serious?! Not ONE mention that something could be wrong, that my dog may be hurt, that this COULD be an emergency?!

How about "Hey guys, we've had some complaints that your dog is barking and may be in distress - we're sending someone over to check things out since the complaint came last night around 8pm, but if you could call us back we just want to make sure everything is OK and we can all get on the same page" --- this would have been an acceptable voicemail or email, although neither happened. Because the office staff is a bunch of children that have obviously never had a professional job in their life.

And furthermore, there are TWO of us on the lease and this is the SECOND time they've not bothered to call my fiance Rob when something was wrong after not getting a hold of me, and not even leaving a voicemail (the last time was when they spent 3 weeks not fixing our a/c in the middle of August, with three pets in the apartment on the second floor, and instead lied to us on multiple occasions about the part being ordered)

Stay FAR away from this complex. They have NO regard for common decency, no professionalism, and haven't a single shred of concern for any of their residents.

The location of the apartment complex is great. It is right in the middle between Denver and Boulder. the views are great and there is plenty of space to walk your dogs, run and enjoy the scenery. But the apartment complex itself has plenty of issues. When we moved in the apartment was not ready. The carpet wasn't clean. The sink was clogged with cosmetics from the previous tenant and was dirty. Than there were issues with heating and hot water since the both work from the same furnace. The worked on it several times before the problem was fixed (about 5). Every time it took several hours for the problem to get fixed. There is carpet everywhere even in the bathroom which is not healthy. Carpet is not in its cleanest state. If you are late from work there is not enough parking spots to put your car so you have to park far away. Very inconvenient especially if you have to carry a lot of groceries.

Rude, Rude, Rude. I am not one to write reviews but my wife talked me into it. The wife and I stopped in for a tour this past weekend and both the girls in the office acted as though we were bothering them. First they argued over who would help us. Then you could tell we were truly interrupting them. The whole touring experience was a complete joke. Just a shame because when we pulled up the place is beautiful.

I've been living here for almost a year and its been a good experience thus far. The complex is quiet and well maintained, office staff is friendly, maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner (I had a negative experience at the beginning of my lease but it was resolved and hasn't been an issue since), and the free on-site parking is awesome. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. Apartments are what you'd expect from any generic apartment complex. I came from the atrociously high cost and low quality housing market of Boulder and can say these apartments made me regret not moving out here faster!

Some things could be nicer in the units: update the counters to be stone not fake spray/sealed plastic, cabinets that aren't a stick on cover, better sealed doors and windows, etc which are all pretty minor things that will most likely be updated over the years anyways. But again, this is a run of the mill apartment; there aren't any detrimental, hard to get past items about the units or complex, it is an apartment complex and if you go in realizing that aspect, you will have very little to be mad about while living here.

I've lived here since 2011. Very courteous and helpful staff and quick responses to repair requests. Good size units and reasonable prices compared to surrounding areas. Neighbors are quiet and friendly.
Overall great place to live.

My only complaint is the location. I don't mind that there isn't much around it, but the wind can get pretty crazy. Invest in some earplugs.

Having lived here for the past two and a half years, I could not suggest a finer place to rent !!! Plenty of views and open space if you have a pet. Maintenance on top of all areas and very quick to respond. Summit Mgt. has spent time to survey what is going to be updated next. From the pool area to all the amenities, what more could one ask for! The Property Mgr. and staff is highly responsive and friendly. While I have a unit with attached garage, there is also plenty of parking on site. I am at this time planning to renew my lease again this May. Quiet and safe, no other complex could match Stonegate.

So, I have been at stonegate for ~2 years.

So, I have been at stonegate for ~2 years.

If you want the short summary, it is as follows: through these two years at this property, I have been through three management changes. This has lead to a bumpy couple of years. However, the newest management company seems to know what they are doing, appears to be on top of maintenance, and seems to care about their tenants. So if you are thinking about moving here, disregard any negative reviews from December 2015-December 2016, as the property is under new management and 98% of the old people have been fired. Ultimately, I would recommend living at this community given the current management company and staff.

Now for the long version.
We moved in around December of 2015. We got a west facing apartment with an okay view (the views here are wonderful at almost every angle). Something we learned from with is that the eastbound winds are STRONG here. In a westbound apartment, we had some nights where our door would actually bow in, but I m happy to say we have have never had a window or door break nor have I ever seen one in the complex.
We were worried when we moved in and found that the people next to us had a large dog that barked whenever someone went up/down the stairs. However, to our delight, we literally never heard the dog barking! So the apartments are well insulated.

Another thing we were worried about was smoking. Neither me nor my wife are smokers, and we did not want smoke (of any kind) seeping up into our apartment. Although there are smokers on property, most are respectful and smoke in the designated smoking area off the property.

There is a great hiking trail right next to the property. It leads to some open trails were you can walk around a resivour and observe local wildlife.

Our worst time in this apartment was when pinnacle properties took over. During this time, it would take weeks to get maintenance requests complete (and they would only get done if you called the office multiple times). Dog poop seemed to collect in the grassy areas of the property, and the office staff was never in the office (they had it posted that the office was open at 9, they would mosey in around 11). In other worlds, pinnacle properties is a TERRIBLE company and I discourage you from ever renting from pinnacle properties.

Recently, we found that another company had bought the property. We were concerned about this at the beginning. However, this new company has been AMAZING! maintenance is quick and responsive, snow is removed on time, office staff is on time and a pleasure to work with, and everything seems to be better managed.

Despite this property's bumpy year, I think the new management company has made phenomenal efforts to take care of their tenants, and for the first time in a year I feel like I am getting value for what I pay.

I'm editing my last review. When I first moved into Stonegate in January of 2016, Kristin the property manager at the time was excellent. Management was prompt, respectful and the snow removal was swift. In January of 2018 my lease ended. I was an ideal tenant for 2 years, paid my rent on time every month, never broke any policy and even recieved my deposit back because the apartment was left in pristine condition. That same month (I was 2 months pregnant at the time) I lost my job so I moved into another unit here at Stonegate with my mother. Due to not having income at the time I didn't add myself to the lease. My mother now has moved from the unit so my husband and I did the right thing and applied to take over the lease. They denied us, wouldn't give me a reason why, did not give us any way to remedy the situation and just said there was nothing they could do. Since my mother no longer lives in the unit, I went to Kimberly in person with rent payment in hand and additonal deposit, but she refused my payment (this was 1 of several times I tried to pay and she rejected). Kimberly avoided me as much as she could. Now Stonegate is evicting a family of 3 with an infant at Christmas time (mind you we are renters who have never missed a payment and tried to pay rent multiple times, but was denied the right to do so). My husband is a military combat veteran, they are aware of this and I feel they are discriminatory against that as well. I will be calling the local news station and will he reporting this as it is important to let others know of this atrocity.

I love this community for many reasons; location, view, the friendliest office staff and amenities.
From the first day we toured an apartment at Stonegate, the staff have remembered our names, it's unbelievable! They have fresh cookies and beverages in the clubhouse/office every day and are very welcoming.
There are two of us in a one bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor, facing the mountains, with a fireplace. We couldn't have asked for a happier spot to live! It is VERY windy in this area and our apartment looks out over open space so nothing blocks our wind, that's the worst of it here. Our neighbors are quiet and we're probably the one of the few people without a pet here, but none are obtrusive. We are really enjoying this space and Stonegate in general, and crossing our fingers for a community garden plot here this summer!

By far the single worst experience I have ever had...

By far the single worst experience I have ever had. The property managers are at best negligent, in reality they are useless. I had two significant experiences due to their ineptness, one life threatening, and their response was nonexistent. If you care at all about the health of your pets, do no live here. My dog was bitten in the face by a rattlesnake and they did nothing. They did not notify the residents until 8 days after, they did not post signs (as they said they would) nor take recommended precautions such as spraying the perimeter until there had been multiple additional sightings and rattlers in the middle of the complex. Not once did they offer compensation or support in any other manner when my dog was hospitalized for 6 days. Second to that, when I fell on ice due to the unkempt stairs, unsalted and shoveled, they again did nothing in response to the complaint I filed. This accident resulted in extensive medical treatments and by the time I moved, nothing had improved so far as their ability to manage the property. Winter is an icy/snowy unsafe situation there. If you'd like to pay a ridiculous amount of monthly rent to essentially fend for yourself, this is your place. Otherwise, I strongly advice to keep looking!

Where to start.... Moved in to this place mid December and immediately noticed several things that needed to be fixed. Kitchen lighting, towel holder in the bathroom blinds missing slats. But the icing on the cake is they don't have maintenance on the weekends. Fast forward to today, Saturday February 2nd and my heat and my hot water isn't working. Again, no maintenance on the weekends means that myself and my family are going to be without showers, hot water, and most importantly in the winter, HEAT. Really, if you are thinking of renting here, please do yourselves a favor and rent elsewhere. They claim these are luxury apartment homes, but as far as I can tell, they are your run of the mill apartments.

I have been incredibly lucky to call Stonegate my home for the past two years. The office staff has an open door policy which has allowed me to feel comfortable when I need to go in and ask a question regarding my residence or the property. The ladies who work in the office are incredibly knowledgeable about the property and often able to answer questions with ease. Everyime I have gone into the office I am greeted by the office staff with a warm smile and positive attitude. The maintenance staff is amazing! They are quick and efficient. A few months ago my dryer was not working and the maintenance supervisor came in and fixed it. When he was done he explained to me what was wrong and how he fixed it. Communication is key to any renter/management agreement. I receive emails about things that are going on with the property such as: pool openings, parking lot concerns to notifications about a field fire. They helped ease my mind as I work 45 minutes from home. Not only have I received emails but if there is important information such as portions of the parking lot being closed due to asphalt replacement then I also receive a paper notification on my front door. Did I mention the scenery? The mountains to the west are beautiful sight and the view of downtown Denver is spectacular at night. I am extremely lucky to call Stonegate my home!

Edit - As of recently a new management team (Summit) has taken over and they are taking things back in a positive direction and quick. My family is moving out-of-state soon, but Summit did enough in the time that I was still here with them to have earned a far better review.

This complex used to be wonderful under Equity, but ever since Pinnacle took them over it has been awful. Constant appalling service. They say that they swab residents' dogs mouths to run tests on the poop that gets left in the yard so they can fine you, but I doubt they actually follow through on that promise because there is constantly poop all over the lawns. The parking lot is in terrible condition even after they "fixed it" last year. They don't let you know when you have a package arrive (this was a very simple yet appreciated service that was offered under Equity but is no longer in place). I got a letter delivered once that for some reason went to the main office instead of the mail box. I was never notified that it was there and even though I checked for packages multiple times over the next months after the letter arrived I was it was never given to me until SIX MONTHS after it was delivered and they had ALREADY OPENED IT. Maintenance requests take days or even weeks to be processed. Equity has a promise in place that if maintenance took longer than 2 days to complete you would not pay rent until it was done. In the time I lived here under them I had plenty of maintenance done and it was always done promptly and the one time that an appliance was broken and they couldn't get the replacement for a few days they made good on their promise and we did not pay rent for those days. Pinnacle doesn't seem to care how long maintenance takes them and obviously either has no such promise any more or is just not making good on it. If the office staff is actually in the office (can be difficult to catch them since they seem to like to close earlier than the hours they have posted) they are wholly unhelpful the majority of the time. All of these wonderful benefit of living here also came with an increase in rent after Pinnacle took over. All of this is very upsetting because the apartments themselves are actually quite nice and the management used to be wonderful but Pinnacle is a nightmare to deal with.

I have been living here for 5 months and absolutely love it. The management team is AWESOME! If there's an issue they handle it. They work with you no matter the issue. I have had a couple issues within the apartment that Maintenance handled quickly, given the size of the complex. This place definitely feels more like a home then any other place I have lived. Great views, swimming pool, gym, hot tub and a dog park. Honestly a one stop shop when it comes to comfortable living. Has everything you need. Elevators would be nice for 3rd floor living jk. Overall best place I have lived. LOVE IT here.

We moved here in January and it was a great place ...

We moved here in January and it was a great place to live up until a month or two ago. Recently the maintenance has been slipping in numerous ways. To begin with, the trash dumpsters barely get changed anymore, leaving the trash to pile up until the outside of the dumpsters are covered in additional trash (often times spilling into the parking lot, I drove over a TV box by accident just last weekend). Also, they used to be great at snow removal during snow storms, but lately they have left the snow shoveling etc. up to the tenants to do themselves (without telling us ahead of time, unfortunately). And let s not forget the fact that they pretty much stopped any snow cleaning in the parking lots as well, causing unnecessary ice in places that it used to not be a problem.
And lastly, their AC units are so incredibly old that our power bills here are literally double sometimes triple the cost of what they were in our previous apartment, and our previous apartment had half the square footage! For example, I recently pulled out the air filter in our apartment just to see how old it was and it hadn t been changed in over a year!

On a positive note, the front office people are amazing and none of this is in any way their fault. My complaint is 110% with the property management company that maintains this complex.

I have never felt so at home. Since I began the process of looking for an apartment I felt overwhelmed by the stress of looking for the perfect place to live. But since I walked into the office I felt welcomed and the office staff were so nice, they truly made me feel comfortable and made me want to rent here. The apartments themselves are very nice. I have an attached garage and I had some issues with the door not opening right and the maintenance employees truly went above and beyond to help me. I called in the morning and only 10 min later Nef and Misael were there. They asked if there was anything else they could help me with, and they really showed great service. I recommend greatly to anyone looking to experience truly great living, i wouldn't live anywhere else.

Pleasant enough place to live. Out of the way enough but just close enough to stores, gas stations and food. Fairly quick access to 93 and 36. Office are pretty darn nice. Parking is absolutely atrocious. If you get home after 6PM on a weeknight you can forget about parking any closer than 200 yards from your front door. Other than that I've enjoyed my stay for the most part.

My sister and I had a really lovely experience living here at Stonegate! The office staff, and the whole maintenance team have always been so friendly and responsive, and were a really big help the entire time we were here. The facilities are pretty, clean, and all around well-maintained, and many of the units have a great view of Denver and the flatirons. Also towards the back of the complex is a really charming little trail with a view of a pond in this lovely windy field, and you can hear the bull frogs in the summer. It's much cheaper than any place I've seen in Boulder, and overall it's been a really nice place to live.

Our air conditioning unit needs a compressor replacement. It has needed one since August 12th. 17 days later we still don't have AC and we've been both lied to and treated terribly. Laughable communication complete with un-returned phone calls and an office staff that couldn't care less.

These people are crazy! (I will tell the short version)

We were really hard up for a place to live after moving from California and living in a motel for a month. I found Stonegate on the internet and they had an apartment available. Everything seemed good and the apartment was nice, but they got pushy when it came time to sign the lease. First of all, the contract was huge! And it was only on their computer. I asked for a printed copy, but they told me to read the copy they sent to my phone. They also wanted it signed on the computer and split me and my wife up so she could sign it on a computer in the back office. After a bit I went to check on my wife in the back. Her computer was slow and was flashing "virus" warning messages. When she went to sign it, it would not let here use her own signature only some computer font. She clicked send and an error message appeared and the computer locked up.

At that point we had had it with all the pressure and awkward computer crap. We told them we did not want to sign the lease, but they told us it was too late "It's in the computer". I said "Well delete it" They would not. They wanted money. I told them to "F" off. That I did not want want to live there anymore.

It was messed up. It was not like we could take this contract we decided not to sign and tear it up. It was locked away in their computer and they were going to use it against us. Don't let them do this to you. They are still trying to get money out of me and its been 3 years, I never even had a key to the apartment!

I have lived at Stonegate for several years and I have found it a wonderful place to reside. We have had some turnover in ownership and the owners now are putting a lot of effort to bring it to the standards I originally signed up for. I have always felt safe here walking the dog or coming into the apartment after dark. The office management and staff have always been helpful if I have a problem, no matter how small. Maintenance is always available if there is an emergency and if just something standard are usually here the following day.

Theresa made the move in experience super smooth and easy. The complex is wonderful. Very well maintained, quiet, safe. Filled with wildlife and a bonus is the playground. Stonegate clearly takes pride in the quality of life they provide their residents. I'm honestly surprised by any negative reviews and I'm glad that I ignored them and moved here anyway. It's been a wonderful experience thus far.

This is my second stay at Stonegate Apartments, and my third location on the property. I am now in a west facing two bedroom with an unobstructed view of the flatirons. I have lived other places, but this type of inspirational view can not be found at any other property in the area. Everyone of my friends or family that visits me has to comment on how amazing it is just driving to Stonegate. I have also lived on the south side of the property that provides a clear view of Downtown Denver, and the best seat for Fourth of July firework shows!

I have had no issues with the staff on both of my stays. This current staff is completely different from when I had lived here before, but know me by name and have always stopped to chat with me when I pick up a package or out by the pool. I do wish the pool was open all year since Denver weather gives us some pool days in fall and spring. I'm excited to see a new outdoor kitchen area coming though, and I heard a hammock area might be coming too.

All in all living here has been a wonderful experience; both times! Of course apartment living is never perfect, but it can get pretty darn close. Yes, living in Broomfield can be pricier than other locations, but if the location is what you want then this place is a steal. It is quiet, affordable, maintenance issues are fixed quickly, my neighbors and the staff are respectful and kind, and the views are breathtaking.

I don't normally do reviews, but I don't think this place is fairly represented so I took the time to do it. I talk with many of my neighbors and they love it here too, but it is the nature of the internet now for more negative stuff to be written. Maybe that is because the ones that are happy are just busy being happy. Just saying...

I have lived at Stonegate for a year and a half now and it has been a wonderful experience. The location is great, you get to see the Denver skyline as well as the Rocky Mountains. There are lots of trails to walk or bike around the complex plus it is not far from everything you need. The office staff are always friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew are awesome, you have an issue, they take care of it. They have fun monthly events to help bring the community together.

This place is definitely the worst apartment complex in broomfield. Beside the property is deteriorating right before your eyes, the management is horrible. The exterior stairwell stairs crumbled when I invited guests over. Their liability policy is a joke. Our exterior stairwell stairs crumbled on my guests during the holidays now 6 months later my friend still needs surgery, out of work and cant get a return phone call. I moved out, wasnt going to risk my safety. The inside of the appartments are in "slum lord" conditions acording to my renters insurance company, when they denied my claim of severe water damage in home. Renters insurance doesnt cover properties that are not properly maintnance and are not safe to live in. The roof (water from empty appartment above me) leaked for weeks after several attempts to notify office. Weeks later they came in and painted using the excuse they never knew anything. The office manager would call me and harrass me saying I am a horible mother always leaving my kids home alone to walk from bus stop alone after school. The wild thing is my child doesnt ride the bus at all, lol and we both go to school in boulder and dont get home till late in the night. The office employees steal mail. Filed a criminal report with USPS. They are currently doing and undercover investigation. Do not move here, save yourself the misery. In all, you wont dare get your deposit back, so dont even try. Management will come up with any excuse to dodge your phone calls and court served documents if you try to take them to small claims court. This place is a complete joke. There are plenty of brand new appartment complexes in this area that will serve you better. Dont settle just because your on a budget, you will regret it later.

In the 5 years that I have been a resident at Stonegate Apartments, I have enjoyed friendly, helpful, professional management and maintenance.
The floorplan selections are wonderful and overall designs are unique. Management organizes several types of activities for its residents for the holidays and even just for the sake of entertainment. The amenities include a pool, hot tub, and fitness center + attached and detached garages are available.
These apartments are, by far, the best that I've ever rented, and I look forward to many more years of residency.

Kim and the team here are awesome! Quiet, peaceful, and safe. Lots of birds, nice grounds. Maintenance is awesome and the neighbors are all kind and courteous. It's a non-smoking facility so that's nice. Furthermore, the personnel here really make a difference. They are courteous, outgoing, and very fair--they go above and beyond! I wouldn't hesitate to move in here

I had lived here for to years, but would never suggest it to anyone. the management never seemed to care even when vehicles were damaged in their lots (once by a maintenance worker who then "left" within a week.) When asked about reimbursement it was "sent to HQ" to never be heard from again. They nickel and dime upon leaving and will charge for things that the tenant would not even have access to. It is said to be a no smoking community but neighbors would sit on the porches/balconies and smoke at all hours of the day/night. The management would not respond to complaints about neighbors noise levels. Many neighbors would play literal ground shaking music and others would yell at each other in the middle of the night. Overall not a good experience with this complex.

Stay away and rent somewhere else! We lived here for one year. The apartments are old, counters are spray painted, cabinets are old, appliances are old and yet the rent is high. I expected better quality for what we paid. $2100 for a small one bedroom apartment which included a garage, not near our building. We had to deal with rattlesnakes in the grass and walkways all during the summer and fall months. It is extremely windy to where we could feel our building move. There s a reason the wind research area is just down the road. The management was slow to make any repairs and they will find a way to keep your security deposit regardless of the condition of the apartment when you move out. Look somewhere else to rent.

Horrible... Cassie's a space cadet off in her own ...

Horrible... Cassie's a space cadet off in her own world. Kristen obviously hates her job and has no problem lying directly to your face. We asked for a mountain view as it was what we were shown told we were getting it. Move in day comes and it's certainly not a mountain view. When I inquired about this via phone my phone call wasn't returned but an email was sent that said politely as possible I could either deal with it or move out...How about when your space cadet employee makes a mistake you own up to it and fix it. Talked to other tenants and this certainly wasn't something new either. As well at application time Cassie came out and met my dog and said she added it to the final cost sheet. Low and behold move in day comes and she tells me I owe them another $400. We had standing water in our sink for 5 days before I had to be ugly to the poor girl in the office so that it would get taken care of. Maintenance guy comes and tells me that day was the first he'd ever heard of it. I really want to know where the $100 went for my dogs poo prints because there was and probably still is dog poop everywhere on that property. As Well NOT ONCE DID I HAVE A WORKING FIRE PLACE. We called and called and called about the fire place they said they came when we weren't home. I can assure you the way my fiance and I's schedule work out one of us is always home during normal business hours. Finally I said I would like some money off my rent as my lease stated that if amenities weren't fixed after a certain time period I wouldn't have to pay rent until the problem was rectified. Basically got laughed at by Kristen and she told me I can't just call but once every week and keep saying the problems not fixed..Whatever the hell that means it should have been fixed after one phone call. Going to work during the winter... Good luck unless you have a shovel and 4x4. They have some guy half-ass plow all around the parking lot on his four wheeler and all he does is clear the road way but push all the snow up against the back of your car... All around only one or two courteous and professional employees in the office during my time living there. However they were gone by the time it was time to move out I don't know if this is because Kristen sucked their souls dry or they got smart and found other jobs but I would stay far far away from this complex.

Just finished my first 30 days here at Stonegate and I could not be happier. After a TERRIBLE experience at a previous apartment community, my family and I moved on a very short time frame; Grace and Kristen made sure that our paperwork was processed as quickly as possible and made our move in painless.

As always, we had little things that needed tending to after move in (a burnt out light bulb, a new toilet seat, an oven drawer repairs, things of that sort) maintenance was in and out with no problems and left a kind note.

Giving four stars instead of five because the parking situation is not great, as mentioned by other reviewers. I not a fan of paying for a detached garage to ensure that I have a place to park, but communal living comes with its ups and downs. As soon as I expressed interest in having a garage Grace, once again, got my paperwork together very quickly and I was able to sign for it in between my errands on a Saturday.

On the whole moving to this charming and quiet community has been one of the best decisions that we've made and I give two thumbs up

My family has lived at Stonegate Apartments for almost a year. We are very happy with the office staff and maintenance. The grounds are well maintained and location is quiet and tranquil. If I had to give cons to this community, it would be the size of the pool and dog park. Overall we are very happy here and look forward to at least another year of renting here at Stonegate.

I want to thank every one on the staff at Stonegate apartments! Especially Kirstin, Cassie and Molly! Edward is the real star. He is very professional and does a great job communicating with us. All maintenance was done in a timely manner and scheduling of contractors was also communicated with my wife and I in a professional way. It's nice that residents are respected by management and staff. I know you made our day!

Think you!

Do not rent at stonegate the pool and being away f...

Do not rent at stonegate the pool and being away from the city is nice but thats it!!!! 50 extra each month for pets plus you have to get your dog mouth swabbed and pay for that also. The winter is a nightmare at stonegate if you dont have a truck or jeep plan on calling into work.. they dont get anyone to plow until its 5 pm residents have to try and dig themself out even when they get out you cant go anywere because its not plowed no were to park in the winter also i made it all the way home on indiana street and got stuck in stonegates entrance and broke my door still paying for stonegates incompitence...the maintence is alright they get things done. When you go to resign your lease they jack the price up a few hundered dollers what a scam.. no wonder why when we moved in we saw everyone moving.. the parking lot is horriable they have major potholes you have to avoid or you will get a flat tire.. all in all do your self a favor and talk to a resident their because they are putting false reviews online to make them seem much better than they are..not to mention they have carpet in the bathrooms and then charge you a arm and a leg wheb you move out to replace the carpet. It was nice living away from the city but i wished i never moved here with my girlfriend huge mistake.

We've lived here for the past year and a half and ...

We've lived here for the past year and a half and we are very happy here! We've both had negative experiences renting in the past which made us wary when choosing our first long-term apartment together.

The staff in the front office are all super nice, they greet you by name, they're always very enthusiastic when you come in and willing to help with whatever you need. The communication about maintenance has also been great, and we haven't had any huge issues, though I believe that our unit was renovated shortly before we moved in.

As others have mentioned, it's very, very windy, and you're really exposed to the elements out here. There are rattlesnakes if you live at the edges of the property (we live on the western edge but our apartment is east facing), but I've actually only encountered one once. If you're smart and aware, I don't think it'd be that big of a deal. The complex has also removed at least one rattlesnake once it got reported, and they sent out update emails to everyone about where it was.

If you want to live in a slightly more remote complex, this is a great option. King Soopers is a five minute drive down the road, and there's a Super Target, Walgreen's, Safeway, Whole Foods, PetSmart, etc., just a ten minute drive away into Superior. We like how remote it is, but be aware that it does take about seven minutes to get out to 36, and when there's inclement weather, that time can double or even triple.

This isn't the complex's fault, but the roads (120th in particular) can be pretty bad when it snows and it can sometimes be difficult to actually get your car up out of the complex because there's a hill.

Overall, this is a remote, quiet place to live with very friendly and helpful staff who treat you like an individual.
