We've lived here for the past year and a half and we are very happy here! We've both had negative experiences renting in the past which made us wary when choosing our first long-term apartment together.

The staff in the front office are all super nice, they greet you by name, they're always very enthusiastic when you come in and willing to help with whatever you need. The communication about maintenance has also been great, and we haven't had any huge issues, though I believe that our unit was renovated shortly before we moved in.

As others have mentioned, it's very, very windy, and you're really exposed to the elements out here. There are rattlesnakes if you live at the edges of the property (we live on the western edge but our apartment is east facing), but I've actually only encountered one once. If you're smart and aware, I don't think it'd be that big of a deal. The complex has also removed at least one rattlesnake once it got reported, and they sent out update emails to everyone about where it was.

If you want to live in a slightly more remote complex, this is a great option. King Soopers is a five minute drive down the road, and there's a Super Target, Walgreen's, Safeway, Whole Foods, PetSmart, etc., just a ten minute drive away into Superior. We like how remote it is, but be aware that it does take about seven minutes to get out to 36, and when there's inclement weather, that time can double or even triple.

This isn't the complex's fault, but the roads (120th in particular) can be pretty bad when it snows and it can sometimes be difficult to actually get your car up out of the complex because there's a hill.

Overall, this is a remote, quiet place to live with very friendly and helpful staff who treat you like an individual.
